Abstract

The village area of Nyelanding is estimated that there are still many regions that have primary tin prospects, this is confirmed by the large number of community mines that are still operating. This research purposes to see the distribution of primary tin mineralization and zones where deposition of tin. This research uses a geomagnetic exploration survey method with back – rover (mobile) system, the length of the track of ±3.5 km. The spacing of 200 m as many as 44 tracks, the direction of the track from south to north with data collection techniques starting from west to east. The data obtained of a magnetic strength value which will then be interpreted into a magnetic anomaly map to determine the location of recommendations. The research method used the Geomagnetic Survey method, of GSM-19 T Magnetometer. The interpretation results, the final map with the lowest magnetic anomaly shows magnetic anomaly values ranging from -7.2 to -3.3 nT at locations 1, 2, 3, the highest magnetic anomaly ranges from -4.6 to 5.0 nT in the southern part which is an area close to community settlements and the village highway of Nyelanding, and the direction of mineral distribution for zone 1 starts from east-west, zone 2 focuses towards the middle which means from southwest-northeast direction or vice versa, zone 3 from southwest-northeast. The upward continuity map 250 and matching the location of samples containing Sn levels around the recommended zone, it is certain that the area has cassiterite minerals in the zone namely zone 1 = (342.760 m2), zone 2 = (4001.770 m2), zone 3 = (372.876 m2).

Abstract

Keterbatasan mata air tanah dan sebarannya yang tidak merata disetiap tempat menjadi persoalan utama. Perkembangan teknologi dapat membantu menanggulangi berbagai masalah berkenaan dengan air sebagai kebutuhan pokok kehidupan, salah satunya dengan cara memetakan danmenginterpretasi keberadaan mata air tanah melalui prediksi keberadaannya dihubungkan dengan litologi atau jenis batuan yang terkandung didalamnya. Dari data-data inilah diharapkan nantinya dapat memberikan gambaran nyata akan keterdapatan akuifer ( lapisan penyimpan air tanah) untuk mencukupi kebutuhan masyarakat terutama diwilayah pesisir, dimana sulit sekali mendapatkan sumber air tawar karena impasan air asin dari lautan. Metode pemetaan akuifer ini menggunakan alat geolistrik dengan metode wenner dimana dapat diinterpretasikan pemodelan akuifer air tanah daerah penelitian. Hasil analisis data sekunder dan primer yang berupa data resistivitas batuan.

The aim of this study is to identify the present rare earth based on surfaceoutcrop samples as vein and rock and to understanding their spatial distribution in The west part ofSambung Giri Hill Merawang District Bangka Regency. Primary data collection of outcrop of rockand vein in Sambung Giri Hill. Geochemical sediments analysis just for identification insemiquantitative the presence of rare earth elements Ce, La, Nd, Sm and Y. Rare earth element ofcerium (Ce), Nd and Sm just ancent in some small sample, but for Lantanum (La) and yittrium (Y)almost presence at all shallow surface veint rock. The spatial distribution of rare earth Ce, La, Nd, Smand Y show heterogeneity in laterally.

Abstract

Cassitterit is a valuable mineral containing tin and other minerals as mining products in the Bangka Belitung Islands region. Sambung giri Hill, Merawang District, Bangka Regency is one of the places where primary tin deposits occur. Estimation of subsurface images can be interpreted using geophysical methods in the form of resistivity methods and geomagnetic methods. The measurement of resistivity method uses 6 lines with dipole-dipole configuration while the geomagnetic method with looping measurement technique as many as 13 lines with each line consists of several measurement points within 20 meters, consisting of 10 lines to the South-North direction, and 3 trajectories to the West- East. Based on the results of the study, the primary tin deposit estimation from the resistivity method in the form of a cross section of resistivity shows a low resistivity value (<700 Ohm.m) while the geomagentic method in the form of Reduction To Equator (RTE) shows a low geomagnetic anomaly (<0.8 nT). The spread of primary tin deposits is estimated to be found in the Northwest-Southeast direction.

Abstract

Earthmoving target of 30,000 m3 in TB.2.1 Tempilang reached in March where production amounted to 36.350 m3, but the decline occurred in April at 1,83% with amount of production is 29.450 m3 and in May 46% with amount of production is 16,200 m3. Evaluation was conducted against the data rate of excavation In March until May, 2016. Other than that, evaluation of factors of production activities the influential hearts with how to calculate productivity tool for the reviews to know the tool's ability to produce kaksa, reviewing data that stop-time increasing production, the rate of rainfall, and sediment property value with the observe incision drill profile block in March, April, and May 2016. Based on the findings of evaluation, main factors failure achievement of production is time road experienced a decline of 05 hours during the month of April and 138 hours In May due to damage to the equipment and high rainfall reached 332 mm. Monthly soil removal target can be achieved with change hours number: Available 8 hours / day Being 10 hours / day.

Abstract

TB 1.42 Pemaliwas managed PT Timah (Persero) Tbk. The mining system applied at TB 1.42 Pemali is a mechanical mining system where the mining system activities are conducted by transferring the excavation result of kaksa from work front to stockpile to be wasted using a jig. In terms of mining productivity, the realization of tin ore production was only 80% from the total production that has been planned by the company on November and Desember. Therefore, an evaluation of factors effecting prodution target is essential to do in order to meet unachieved production target. The research was conducted based on the performance coefficient value of load-haluage and transport equipment productivity in November and December assessed from the productivity of the excavators, loaders, and transforting vehicles in March, which is assumed to have the same condition as that in November adn December. An evaluation was conducted to examine the values of mine, effective usage of working time, and the number of bucket loading. The data is then processed using mechanical eatrhmoving formula.The value of performance coefficientin November and December were 0.9 and 0.8, while the performance coefficient of the company are 1.1 – 1.2. After conducting an evaluation, it is found that the factors that lead to failure in achieving the target of production are the long cycle time of the load-haulage equipment, low efficiency of labor, and low match factors. The efforts that should be taken to increase the realization of target achievement are decreasing the cycle time of the load-haulage, increasing the effective usage of working time, and addin in match factor. The cycle time is shortened to 1.159,5 seconds from the initial cycle time of 1.267,8 seconds. The effective usage of working time is increased to 0.75% from 0.727% and the number of load-haulage is increased to 6 from 4 units. After the changes have been done, the production realization in November and December increasing to 156.21 tons of Sn and 128.59 tons of Sn with performance coefficient value of 1.2, thus the production target of the company is achieved.

Abstract

In the layer of overburden stripping activities in Pit Taman attainment production amounted about 82% of the production target set in the amount of 925,187.2 BCM of production target of 1,120,000 BCM. This is due to the high resistance factor affecting work efficiency so that production is produced by means of unloading and transportation have not been able to achieve the production target. The data obtained in the field in the form of a data cycle time tools obtained from the calculation of the time distribution of each trencher-fit to perform the excavation, swing content, swing empty and loading and conveyance maneuvering, loading, road to disposal, dumping and back to front as well as the calculation of effective working hours will do the calculation of the amount of productivity. After calculating the theoretically obtained by 1,656,454.08 BCM of overburden production for excavator-unloading and BCM 1,405,890.9 for conveyance. To get productivity achieve production targets then do the optimization tools work plan is to optimize. Optimizing plan working hours adjustment tools and repair equipment capacity are obtained overburden production amounted to 1,914,890.2 BCM. As for after the technical review of the excavator-unloading and conveyance in stripping overburden at Pit Taman in September 2016 on the calculation of production trencher-load transports that have been implemented should only use 3 units of excavator-unloading is 3 units of PC Komatsu 2000 for with the use of 3 units with improvements and performance optimization tools as well as the factors that influence has reached its production target of 1,670,167.71 BCM and for the use of conveyances using Komatsu HD 785 20 units with a production target of 1,615,712.8 BCM.

Abstract

Resource calculation studies are an important task in evaluating a mining project. Reserve calculation using the method of cross section and method cut and fill in mining area with extensive Active Block 8 hectares, with elevation limit of mining activity 60 m above sea level. The results of the resource volume of granite using method cross section within the cross section 15, 20 and 25 m is 1.436.967,28 m3, 1.435.887,56 m3 and 1.435.162,056 m3 tonnase 3.736.114,927 tons 3.733.307,656 tons and 3.731.421,345 tons, granite stone resource volume using cut and fill method is 1.437.398,157 m3 with 3.737.235,209 tons tonnage. The results of calculations using the method of cross section with a distance of 15 m smaller cross section 430,877 m3 or 0,03% of the cut and fill method, method of cross section with a distance of 20 m smaller cross section 1.510,597 m3, or 0,11% of the cut and fill method , cross section method with cross-sectional distance 25 m smaller 2.236,101 m3 or 0,16% from method cut and fill. The result of the calculation of the life of mine of PT Mandiri Karya Makmur is based on the calculation of the amount of resources used method cut and fill with a mine life of 31,14 years, cross section method sectional distance of 15 m with a mine life of 31,13 years, cross section method sectional distance of 20 m with a mine life 31,11 years and cross section method of cross- sectional distance of 25 m with mine life of 31,09 years.

Abstract

Mining Pit 1 Banko Barat in Bukit Asam is a mining location that used open pit system of mining. Coal quality is an important part of the mining industry, because it's related directly to coal marketing. Coal sampling test process which determine quality prove that quality in front mining and stockpile is decreasing from recent month with 4903 Kcal/kg. The decreasing in quality will also result in price reduction. Based on that condition, evaluation of coal sampling quality test result needs to be done to discover the cause of quality decreasing, so that various efforts can be made to increase quality to match the price standard. Research method using proximate and ultimate analysis for coal quality. There are 20 coal samples used in the front, 24 samples in stockpile and 8 samples in temporary stockpile. Coal quality in front mining has 28.24% total moisture, 13.8% inherent moisture, 2.11% ash content, 33.81% volatile matter, 35.98% fixed carbon, 0.42% total sulphur and 4,987.5 kcal/kg. Coal quality in stockpile has 28.35% total moisture, 14.26% inherent moisture, 3.73% ash content, 33.87% volatile matter, 34.09% fixed carbon, 0.41% total sulphur and 4,908.5 kcal/kg. Irrelevance factor is caused by water puddle, mining process, coal cumulation that stays too long in temporary stockpile and spontaneous combustion. Efforts that can be done to handle irregularities are drainage system and pump additions, mining process optimization, FIFO management system implementation and spontaneous combustion handling.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compacting parameters on CBR values based on PT Bukit Asam Tbk's standards and criteria. The problem behind this research is that the overburden target at the TAL-West mining site to the South sump disposal is not affected by the speed of the transport equipment which is caused by the damaged road because the carrying capacity does not reach the standard so the circulation time increases. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the effect of compacting on CBR values based on company standards and criteria to meet the production target in April 2019 of 1,500,000 BCM, while the realization only reaches 1,379,160 BCM. The research method used is a linear regression method that analyzes the influence and relationship of independent variables such as material physical properties, compacting parameters and dependent variables, namely CBR values. The results of this study are that the physical properties of material have a relationship and influence on CBR values. Compaction parameters have a relationship with CBR values such as small dry volume weight so CBR value increases while optimum water content is large, CBR value decreases. Based on the evaluation of company standards and criteria, the best material in the B2C-22 sample with water content of 9.49%, density of 2.77, CBR value of 74.87% of the type of inorganic clay with light ash.
