Abstract

Abstrak artikel ini mengintip sekilas tentang aktifitas pedagang masakan di rumah makan / kaki lima kota padangsidimpuan. Pekerjaan ini sudah lama ditekuni oleh sebahagian masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan. Sekilas profesi ini tidak menyalahi aturan Islam, selama dilakukan sesuai dengan tuntunannya. Ajaran Islam tentu mewajibkan umatnya untuk melaksanakan proses perdagangan yang baik dan benar. Salah satunya dilihat dari jenis barang yang akan diperjualbelikan mesti bersih dan bermanfaat. Termasuk di dalamnya perdagangan jenis makanan pokok, seperti nasi, ikan, daging dan lain sebagainya. Begitu juga dengan bahan makanan yang diolah dan diperdagangkan oleh rumah makan tersebut. Jenis makanan yang bersih dan baik tentu menjamin kehigienisan dan kemanfaatan makanan tersebut terhadap tubuh seseorang. Makanan yang diambil dan diolah dengan bersih akan menghasilkan makanan sehat dan bergizi. Makanan sehat tentu menjadikan tubuh kuat dan jauh dari berbagai penyakit. Untuk itu sudah sepantasnya setiap rumah makan dituntut menghidangkan jenis makanan yang bersih dan sehat. Sehingga konsumen yang menikmati makanan olahan tersebut merasa senang dan bahagaia. Namun, secara praktiknya tidak semua pedagang rumah makan di kota Padangsidimpuan menghidangkan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi. Umumnya pedagang mengutamakan rasa dan kelezatan dari masakannya. Sehingga mereka kurang memperhatikan segi kebermanfaatan makanan olahannya untuk tubuh konsumen. Terbukti masih banyaknya rumah makan yang mengolah masakannya dengan mengikut sertakan penyedap makanan non alami. Sementara penyedap makanan tersebut belum tentu menjamin kebersihan dan kesehatan tubuh. Sebenarnya, untuk menciptakan makanan yang lezat dan gurih bisa dilakukan dengan meracik bumbu secara alami. Hanya saja prosesnya sedikit memakan waktu dan menghabiskan banyak dana. Berbeda dengan penyedap makanan yang instan selain prosesnya mudah dan harga pun terjangkau.

Abstract

At this community service, communication methods (submission of the subject matter, which are one-way in nature) and interactive dialogue have been carried out, for which a draft Village Regulation (RaPerdes) has been provided for discussion or discussion of the RaPerdes. The conclusion is based on the PKM implementation on April 26, 2021, until July 15, 2021 (the date on which this report was compiled), that the PKM activities have answered the problems in the field and achieved the objectives of the PKM activities. In the context of the authority to stipulate village regulations regarding the handling of juvenile delinquency, it refers to the village government having absolute authority to stipulate Village Regulations regarding the handling of juvenile delinquency. As contained in Article 26 Paragraph (1), Article 26 Paragraph (2) letter d, letter f, letter g, and Article 26 Paragraph (4) letter k of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, and Article 3 of Sambas Regent Regulation Number 7 2018 concerning Procedures for Drafting Village Regulations, which states that “The content of village regulations as referred to in Article 2 must be in accordance with the authority of the Village and is prohibited from conflicting with public interests, immorality, customs and/or the provisions of higher laws and regulations.

Abstract

The devil is the effect to fall human to the earth, with the bad way and has delude Adam as and Hawa in the heaven. The devil leave in heaven too with the angel however because reluctance prostration to Adam as. So he is out from the heaven even though to command to prostration to Adam as. That is come from Allah SWT, however the devil rebellious and think He is better than Adam.

Abstract

Al- Qur'an is the word of Allah SWT. wich sometimes has words in it, which have many meanings like the word Bala’. The word reinforcements is implied in the Qur’an by commentators which has many meanings, Al-Maraghi who stated that Bala’ is a test and a trial. The formulation of the problem of this research is how systematic the interpretation of Bala’ verses according to Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi, and how is the meaning of humans when Allah SWT. gives tests and trials. The goal is to avoid reinforcements by doing good deeds and staying away from the probibition of Allah SWT. and know the meaning of Bala’ to humans. This research is a library research that collects data sources in the from of primay and secondary library mateBala’’. And the concluded that Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi said the word Bala’ in the Qur’an only gives the meaning of tests and trials as torment, punishment or calamity but can also be a warning to living creatures on this earth, not only for humans. Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi uses the word Bala’ contained in the book of Tafsir Al-Maraghi to express the meaningof Bala’ which serves as a warning to humans so thatAllah SWT. sends down tests and trias to this servants in order to human patience when Allah SWT. bring Misfortune.

Abstract

As for the background of this research, it is known that the issue of interfaith marriage has become a polemic and even relevant issue to be studied. This issue continues to be discussed by scholars because interfaith marriages are still common in socienty. Muhammad Rasyid Ridha and Hamka as mufassir where this social problem also occurs at a time when they feel responsible for finding legal solutions in the Qur’an to the problem of interfaith marriages that occur among these people. The results obtained from this study are: first, related to marriage between Muslim men and Muslim women. Their interpretation of the verse is that it is unlawful for a muslim man to marry a muslim women. However, according to Muhammad Rasyid Ridha, the word polytheist in the verse is of a special form, namely only Arab polytheists. While according to Hamka the polytheists in general. Second, releated to marriage between Muslim men and women of the peiple of the book. Their interpretation of the verse is that it is permissible for a Muslim man to marry a women of the people of the book. According to Muhammad Rasyid Ridha, the criteria of the scribes are as long as they have a holy book. Meanwhile, according to Hamka, the people of the book are only limited to Jews and Christians.

Abstract

AKBAL, 2024.The purpose of this study is to find out how application features have an impact on the job satisfaction of Maxim drivers in the city of Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total of 91 respondents. The driver is sampled by saturation or probability sampling techniques. The results show that the application feature variable has a positive impact on driver satisfaction, with the t-count value being greater than the t-table (15.172 greater than 0.677) and the significant value being less than 0.05 (0.000 lower than 0.05) features.

Abstract

The Effect of Reward and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency. Thesis Management Study Program of the Indonesian Institute of Education Management (STIM-LPI) Makassar which is supervised by Drs. H. Andi, Saharuddin, MM. and Hasiah, S. E., M.M.This study aims to determine the effect of rewards (Reward) and Work Motivation on Employee performance. The object of this research is the South Sulawesi Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via google from. Sampling using saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the partial test Award (Reward) has a significant effect of 0.000 or is below 0.05 while Work Motivation also has a strong influence on Employee Performance but when compared between Award and Work Motivation.

Abstract

Ekonomi sirkular adalah model ekonomi yang berfokus pada pengurangan limbah dan penggunaan kembali sumber daya untuk menciptakan sistem yang lebih berkelanjutan. Dalam era digital, industri kreatif memiliki potensi besar untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular, mengingat sifat inovatif dan dinamis dari sektor ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peluang dan tantangan dalam penerapan ekonomi sirkular di industri kreatif, terutama dalam konteks Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana ekonomi sirkular dapat diintegrasikan dalam proses produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi di sektor industri kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sementara ekonomi sirkular menawarkan berbagai peluang untuk efisiensi sumber daya dan inovasi produk, terdapat pula tantangan signifikan, termasuk kurangnya kesadaran dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan penerapan ekonomi sirkular di industri kreatif sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan dan strategi yang dapat mempercepat adopsi ekonomi sirkular di sektor ini
