Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang sangat kaya akan sumber daya alam, budaya serta keanekaragaman hayati. Akan tetapi sifat manusia yang merusak alam semakin lama semakin merugikan dan merusak keseimbangan ekosistem yang ada. Keberadaan taman satwa di Kalimantan Barat sangat diperlukan karena kondisi satwa yang ada sangat sulit dilihat langsung oleh masyarakat dan terdapatnya jenis satwa yang tergolong langka. Kalimantan Barat sangat memerlukan tempat konservasi satwa yang juga dapat menjadi tempat wisata yang rekreatif dan edukatif sehingga cocok untuk perencanaan kawasan wisata taman satwa. Perancangan kawasan meliputi fasilitas pengunjung taman satwa dan melalui analisis dan pertimbangan terhadap lokasi perancangan. Perencanaan kawasan wisata taman satwa juga berpengaruh dalam ilmu pengetahuan masyarakat, serta membantu mempertahankan habitat satwa yang ada sehingga tidak punah. Sehingga perlu dirancang dengan baik untuk menghidupkan kembali kebun binatang yang telah ada sebelumnya dengan menyesuaikan lingkungan dengan menerapkan konsep alami dan tradisional yang menggunakan bentukan rumah betang dan sirkulasi dalam kawasan menggunakan jembatan kayu khas daerah kalimantan barat serta vegetasi yang rimbun agar menunjang kesan alami untuk kenyamanan satwa dan pengunjung. Perancangan kawasan taman satwa merupakan suatu langkah wisata edukatif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan wisata masa sekarang dan masa mendatang, memberikan suatu inovasi dalam mengatasi perkembangan pariwisata dengan menggunakan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan.   Kata kunci: taman satwa, konservasi, edukatif

Abstract

An extraordinary event that causes shock can affect volatility which causes asymmetric variance and error or commonly called asimetric shock / effect. This paper aims to analyze the volatility of stock returns of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk and PT Adaro Energy Tbk in the period of 2008 to 2016. The research results show that ANTM and ADRO have a GARCH effect and also have a leverage effect where the optimal model is found in the GJR model (0,1,1) for ANTM and GJR (1,1,1) for ADRO. Forecasting results shows that ADRO has higher volatility but in a relatively low percentage of volatility about 0.001 while ANTM have a tendency to decrease volatility with a fairly large percentage of volatility about 0.0025.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses several previous studies as the main focus in exploring in more depth the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed to Wulling leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data distributed using an online questionnaire instrument contains 4 statements out of 16 statements on the dependent variable, 6 questions, the independent variable, 6 questions, and the moderate variable, 4 questions. The data must go through several stages first, starting with the validity test, reliability test and path coefficient. From the characteristics of the explanation that the researcher describes, it can be seen that the analysis tool used is smart PLS 4.0. Thereult show that the CEO Power variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Company Performance variable because superior policies, superior power, superior networks, and superior behavior can change everything to the point that it has an impact. on Company Performance. The results that the researcher concluded were caused by the P-Values which were positive and were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Apart from that, the Good Corporate Governance variable can strengthen the influence of the CEO Power variable on company performance because good policies issued by the leadership are part of Good Corporate Governance and good governance is the result of good superior policies as well. This means that both Good Corporate Governance and CEO Power are two things that influence each other. The results that the researchers concluded were caused by the same thing because the P-Vlaues value was positive and was below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: CEO Power, Good Corporate Governance, Company Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Company Size, Leverage, Liquidity and Inflation Rate on Profit Growth Case Studies in Industrial Sector Companies both partially and simultaneously. The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verificative methods. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial statements which are analyzed using penel data regression which includes classical assumption tests, model selection, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The population in this study was 54 companies for 5 years. The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling into 42 companies for 5 years and 210 data were observed. The results of this study show that (1) company size, leverage, liquidity and inflation rate simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth, (2) company size has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, (3) leverage has a negative and significant effect on profit growth, (4) liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on profit growth, (5) inflation rate has a negative and significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations, indications of problems in this study are that employee work discipline is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee discipline at PT Bawang Kuningan Kencana. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive verification method. The sampling technique with total sampling so that the sample is all the population is sampled as many as 75 employees of PT Bawang Kuningan Kencana. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between transformational leadership on employee work discipline. There is a significant influence between work motivation on employee work discipline. Transformational leadership and work motivation together have a positive effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Manajemen Keuangan merupakan suatu alat manajemen yang sangat penting dalam hal mengatur aktivitas transaksi kas masuk keluar dan keuangan lainnya.Mulai dari kegiatanperencanaan anggaran perusahaan, menganalisis, pengendalian kegiatan keuanganserta dalam hal pengambilan keputusan dari beberapa alternatif yang dihadapioleh organisasi bisnis untuk menjalankan kegiatan operasional perusahaan. BUMDES dan UMKM adalah model perusahaan dalam skala desa atau skala mikro. Kegiatanoperasional membutuhkan konsep manajemen keuangan bukan hanya diterapkandi perusahaan tapi bisa diterapkan untuk manajemen keuangan BUMDES dan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Para pelaku UMKMsering mengabaikan manajemen keuangan dalam mengeluarkan modal yang akandigunakan serta tidak ada nya perencanaan yang baik dalam pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan yang ada. Dengan adanya manajemen keuangan, BUMDES dan UMKM Desa Sangkanurip lebih bisamengelola keuangan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Desa Cileuya merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Cimahi, Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cileuya terdiri dari lima dusun, sembilan RW, dan empatpuluh RT. Jumlah penduduk sebanyak 5.320 jiwa dengan total 1.871 kepala keluarga 1.871. Masing-masing KK per hari rata-rata menghasilkan sampah 0,4 kg, sehingga sampah yang dihasilkan adalah 748 kg sampah per hari. Namun sampah tersebut belum terkelola dengan baik, masih dibuang sembarangan dan belum dimanfaatkan sama sekali, sehingga cenderung menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan terutama kepada Desa Cileuya yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan sampah desa. Pelaksanaan pendampingan dengan menggunakan metode workshop dan FGD. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah pelatihan pengelolaan sampah, perencanaan pembangunan pengelolaan Tempat Pembuangan Akhir dan bank sampah

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial competence and orientation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in strengthening their competitive advantage in Ancaran Village, Kuningan District. The primary issues faced by local MSMEs included a limited understanding of structured business planning, low utilization of digital marketing, and a lack of awareness regarding business legality. Through a participatory approach and practice-based training methods, participants were equipped with knowledge and skills related to the preparation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), digital marketing strategies, and legal aspects of business operations. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to assess the improvement in participants' understanding. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge and skills, with the average post-test scores rising by 34.9 points compared to the pre-test. These findings indicated that the program contributed positively to improving the readiness of MSMEs to compete more professionally and sustainably. The program also fostered collective awareness of the importance of innovation, digitalization, and legality as fundamental pillars of MSME competitiveness at the local level.

Abstract

In financial markets modelling, especially stock markets, Brownian Motion plays an important role in building a statistical model. One of the most important concepts in building such financial models is to understand geometric Brownian motion, which is a special case of the Brownian Motion Process. PT. Petrindo Jaya Kreasi, Tbk (CUAN) is a holding company whose business is in the mineral mining and energy sectors. The share prices in this study are based on daily data on the Closing Price of PT shares. Petrindo Jaya Kreasi, Tbk for the period 15 January 2024 to 29 February 2024. The Brown Motion parameter estimation model with P0 = 13,425 obtained µ = -0.021116964, the value of σ = 0.07803483 and σ² = 0.006089435. Based on the model formed, it is necessary to calculate the level of accuracy using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). From the calculation results, the MAPE value is found to be in the range of 21%-50%, namely 22.3%. So it can be concluded that the resulting average error deviation shows the usual level of forecasting accuracy.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Building Construction Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and inflation on stock returns. The sample in this study were 8 Building Construction Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period, this research method uses descriptive and verification methods. Profitability, leverage and inflation variables as independent variables and stock returns as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using Eviews 9.0. Based on the results of the F test, profitability, leverage and inflation simultaneously affect stock returns. The results of the t test show that profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, leverage (DER) has an insignificant positive effect on stock returns, inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns
