Abstract

ABSTRACT Village development that is still not optimal is a problem that is closely related to the role of lokal assistants that are not optimal. This can be seen from the village development process how the role of the lokal village assistant as a facilitator and communicator and what obstacles are faced by the role of the village lokal companion which causes his role as a companion is still not optimal. The results showed that the role of lokal assistants in Babai Village was still not optimal, judging from their role as facilitators and communicators. As a facilitator in the planning, community empowerment and evaluation stages, it has been going well but in the implementation stage, this is still lacking, as can be seen from the lack of community participation during the implementation of development. As a communicator in the stage of community empowerment and development evaluation is quite good but in the planning and implementation stage of development is still not good, this can be seen when lokal village assistants are unable to provide solutions in planning and implementing development in the village. Influencing factors are coordination, workload and quality of human resources as lokal companions to the village. The results of this study are suggested to form an assessment team to conduct evaluations, openness in the process of recruiting lokal village assistants, the need for accurate village mapping and adjusting to the residence of lokal village assistants, providing supporting work facilities and infrastructure and socialization. Abstract

Latifah, 2210412120015, 2026. Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) Terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Papan Utama yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2024. Di bawah bimbingan: Noor Hidayati. Fluktuasi harga saham sektor properti dan real estate papan utama menunjukkan adanya ketidakstabilan kinerja pasar yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Papan Utama yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh besar sampel sebanyak 50 yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan 10 perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Papan Utama yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indoneisa dikalikan dengan tahun pengamatan sebesar 5 tahun (2020-2024). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Papan Utama yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2024. Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Papan Utama yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2024. Return On Equity (ROE) Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Papan Utama yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2024.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is an important thing in handling and forming the character of students, carried out so that the process of instilling character in children will be easily absorbed when we start providing character education at an early age, because at that time children are at the stage of imitating and observing people. people around him. In this research, we used qualitative research methods, namely emphasizing the analysis on descriptive data in the form of written words that were observed, so the analysis of this data was more focused on library research, namely by reading, studying and examining books and sources. writing that is closely related to the problem being discussed. In order for the character of students to become Muslims in accordance with the expectations of the state and religion which can be useful for society, nation and state, character deepening is needed, such as religious and honest character, disciplined and independent, and responsible. From the research that has been carried out, the results obtained show that cultivating characters based on Islam from an early age has a great influence on the development of students in the future.
