Abstract

Over time, buildings are used to experience a decline in the physical quality of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical components. To ensure its safety and functioning, periodic inspections of the building are required. The periodic technical inspection of buildings has been regulated in the Minister of Public Works Regulation No.16 / PRT / M / 2010. The results of the building inspection provide an overview of the physical condition and function of the building in detail and itemized by involving experts in building technical reviewers. The results of this examination show how much the percentage of physical degradation and function of the building under review has the potential to be used in assessing the price of existing buildings from an economic perspective. Thus the depreciation of building prices can be estimated. Depreciation value is a reduction in the value of fixed assets as a result of being used by the owner. This depreciation parameter is needed in an assessment of a property which is increasingly felt to be needed in various economic and development activities, including for loan guarantees, asset management, and appraisal for land acquisition for the purpose of building public facilities. The calculation of building prices that is carried out shows that the results of periodic inspections of buildings can be used to determine the depreciation of the price of the buildings under review.

Abstract

The main parameters that determine the flexural and shear capacity of a reinforced concrete beam include the dimensions of the beam, the quality of the concrete, the quality of steel reinforcement, the size of steel reinforcement, and the amount of steel used. In practice, these parameters generally have a certain value so that for certain spans, also the details of a reinforced concrete stress block, can be estimated by taking parameters that exist in the field as constraints. The process of drawing and estimating detailed beams in an studio of architecture usually also refers to practical needs in the field. So by providing limits on span, concrete quality, and steel quality, a drafter can estimate the details of the beam under review. The process of calculating beam dimensions is done by estimating the cross section height of the beam (h) and the width of the beam (b) according to the ‘Rules of Thumb“ reference. The dimension calculation based on effective beam span 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m, and 8m produces the smallest beam dimension, namely B20/35 beam and the largest is B55 / 80..

Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pengetahuan masyarakat desa, kegiatan sosialisasi memegang peran yang sangat penting. Salah satu fokus utamanya adalah pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan terkait konsumsi pangan serta minuman sehat. Di Desa Losari Kidul, program ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan baru kepada ibu-ibu PKK tentang cara membuat minuman Wedang Jahe Latte. Tujuan Sosialisasi ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengolah jahe menjadi wedang jahe latte; mendorong untuk memanfaatkan bahan lokal sebagai solusi kesehatan dan peluang ekonomi; memanfaatkan bahan alami menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan partisipatif dimana ibu-ibu PKK desa Losari Kidul menjadi sasaran kegiatan dan berperan aktif sebagai peserta dan mengikuti instruksi langsung dari mahasiswa yang bertugas sebagai fasilitator. Hasil dari kegiatan ini secara sosial, keterampilan interaksi dan kerja sama antar peserta juga berkembang. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif pada pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta perilaku peserta. Kata kunci: Wedang Jahe latte, Pelatihan, Minuman Herbal

Abstract

Stunting is delayed growth due to poor health conditions or chronic malnutrition starting early in life. There are around 148.1 million cases of stunted children in various parts of the world. None other than that, Setono Pekalongan Village has the sharpest prevalence of stunting cases in 2023, reaching 120 children under five. The aim of the research is to find out the prevalence and nutritional status in cases of stunting in children aged 0-60 months. This research was a non-reactive descriptive study with total sampling involving all 66 children with stunting toddlers in Setono Village. Secondary data regarding the number of stunting cases in 2024 comes from the Sokorejo Community Health Center including variables of gender, age, weight and height. Descriptive data analysis supported by various literature studies. The results showed that 57.6% of stunted children were male, 62.1% of stunted children were aged 26-60 months, 56.1% of stunted children had normal weight and 89.4% of stunted children met the criteria according to status. Height per age in nutrition status is a short height category. It is hoped that the people of Setono will better understand the risk of stunting in their area.
