Abstract

Keju merupakan salah satu produk olahan susu yang daya simpan yang baik dan memiliki kandungan gizi yang kaya akan protein, lemak, zat gizi makro dan mikro. Meskipun keju merupakan pangan olahan dari susu sapi, namun kandungan lemaknya masih cukup tinggi. Namun, ada beberapa jenis keju yang memiliki kandungan lemak yang rendah. Studi pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai keju yang memiliki klaim rendah lemak, yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan aturan klaim gizi berdasarkan PKBPOM no.13 tahun 2016 dan Nutrition and health claims CAC/GL 23-1997 oleh FAO. Studi pustaka ini mengambil berbagai sumber artikel yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu tahun 2015–2020. Pencarian sumber artikel melalui database PubMed/Medline dan Google Scholar. Pencarian menggunakan beberapa kata kunci yaitu keju rendah lemak, keju putih, fat quality and unbranded cheese, fat replacers and cheese like product, low fat chesse, soft cheese. Diperoleh 8 artikel dari jurnal internasional dan nasional untuk dikaji. Terdapat 24 jenis keju yang bukan merupakan keju rendah lemak berdasarkan PKBPOM No. 13 Tahun 2016) dan Nutrition and Health Claims CAC/GL 23-1997 oleh FAO. Terdapat 10 jenis keju yang dapat diklaim sebagai produk keju rendah lemak berdasarkan PKBPOM No. 13 Tahun 2016 dan Nutrition and Health Claims CAC/GL 23-1997 oleh FAO. Modifikasi susu dalam pembuatan keju dengan berbagai metode dan komposisi yang berbeda mampu memberikan kandungan lemak yang berbeda. Hal ini memengaruhi sesuai atau tidak suatu produk keju diberikan klaim gizi rendah lemak

Abstract

The learning outcomes of class XI IPA students in Fikih subjects are still relatively low, as evidenced by the existence of student grades under KKM, it takes learning methods that can improve learning outcomes. One of them is the Active Group Resume learning method.Active Group Resume learning methods usually explain the things that individuals have achieved. Group Resume is an interesting way to help students to get to know each other or do some kind of team building whose members already know each other.The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply active group resume learning methods to improve student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects of class XI IPA students at MA Bahrul Ulum Air Emas. The type of research used is Class Action Research (PTK). The study was conducted in three cycles. The subject of this study is the class XI IPA students at MA Bahrul Ulum Air Ema which amounts to 24 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation.The results showed that learning using active Group Resume learning methods can improve student learning outcomes, this is evident from the observations obtained in each cycle, starting from Pre-Cycle 37,5%, Cycle I percentage 45,83%, Cycle II percentage 83,33%, and Cycle III percentage 95,83%. Then it can be concluded that, the application of active learning methods Group Resume can improve the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA MA Bahrul Ulum Air Emas Singingi District Singingi Kuantan Singingi Regency " can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The history of the development of the Indonesian financial system, the system of financial institutions underwent a very fundamental change, especially after entering the era of deregulation, the policy package October 27, 1988 which then continued with the enactment of several laws in the field of finance and banking since 1992, starting from the Banking Act, Act Insurance Act, Pension Fund Act, Capital Market Law, until the Bank Indonesia Law. The consequence of the issuance of this law is the change in the structure of the financial institutions in Indonesia. In addition, from the aspect of regulation and fostering, financial institutions are becoming increasingly clear and strong because they already have legal power, especially in the field of insurance and pension funds, which were previously legally regulated only on financial ministerial decisions. This paper analyzes the latest developments in the country's financial system in Indonesia. This paper aims to provide an overview, study, and compare about the developing financial system in Indonesia with several cases of existing financial systems both domestically and abroad. This paper also uses a comparative model of laws, where these laws relate directly or indirectly to the country's financial system.
