The abstrek of this article aims at a gampse of the busyness of the Sangkumpal Bonang market traders in Padangsidimpuan who have various kinds of activities in serving consumers in fact, this profession has keep going down from their parents, adults, teenagers and children for various reasons, some just hobbies or economic demands, so they try their luck through business. Al the Sangkumpal Bonang market, traders serve consumers with various kinds of commerce, such as groceries seller, sea food, clother dealer and another, The implementation of commerce should be carried out correctly and in accordance with the rules of Islamic sharia which are slarted in the al-Qur’an. But some of traders there are doing transactions in a fraudulent way, such as mixing the types of quality gouds with unqualified. Takes some of the objects that are sold, plays with the scales and makes. The price of goods at will that is not in accordance with the standard. They did this act because of the increasing pressure of the economy so that they could not avoid cheating in trading. This situation is exacerbated by the covid-19 virus which is endemic to all corners of the world especially the city of Padangsidimpuan so that the selling values of their wares is decreasing and causing many of them so suffer losses due to the absence of consummers buying their wares. Slow down to sales of merchandise they sell. This habit is sometimes triggered by the lack of knowledge and understanding of traders about the correct Islamic rules of buying and selling as regulated in the al-qur’an. It is proper for traders in trading to reflect on the trading practices carried of by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. So that he traders without discriminating between beliefs. Therefore, the trade he carries out is known throughout the world.

This research is entitled "The Practice of Renting Billiard Tables in Review From the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (In Environment II Batunadua Jae)". The author is interested in conducting this research to obtain an overview of the practice of renting a billiard table in terms of sharia economic law. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the practice of renting pool tables in Batunadua Jae Environment II, and to analyze from the point of view of sharia economic law about the practice of renting pool tables in Batunadua Jae Environment II. To get answers to research problems, the authors conduct research using field research methods using descriptive qualitative, where research is carried out in natural situations. The results of this study regarding the practice of renting a pool table can be said that someone knows how to play billiards mostly from friends and sees people playing billiards. How to play a billiard table in Batunadua Jae Ward II uses playing cards as a benchmark for the ball to be entered by players, besides that billiard players use money as bets or gambling. In the implementation of the billiard table rental in Lingkunagan II Batunadua Jae, it is contrary to the KHES contained in article 274 paragraph 2 which says that the object being liberated must be used for things that are justified according to sharia Because according to Islamic law it is not permissible to bet and gamble.

The Qur'an provides motivation or encouragement for humans to think about their personality, about the extraordinary creation of Allah SWT with all the uniqueness in every event. This is the impetus for humans to conduct research on the soul and its secrets. As contained in the letter Ali-Imran verses 42-48 regarding Psychology Maryam faced extraordinary events during the moments of the birth of the prophet Isa as. The formulation of the problem in this study is how Maryam's character is immortalized in the Qur'an, and how is Maryam's psychology in the Qur'an based on the thematic interpretation approach to Q.S. Ali-Imran: 42-48). The type of research used in this thesis is library research. Sources of data used in this thesis are in the form of primary library materials such as the Qur'an and interpretation books such as Tafsir Al-Azhar. The secondary data sources include commentaries, books and scientific papers related to research. The results of the study indicate that the character Maryam enshrined in the Qur'an is a woman chosen by Allah SWT because she comes from a good lineage, worships a lot, zuhud, is noble and purified from various forms of doubt and bad character. As for Maryam's psychology, based on the explanations of several commentators, namely Maryam has a good and tough personality, it can be seen from Maryam's obedient attitude and does not deny the news of her pregnancy which was conveyed through the angel Gabriel, even though Maryam is not married and has never been touched by any man. The good personality embedded in Maryam comes from a very conducive childhood background, she was born to pious parents and was raised by a prophet, namely the prophet Zakaria as.

The problem in this research is how the implementation of Community Empowerment in Development in Sihoda-hoda Village, Padang Lawas Utara Regency has been implemented. Because the community empowerment that will be carried out has several obstacles so that it cannot be implemented properly. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze community empowerment in development in Sihoda-hoda Village, Padang Lawas Utara Regency. The author raises the problem formulation, namely How to Empower the Community in Development and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of community empowerment in development in Sihoda-hoda Village, Padang Lawas Utara Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, namely describing the phenomena or events that occur in the field. Data collection instruments used in this study consisted of interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is that community empowerment in development in Sihoda-hoda Village has not been fully implemented by the Sihoda-hoda Village government. However, when viewed from the level of community participation in the planning stage it is quite high. Where the community participates in the formation of the village medium term development plan through village meetings (MUSDES) held by the village government of Sihoda-hoda. Supporting factors for the implementation of community empowerment in development in Sihoda-hoda Village are the existence of a Village Fund established by the North Padang Lawas Regency government, the willingness of the community to build and manage existing natural resources, and the existence of natural resources that are large enough to be managed by the government and society. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of community empowerment in development in Sihoda-hoda Village are the lack of training to develop the potential of the Sihoda-hoda Village community, the lack of communication between the village government and the community, and vice versa, and the lack of community awareness of a sense of ownership with what they have.

This research is the tradition of reading Yasin 41 which is carried out by the community of Paran Gadung village, Padang Bolak Julu district, Padang Lawas Utara district. This practice is carried out if someone is seriously ill, then Yasin 41 reads it with the hope that after reading the sick person back to health or if there is no hope of recovery, his death will be made easier. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation systematics, as well as the community's interpretation of the Yasin 41 reading tradition.The aim is to find out the steps for implementing the Yasin 41 tradition and to find out the meaning of the Paran Gadung village community regarding the Yasin 41 reading tradition. which uses collection techniques by means of observation, interviewing, and documentation and uses books related to the study of living Qur'an and Hadis by Sahiron Syamsudin. The method used in this research is descriptive. The conclusion of this study is that the process of implementing Yasin 41 must be accompanied by a supervisor who already understands its implementation and several verses that are read repeatedly, then the community's consumption of the implementation of the Yasin 41 reading tradition is to get closer to oneself. to Allah SWT, the form of personality as a social being, and the last is to expect blessings from Alla SWT.

Leasing is a law of agreement consisting of two or more people who bind themselves to each other in which one party declares the ability to provide something and the other party binds itself in an agreement to help meet their respective needs. Likewise with the custom that applies in the community of Sihitang Urban Village Padangsidimpuan City which often rent boarding rooms.The problem in this thesis is how the community rents boarding rooms for student residences in Sihitang Urban Village Padangsidimpuan City and how does Fiqh Muamalah review the implementation of renting boarding rooms. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the implementation of boarding room renting in Sihitang Village Padangsidimpuan City and a review of the implementation of boarding room renting.The type of research is field research by using a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a research from various aspects to find the issue for which the answer is being sought.The results of this study are the implementation of leasing carried out by the people of Sihitang Village Padangsidimpuan City, contradicting the Fiqh Muamalah because it is not in accordance with the contract agreement at first resulting in broken promises boarding room renting reaserch is fialed custom that bording rooms, the problem in this is how the implementation from variose aspects to find the issue for which the bording room.

The application of reading the letters of al-Waqi'ah and al-Mulk at the Al Ansor Manunggang Julu Islamic Boarding School, Southeast Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City. The practice of applying Sutar recitation is one of the social responses of a particular community or group of people in perceiving the presence of the Qur'an. This study discusses the practice and meaning of the application of reading al-Waqi'ah and al-Mulk letters at the al-Ansor Manunggang Julu Islamic Boarding School, Kec. Padangsidimpuan Southeast Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the practice and meaning of the application of reading al-Waqi'ah and al-Mulk letters at the al-Ansor Manunggang Julu Islamic Boarding School, Kec. Padangsidimpuan Southeast Padangsidimpuan City. In this paper, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques that the author does, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Then take books related to this research, such as the book of theresearch methodology Living Qur'an and Hadithby Sahiron Syamsudin. The results of the study, it can be seen that the application of reading letters al Waqi'ah and al-Mulk is the idea of the female student organization management that has lasted for 7 years and it is required for all female students to take part in the reading of Surat al-Waqi'ah which is carried out after the Fajr prayer and Surah al-Mulk is carried out after the Isha prayer. Initially the students felt compelled to do it, as time went on there were certain benefits that were obtained such as peace of mind, comfort, ease in dealing with problems that came, increasing parental submissions, not feeling deprived, and being able to control emotions.

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of the Regent and Deputy Regent Election Campaign During the Covid-19 Pandemic In South Labuhan Batu Regency". The problem in this thesis is to determine the implementation of the regent and deputy regent election campaign during the covid-19 pandemic in South Labuhan Batu Regency and a review of siyasa fiqh about campaigns during the epidemic.The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research, the data used are primary and secondary data, the method of collecting data is observation, interviews, and through library research.Based on the results of the research that the implementation of the election campaign for the regent and deputy regent in South Labuhan Batu Regency was successfully carried out by following the health protocol regulations, but there were still many who violated the government's lack of firmness to impose sanctions so that in its implementation BAWASLU issued 4 warning letters and dissolved the campaign.While in the fiqh siyasah review, the implementation of the campaign during the covid period is theoretically appropriate according to the siyasah fiqh because the implementation of this campaign still pays attention to the safety of the ummah Although the implementation is not appropriate because many of the campaign participants violate the regulations (health protocols)

Al-Quran in Arabic has an interesting sign system to study. Among the verses of the al-Qur'an which examine the problems of nature, namely about the wind. Apart from being a pleasure to wind, it is also a very big gift given by Allah SWT. to humans. In addition, sometimes the wind can also be a trial / test for humans and can even be a disaster. By explaining the wind in the Koran, the author examines how Allah SWT. give wind to humans. With these problems, the formulation of the problem in this thesis is how Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi's interpretation of the verses about the wind will be formulated. The purpose of this research is to find out the interpretation of Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi about the verses about the wind.

One of the missions of Islam is to glorify women and put them in a respectable position, so that they can reach the status of pious women. Actually, the mission of Islam has been achieved in the time of the prophet Muhammad SAW and how many decades after that still make the Qur’an as a way of the life. However, the reality of life in modern times today shows an alarming fact. Many Muslim women have experienced moral decadence. Many Muslim women today fall into acts that are prohibited by religion, such as courtship, adultery, and others. Sinful acts like this cause them to be far from the category of pious women. Whereas if they were asked to choose to be a pious woman or a pious woman, of course the answer from the bottom of their hearts would be to choose a pious woman. Women are glorified in Islam because of their role and position as child, wife, and mother. Because Islam really maintains the dignity of a woman well. The most high ranking woman is a pious woman who always istiqamah in carryng out all the commands of Allah and staying away from all the prohibitios. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the concept of pious women in the interpretation of Al-Azhar, the aim is to find out the aim is to find out the concept of pious women in the interpretation of Al-Azhar. This type of research is library research, namely research through library research, gathering techniques by searcing for verses about pious women. Based on the interpretation approach, which is done by the workings of the tahlili method. The results of this study are shalihah women can be said to be women who maintain their eyes, are consistent in covering their genitals, women who have strong personalities, women who are obedient and intelligent, and women who maintain their chastity.
