Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan promosi dan demosi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh sebanyak 186 orang dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin sehingga diperoleh 65 orang karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan promosi dan demosi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,747 menunjukkan derajat hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 0,747 atau 74,7%, artinya prestasi kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh mempunyai hubungan kuat dan positif dengan promosi dan demosi. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,558 artinya promosi dan demosi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh sebesar 0,558 atau 55,8% dan sisanya sebesar 44,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan promosi dan demosi memiliki peran yang lebih besar dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan. Jika ada kesempatan bagi setiap karyawan dipromosikan harus menginformasikannya kepada para karyawan jika promosi direalisasikan kepada karyawan agar karyawan terdorong untuk giat melakukan pekerjaan, bersemangat, berdisiplin dan berprestasi kerja sehingga sasaran perusahaan secara optimal dapat dicapai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal: 1) PAI teachers' strategies in managing classes for class VIII students at SMPN 05 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year; 2) PAI teacher strategies produce effective learning for class VIII students at SMPN 05 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year; and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for PAI teachers in managing classes for class VIII students at SMPN 05 Semparuk in the 2023-2024 academic year. This research uses a descriptive approach and qualitative research type. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, data verification and drawing conclusions. The data checking and validity techniques used are triangulation and member checking. Based on the data analysis carried out, the research results show that; (1) The PAI teacher's strategy in managing classes for class VIII students at SMPN 05 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year consists of several steps, namely planning, organizing, acting, and evaluating.( 2) PAI teacher strategies produce effective learning for class VIII students at SMPN 05 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year. consists of several steps, namely: using experiential learning strategies where inviting students to learn while playing with the aim of making children not get bored during learning, and using direct learning strategies, apart from delivering material using the lecture method, teachers also often use media in the learning process. (3) There are two supporting and inhibiting factors for PAI teachers in managing classes for class VIII students at SMPN 05 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year, namely: First, factors that support PAI teachers in managing classes are facilities such as wifi, infocus, classrooms, and books, and the second factor that supports managing the classroom from school factors is strong support from school management, including the principal and fellow teachers. Factors that hinder PAI teachers in managing the class are that there are several students who chat and often come in and out of the class, and limited teaching time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job placement, transfer, and workload on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh Distribution Unit. This study uses a census method, in which all elements of the population totaling 96 employees are directly investigated. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, using a Likert scale to measure the variables of job placement, transfer, workload, and employee performance. The results of the regression analysis indicate that partially, job placement, transfer, and workload have a significant influence on employee performance. Appropriate job placement can increase motivation and work efficiency, while transfers carried out by considering individual abilities have a positive impact on adaptation and productivity. A balanced workload also plays an important role in reducing work stress and improving performance. In addition, simultaneous analysis using the F test shows that the three variables together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the BIVI (Beauty in Virtual Identity) application on the performance of Wardah Beauty Advisors at Toko Butet Joni Kuala Tanjung Batubara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the BIVI application contributes to improving operational efficiency through online attendance features based on geolocation and real-time sales recording, which facilitate performance monitoring, payroll calculation, and product stock management. However, the study also found obstacles such as technical issues related to internet stability and limited employee understanding of the application workflow. Overall, the implementation of the BIVI application has a positive impact on enhancing employee performance and can serve as a reference for the development of technology-based management systems in the future.
