Abstract

Vulnerability analysis on the Unjaya Repository website uses the ISSAF method for identifying and grouping identified vulnerabilities.. The purpose is to provide an in-depth understanding of the vulnerabilities that exist on the Repository site as a basis for the corrective steps needed to reduce security risks. The methods are information gathering, network mapping, vulnerability exposure, vulnerability grouping, IP addresses, active ports. Scanning using Nikto Scanner and Helium Security, 24 vulnerabilities detected in four levels, namely high, medium, low and informational. The results found at a high level of vulnerability in the form of disclosure of PII, at a medium level such as the absence of an Anti-CSRF Token, at a low level such as Application Error Disclosure, and at an information level such as Authentication Request Identified. This proves that there is a significant potential risk to the security of the Unjaya Repository site.

Abstract

Sebagai instansi yang membekali siswa dengan keterampilan khusus, maka siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) perlu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi sesuai dengan bidang yang ditekuninya. Salat satunya adalah teknologi mesin 3D printer yang dimiliki SMK Muhammadiyah Berbah untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan siswa jurusan teknik otomotif. Jurusan tersebut tidak hanya dibekali dengan kemampuan menganalisis, mendesain, dan kegiatan manufaktur, melainkan juga melakukan pemeliharaan sebuah sistem mekanik. Pemeliharaan atau perawatan (maintanance) berkaitan dengan usaha mempertahankan peralatan dalam kondisi layak bekerja. Namun SMK Muhammadiyah Berbah belum mengetahui bagaimana melakukan perawatan pada mesin 3D printer. Adanya mesin 3D printing yang mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran harus diimbangi dengan melakukan preventive maintanance untuk menjaga kualitas hasil cetak dan menghindari pengeluaran biaya akibat kerusakan. Sehingga dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai preventive maintenance mesin 3D Printer kepada guru dan mahasiswa jurusan teknik otomotif di SMK Muhammadiyah Berbah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pelatihan kegiatan preventive maintanance mesin 3D printer bagi guru dan siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Berbah. Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri 31 peserta yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa dari jurusan teknik otomotif. Peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk praktik perawatan secara langsung pada mesin 3D printer sehingga dapat menambah hardskill guru dan siswa. Secara ekonomis, preventive maintanance dilakukan untuk menghindari pengeluaran biaya akibat kerusakan mesin. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner pemahaman pelatihan preventive maintanance diperoleh peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 72%.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan telah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Akses informasi kegiatan belajar-mengajar, penerimaan mahasiswa, informasi profil sekolah dan bursa kerja sudah disajikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web. SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan khususnya pada Jurusan Multimedia, memiliki konten pembelajaran Informatika. Selain pembelajaran formal wajib yang diberikan dalam rangka mencapai kompetensi utama, siswa dapat menguasai keterampilan di luar mata pelajaran yang diperlukan. Tidak semua siswa mengenal dan pernah belajar web design khususnya dari aspek keamanan informasi, sehingga keterampilan tambahan keamanan sistem dan jaringan akan menjadi ilmu yang bermanfaat serta pelatihan perancangan website berbasis keamanan informasi dapat dilaksanakan untuk menunjang kompetensi dalam mempersiapkan siswa beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Pelatihan keterampilan Web Design serta edukasi mengenai kejahatan dan keamanan internet dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bagi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu inovasi untuk menyelesaikan tantangan teknologi, mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan tambahan dan meningkatkan kapasitas kemampuan dan pengetahuan. Target dari pelatihan ini adalah mini project web design yang dipraktekkan oleh siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Sebanyak 20 peserta sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Hasil pengukuran capaian kompetensi diperoleh sebanyak 84% peserta telah memiliki kompetensi wawasan dalam pembuatan dan pengelolaan webiste yang diukur dari post-test dan hasil praktik pembuatan website.

Abstract

Process of determining scores automatically from one or several documents based on text data included in the field of Automated Essay Scoring (AES). Mechanism for scoring answers manually takes a long time to assess students' essay answers, especially for multi-question answers. The implementation of Automated Essay Scoring (AES) is to make correction and scoring easier by application that run on computers. This study applied TF-IDF weighting method and cosine similarity measurement method in multi-question of essay answer document. The test carried out through the preprocessing phase for data extraction, then weighting on each word term. Weighted value is the calculated using cosine similarity to get the degree of similarity. In each question, the point has been given, the cosine similarity value can be calculated with points from each question. This process produces a final score from student answer document which is compared with an expert document. By using the principle of similarity, only the relevant text or character from an expert document will be given weight, to get the similarity value, the number of terms contained in the answer document must match, neither in fewer nor more in number.

Abstract

Mobile banking has become one of the most popular choices compared to other online banking services. Google Play Store is an online application store platform provides a review section for users to give ratings and comments on the applications they use. Positive reviews typically contain good experiences that reflect user satisfaction, while negative reviews usually contain poor experiences that indicate complaints and user dissatisfaction. However, Google Play Store does not yet have a feature to automatically map the main topics in both positive and negative reviews. Specifically for negative reviews, this can make it difficult for developers to understand the root problems and take appropriate corrective actions. In some situations, negative reviews need to be handled more quickly. Slow handling of negative reviews can impact the decline in reputation and customer loyalty. This research aims to identify user dissatisfaction topics based on negative reviews of several popular mobile banking applications in Indonesia, namely BCA Mobile and BRImo.

Abstract

Potensi serangan siber yang semakin kompleks memberikan dampak peningkatan kejahatan di ruang siber dengan \textit{initial access}  pada pengguna perangkat digital. Aplikasi whatsapp sebagai produk perkembangan teknologi memberikan ruang baru bagi penjahat siber untuk melakukan penipuan \textit{online} dan pencurian informasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah inisiatif Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta bersama Desa Mitra, Kalurahan Bangunjiwo, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memberikan pendampingan untuk peningkatan kesadaran tentang ancaman ruang siber dan melatih warga tentang langkah-langkah keamanan dasar, seperti \textit{Multi Factor Authentication} (MFA) dan \textit{Two-step Verification}. Inisiatif ini terdiri dari beberapa fase, termasuk koordinasi, observasi, sosialisasi, evaluasi, dan pelaporan, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang praktik keamanan siber. Sebagai hasil dari program ini, para peserta menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan mereka tentang ancaman serangan siber dan penerapan langkah-langkah keamanan. Upaya penting dalam pendidikan dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat ketahanan masyarakat dalam menghadapi kejahatan siber. Selain itu inisiatif yang berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk menjaga kesadaran dan melindungi warga di ruang siber. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya memberdayakan masyarakat dengan informasi penting tetapi juga menumbuhkan pendekatan proaktif terhadap keamanan siber dengan harapan kontribusi pada ruang siber yang lebih aman bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

General Achmad Yani University Yogyakarta is one of the universities that provides education with one of the NKJA implementation lecture programs. The NKJA course has been held for the first time for 2022 students. To determine the level of application of the NKJA for Class of 2022 students, analysis using k-means is needed. Efforts were made to optimize clusters from k-means results by searching for the best clusters using silhouette scores. The results of this research are 5 clusters which are the best number of clusters. In the 4th cluster, the highest results were obtained with the analysis that the Class of 2022 students had applied the 3 values of the NKJA in their daily lives with the values of struggle, courage and discipline

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several things, one of which is work stress. Unresolved stress results in a person's inability to interact positively with their environment. XYZ Faculty is one of the faculties in a private university in the Yogyakarta area. Based on personnel data, the average 2023 BKD for XYZ Faculty lecturers is 18.65. This creates an excessive burden on lecturers. This research aims to measure the mental workload index of XYZ faculty lecturers and develop recommendations for improvement to balance the workload. The method used in this research is the Nasa TLX method. The results of the research show that the workload experienced by lecturers at Faculty so that administrative activities do not interfere with lecturers' tri dharma activities.

Abstract

Waste management remains a critical issue in Indonesia, as emphasized in the RPJMN 2025–2029. Ineffective collection and processing services, coupled with limited public participation, continue to hinder progress. Meanwhile, social media has emerged as a primary channel for citizens to express complaints and reports on waste, yet the unstructured nature of comments poses challenges for integration into official reporting systems. This study proposes a user requirements recommendation model based on social media data by integrating sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and rule-based recommendation. Data were collected from YouTube and TikTok comments. Sentiment classification was performed using Support Vector Machine (SVM), while Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) was employed for topic modeling, with results mapped onto the UX Honeycomb dimensions. Recommendation rules were then formulated by combining sentiment polarity with UX dimensions. The SVM model achieved an average accuracy of 87.5% with balanced precision, recall, and F1-score. LDA produced 15 coherent topics, which were distributed across seven UX dimensions. The integration revealed that the main user requirements include transparency in report follow-up through real-time notifications and clear status updates. Additional recommendations involve simplifying the reporting process, providing auto-fill features, improving visual design, and establishing a user appreciation system. The findings demonstrate the potential of leveraging social media comments to systematically capture user requirements, offering practical insights for developers to design waste reporting platforms that are effective, user-friendly, and responsive to community expectations.
