Early in 2021, after the discovery of vaccines covid - 19 discourse to school as usual had planned back, this can increase the potential of the students contracted the virus if it can not implement the health protocol 3 M (wear a mask, wash your hands and keep your distance) properly. Dedication to the community at Inti Tondo Elemtary School in Palu City done through counseling and practice protocols 3 M, this event was held on Saturday June 11th 2021 followed by second grade students as many as 22 people. The number of participants is limited since school schedule performed in rotation during a pandemic. Activities carried out with due regard to health protocol. In addition to counseling also do practice Handwashing with soap and use a Hand Sanitizer appropriate health standards and the distribution of masks to the participants. The activities run smoothly, students better understand the protocol 3 M and procedures for hand washing and use hand sanitizer after extension materials supplied. Community service activities must be done on an ongoing basis, considering the change people's behavior is not easy.

This study aimed to determine the role of farmer groups in increasing coffee farmers' income and determine the level of farmers' income. This research was carried out in Simpang Talang Tembago Village, Jangkat Timur District, Merangin Regency on July 1-30, 2020. This location selection was carried out purposively considering that Simpang Talang Tembago Village is one of the significant agricultural developments in the coffee plantation sector in the District. Merangin Jambi Province is the only village with a Farmer's Group that played an important role when named the best coffee product in Indonesia at the International Coffee day 2019 event. The research method used was the Survey method which directly interviewed the management and group members. Farmer. Interviews in this study were conducted with all farmer group members, which amounted to 24 people with purposive sampling and were given questions or questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a Likert Scale. The results of the research show that the role of farmer groups in increasing the income of coffee farmers consists of 3 roles, namely social media or extension media that is lively, natural, and dynamic; tools to achieve change with the aim of agricultural extensionists; a place or container for a pure and healthy statement of aspirations following the wishes of the farmers themselves. From the research results, the role of farmer groups in influencing the income of high coffee farmers is 1035 with a score of 720-1080, and a high level of income is 505, with a category score of 384-576.

The aims of this research is to clarify the type of multi-contract used by National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI) in its product innovation, so that the multi-contract concept used is a multi-contract concept that is in accordance with sharia rules and principles. This research is sharia economic law research that uses descriptive literature research methods. This research uses a normative juridical approach. The primary data used in this research is the DSN-MUI Fatwa which is related to the concept of hybrid contracts in the innovation of sharia banking products. Meanwhile, Secondary data sources include various sources of literature such as laws, scientific articles, books, and others. The data analysis technique used was the cumulative data analysis technique of Miles et al., namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study found that so far, the DSN-MUI has used the type of multi-contract for similar contracts (a combination of muawadhat contracts) and also non-similar contracts (a combination of muawadhat contracts and tabarru’ contracts) provided that there is a separation of agreement documents to avoid usury schemes for the use of these contract combinations and income (both margins, ujrah, and profit sharing) is obtained from the use of muawadhat contracts. This non-similar contract combination scheme is confirmed in the Fatwa on the Income of Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) During the Construction Period (Fatwa No. 142 of 2021), namely Al- Uqud al-Murakkabah al-Muta’addidah. GCS adalah metode yang paling populer untuk menilai status neurologis dan derajat keparahan disfungsi otak termasuk cedera ketua Ada tiga komponen yg dievaluasi berdasarkan GCS yaitu respon mata, lisan & motorik. Cidera kepala merupakan gangguan traumatik yang disertai atau tanpa disertai perdarahan interstitinal pada substansi otak tanpa diikuti terputusnya kontinuitas otak. Cedera kepala didominasi pada kecelakaan berkedaraan bermotor (50), ini merupakan salah satu penyebabnya, yaitu sepeda motor, mobil, truk, sepeda, dan pejalan kaki yg tertabrak tunggangan. Usia 65 tahun biasanya mengalami cedera kepala berat 2 kali lipat lebih besar terjadi mortalitas daripada usia di bawah 65 tahun, dan biasanya penyebab utamanya bermacam-macam.

Asthma is a disease of shortness of breath due to the narrowing of flight routes. A decrease in the expiratory rate and inspiratory volume lowers the lung fundamentals. Asthmatic patients need exercise to expand the lung boundaries which is very necessary. Respiratory muscle stretching exercises are activities to maintain and build the adaptability or adaptability of the respiratory muscles. This examination aims to determine the impact of prolonged treatment on the respiratory muscles to establish the lung margins that are important for asthmatic patients. This PkM activity is carried out through outreach activities combined with demonstration and discussion methods. The PkM activity begins with the provision of pre-test questions and ends with a post-test to measure the increase in PkM participants' knowledge of the socialized material. This PkM activity has been carried out very well where as many as 17 PkM participants who are nurses at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital have understood the socialization material presented, namely respiratory muscle stretching therapy to increase the lung vital capacity of asthma patients. After the intervention was given, the lung vital capacity of asthma patients changed to be in the good and very good categories. The knowledge and insights of the PkM participants increased with the demonstrations and discussions given. In addition, there was an increase in the knowledge of PkM participants regarding respiratory muscle stretching therapy in asthma patients with an average percent increase of 20%.

To address global challenges related to drug resistance, the role of universities as centers of knowledge and innovation becomes a key driver in overcoming this issue. Universities are expected to actively carry out the three pillars of education, research, and community service. A concrete example of implementing these pillars is through awareness and education activities for students at Al Razi Sinar Harapan Medan Private Vocational High School regarding the appropriate use of antibiotics to prevent drug resistance. These awareness and education activities aim to provide a deep understanding to students about the judicious use of antibiotics as a preventive measure against drug resistance. The methods employed include lectures through presentations, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. To assess the level of understanding among students at Al Razi Sinar Harapan Medan Private Vocational High School regarding the use of antibiotics, an evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire results, before the awareness and education activities on the correct and proper use of antibiotics, the knowledge level of students at Al Razi Sinar Harapan Medan Private Vocational High School was low. However, after participating in these activities, there was a significant improvement in the students' knowledge about the more appropriate and accurate use of antibiotics. Students who gained this knowledge became more skilled and informed in managing their health, fostering a sense of responsibility for personal and community health. Thus, these awareness and education activities not only directly benefit the students' knowledge but also have a broader positive impact on public health as a whole. This effort is expected to make a positive contribution to reducing irrational antibiotic use and minimizing the impact of drug resistance among students, while also supporting the university's Tridarma vision to create a healthier and smarter society. The conclusion drawn from these activities is that students at Al Razi Sinar Harapan Medan Vocational High School now have a better understanding of antibiotic use and are aware of the risks of drug resistance.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is behavior that is implemented in daily life based on initiatives originating from learning outcomes so that it can change individuals or groups so that they can play an active role in their health in society. School-age children are children who are in childhood, which is clearly in contrast to adulthood. During childhood, there are generally many health problems that are critical in determining the quality of a child's health in the future. Community service is the key to efforts to spread knowledge about PHBS. This community service was carried out for elementary school students in grades 4, 5, and 6 at SD Negeri 101900 Lubuk Pakam, as many as 100 people. This activity will play a role in raising students' awareness of implementing PHBS behavior and infectious disease prevention behavior at school. This activity is held through counseling, and public campaigns, where PkM will be able to increase understanding about washing hands before and after carrying out activities, brushing teeth, not littering, and not snacking carelessly. Evaluation of this activity is carried out through review activities by asking questions to elementary school students. The results of this PkM show that there has been a significant increase in awareness, knowledge, and prevention efforts in implementing PHBS at SD Negeri 101900 Lubuk Pakam. It is hoped that students will remain consistent in implementing PHBS in their daily activities.

This study explored teaching media “Quizlet” to enrich students’ vocabulary in reading class. This study aimed to analyze the students’ perceptions on the use of Quizlet as teaching media in reading class. This qualitative case study research was conducted in one of an Islamic Senior High School in Ciamis. This study involved a tenth- grade consisted of seventeen students which were chosen purposively as the sample of the study. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that students have positive perceptions about using Quizlet as a learning media to enrich their vocabulary. Students agreed that the Quizlet application motivated them to learn English vocabulary and improved their learning performance. It can be concluded that the Quizlet application is considered as a useful and fun learning media to enrich students' vocabulary. Furthermore, the researcher recommends that further researchers investigate the use of Quizlet at various levels of education to get more in- depth and specific results regarding the use of Quizlet media in learning vocabulary.

Background. Background This research is based on the need for an effective alternative for the resolution of civil disputes in the District Court due to the problems that often arise in the conventional justice system. Mediation has been considered as one of the promising alternatives, but there has been no thorough evaluation of how effective this method is in the context of the District Court. Purpose. This study aims to quantitatively evaluate how effective mediation is as an alternative to civil dispute resolution in the District Court. Method. The quantitative method collects data through surveys and interviews with mediation participants. The aim was to determine how effective mediation is as an alternative to civil dispute resolution in the district courts. The data collected was then analyzed to identify factors that influence the success of mediation. Results. This study shows the success rate of mediation as a civil dispute resolution option in the District Court and the factors that influence the outcome. Conclusion. This study found that mediation can serve as an effective alternative to civil dispute resolution in the District Court. However, the study also emphasizes that further attention is needed to the factors that determine the success of mediation. The research also provides a basis for policy and practice recommendations that can improve the success of mediation in civil dispute resolution in the District Courts.

Penelitian ini merupakan analisis kasus tentang upaya pemberdayaan perempuan melalui kelompok wanita tani di Desa Mantang, Kecamatan Mantang, Kabupaten Bintan. Proses pemberdayaan perempuan ini terfokus pada keterlibatan kelompok tani Tunas Jaya dan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pemberdayaan. Keberadaan kelompok tani Tunas Jaya dianggap sebagai wadah apresiasi perempuan yang juga menyebabkan majunya sektor pertanian di Desa Mantang serta membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai cara pemberdayaan dalam kegiatan pertanian, mengidentifikasi peluang dan hambatan yang muncul selama proses pemberdayaan, serta mengevaluasi manfaat yang didapatkan setelah mengikuti program pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam proses penelitiannya. Untuk mengumpulkan data atau informasi dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan sesi wawancara bersama perwakilan anggota kelompok tani Tunas Jaya. Sehingga dapat mengetahui informasi terkait peran kelompok tani terhadap perempuan masyarakat pesisir di Desa Mantang. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Tani, Peran, Masyarakat Pesisir This research is a case analysis of women's empowerment efforts through farmer women's groups in Mantang Village, Mantang District, Bintan Regency. This women's empowerment involves the Tunas Jaya farmer group and involves the participation of the surrounding community in an empowerment process. The existence of the Tunas Jaya farmer group is considered as a forum for women's appreciation which helps bring progress to the agricultural sector in Mantang Village and helps the community's economy. The aim of this research is to understand how empowerment is implemented in agricultural activities, identify opportunities and obstacles that arise during the empowerment process, and evaluate the benefits that can be obtained after participating in the empowerment program. This research uses qualitative research methods in its research process. To collect data or information in this research, interview sessions were conducted with representatives of members of the Tunas Jaya farmer group.
