Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected organizations in carrying out company activities to remain productive. Government regulations regulate companies to work from home. Therefore, employee performance is important for the survival of the company. This study aimed to determine whether employee performance is influenced by motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment. The population of this study was 53 permanent employees of PT. Mulia Jaya Mandiri Balikpapan, with a saturated sampling technique, the entire population is sampled. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, and F-test. The results show that performance is influenced by motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment. Job Satisfaction partially has a negative and significant effect. And the dominant motivation affects the performance of employees of PT. Mulia Jaya Mandiri Balikpapan.

Abstract

Abstract, The Influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio Against Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, and LDR on ROA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The population used in this study are all Financial Statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. by using purposive sampling technique with criteria set by the author. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the test results simultaneously obtained that the variable CAR, NPL, and LDR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk., While the CAR variable partially has a negative and significant and dominant influence on ROA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk., NPL has a negative and significant effect on ROA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk., And LDR have a negative and not significant effect on ROA at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

             PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan bergerak pada bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan yang mempunyai fungsi dan tujuan utama meningkatkan fasilitas Kesehatan untuk masyarakat yang memadai dan bermutu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu apakah kinerja dipengaruhi motivasi disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Dengan metode sensus seluruh karyawan menjadi sampel yaitu 40 orang. Riset ini memakai metode eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Untuk menjawab hipotesis digunakan, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mitra Sehat Utama BalikpapanKata Kunci:  Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja.             PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan is engaged in health services which have the main function and purpose of improving good and quality health services to community. This research is to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan. With the cencus method, all employee become a sample of 40 people. This research uses an explanatory method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used hypothesis testing, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the variables of motivation, work discipline and work environment have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Sehat Utama Balikpapan.Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Enviroment, Performance

Abstract

Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara adalah unsur pendukung pelaksana teknis penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah yang dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Badan dan berkedudukan di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Sekretaris Daerah yang mempunyai tugas pokok terhadap kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat Penajam Paser Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Penelitian ini dengan memilih responden pegawai Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner maupun wawancara. Sensus seluruh populasi yang ada yaitu sebanyak 128 pegawai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan disiplin, motivasi dan kepemimpinan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Secara parsial disiplin, motivasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Pada penelitian ini yang memiliki pengaruh dominan adalah variabel kepemimpinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work experience and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Regional Water Company in Balikpapan City. The study population was 367 respondents. Using a random sampling technique so that the sample used is 78 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the three variables simultaneously influence the Employee Performance of Regional Drinking Water Companies in Balikpapan City with Discipline partially significantly and dominantly affecting the Employee Performance of Regional Water Companies in Balikpapan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communication, Motivation and Work Environment on the Spirit of Work Employees at PT Andiarta Muzizat Balikpapan. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study were 82 employees of PT. Andiarta Muzizat Balikpapan uses saturated sampling technique. The method used are instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that Communication (X1) has a significant effect on Spirit of Work (Y). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Spirit of Work (Y). Work Environment (X3) has a significant effect on Spirit of Work (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work stress, and work discipline partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abadi Raya Commerce Balikpapan. This research was conducted at PT. Abadi Raya Commerce Balikpapan, with 52 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires through google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the compensation and work discipline variables had a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the work stress variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
