Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Tugas Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Dalam Pengarsipan Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Tuah Kemuning. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah  bagaimana Implementsi Tugas Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Tuah Kemuning­­­­­­­­­­, dan apa faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam  Implementasi Tugas  Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah dalam Pengarsipan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Tuah Kemuning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara, informan dalam Penelitian ini terdiri atas informan utama  dan informan tambahan informan utama yakini kepala Sekolah  dan informan tambahan adalah kepala Tenaga Administrasi sekolah dan Staf Tenaga Administrasi sekolah: Berdasarkan hasil dalam  penelitian Implementasi Tugas Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Dalam  Pengarsipan Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Tuah Kemuning masih adanya faktor penghambat yang dijumpai, hal ini di Karenakan ada nya hambatan dalam hal komitmen serta perlunya penambahan anggota pada Staf Tenega Administrasi Sekolah dan peremajaan pada inventaris. Sedangkan dalam hal faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Tugas Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Dalam Pengarsipan Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Tuah Kemuning yaitu adanya beberapa faktor. Faktor personal, karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik struktural, pengalaman kerja. Sementara itu faktor pengahambatnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman tenega administrasi sekolah terhadap tujuan dan visi misi sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara memulai penelitian Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bagian utama pendahuluan yaitu: a) latar belakang, b) rumusan masalah, c) tujuan penelitian. Langkah-langkah Membuat Pendahuluan yaitu: a) mengenalkan topik, b) memetakan arah penelitian, c) memasukkan hasil penelitian di pendahuluan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic has had an impact on the educational landscape, particularly the move to a remote learning model utilizing internet media. This system has so many issues that we need to do an extensive educational assessment of the subject. In order to create an educational map of the mathematics learning scores of the Islam Majority Student population during the COVID-19 epidemic in SMP Pekanbaru City, Indonesia, this study used spatial analysis. The distribution of the number of patients who tested positively was related to the geographical analysis of the learning score. The majority of the city's western and eastern regions had few patients and did not improve the score for mathematics education, according to a comparison of the two maps. On the other hand, a small percentage of the northern and western regions revealed that the few patients raised the Mathematics education score. A tiny portion of the southern region discovered that the score for mathematics education fell as the proportion of positive patients rose. Furthermore, the fewest patients are found in tree-lined, deserted locations, yet there are still few schools there. In Pekanbaru City, the majority of the schools are still located in urban areas devoid of pleasant open spaces.

Abstract

Leadership has a direct influence on the final outcome of a government, especially in serving its people. Umar bin Khattab's leadership pattern certainly brings educational values. So This study examines the influence of educational values in Umar Bin Khattab's prophetic leadership on public services in Indonesia in the current era. This research is literature research and the methodology used in this research is character study. The data related to this study were collected through literature study and presented with descriptive analysis techniques, namely by explaining the policies of Umar bin Khattab in public services, by referring to the book of Umar bin Khattab historia as primary data and related literature books as data. secondary. The results of this study are the educational value of Umar Bin Khattab's leadership on public services, namely the bookkeeping of the Qur'an, qira'at education, Tafsir bil Ra'yi education, education in the dissemination of hadith and infrastructure education (architect). Then regarding the influence of Umar Bin Khattab's prophetic leadership on public services in Indonesia, namely the role of I'tiqadiyah, controlling the salary and land tax payment system, establishing a state court by dividing it into the judicial, legislative and executive systems, and establishing a security system, as the center of the police and military. And the last influence is the Islamic calendar, which makes it easy to determine worship for all Muslims. Keywords: Public Service, Prophetic, Umar bin Khattab.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a Muslim-majority nation founded on Pancasila, faces ongoing challenges in harmonizing Islamic values with national ideology. Tensions between religious identity and nationalism, exemplified by increasing intolerance and declining civic awareness, highlight the urgent need for integrative educational approaches. This study explores Azyumardi Azra’s perspective on the alignment between Islam wasathiyyah (moderate Islam) and Pancasila, emphasizing Islamic education as a strategic medium to cultivate both religious and national character. This research adopts a qualitative method based on library research. Primary data sources include the works of Azyumardi Azra, scholarly articles, and official documents related to Pancasila and Islamic education. Data were analyzed descriptively and thematically to construct a conceptual model for integration. The findings reveal three main insights: (1) a value integration model that aligns Islamic principles—such as justice (‘adalah), brotherhood (ukhuwah), and deliberation (shura)—with the five principles of Pancasila; (2) the use of inclusive and contextual teaching methods to foster tolerance and civic responsibility; and (3) the importance of local cultural contexts in developing educational models that are both relevant and effective. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic education by offering a theoretical framework for integrating religious and national values. By operationalizing Azra’s ideas into curriculum development and pedagogical practices, the research proposes a transformative model applicable in both formal and non-formal education. It underscores the potential of Islamic education to promote a tolerant, pluralist, and nationalist generation in contemporary Indonesia.
