Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan suatu hal yang niscaya pada kondisi perekonomian terkini, dimana aspek kewirausahaan telah terbukti menyelamatkan perekonomian bangsa disaat krisis. Di sisi lain lapangan kerja semakin langka, maka Perguruan Tinggi dituntut untuk dapat menyiapkan SDM Kewirausahaan sebagai penopang ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh faktor internal dan external diri sumber daya manusia terhadap minat berwirausaha. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang memiliki sampel sebanyak 90 mahasiswa dengan catatan yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah Entrepreunership dan menjalani kegiatan di Laboratorium kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa aspek internal dan eksternal diri secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan faktor yang paling dominan adalah aspek eksternal dalam mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha. Semoga dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan untuk pengambilan kebijakan dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember.

Abstract

Telah banyak dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional dan iklim Organisasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian-penelitian tersebut walaupun sama-sama menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi dan semangat kerja karyawan, namun didapatkan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Maka dari pada itu perlu diadakan penelitian lagi sebagai pembanding dengan penelitian yang sudah-sudah. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan UD Utama Raya Sitobondo yang memiliki jumlah populasi 105 karyawan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden adalah 60 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dan alat analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi moderating. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan secara simultan, dan secara parsial. Didapatkan fakta bahwa iklim organisasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.Kata kunci:gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi dan semangat kerja karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan explanatory (sampel jenuh) atau penelitian sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada perusahaan Bintang Mulia Hotel Resto Jember.Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi Finansial, Kompensasi Non Finansial, Prestasi Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of work motivation, financial compensation and non-financial compensation partially and simultaneously on work performance . The data used are primary data using questionnaires . The population in this study were all employees . Samples were taken using explanatory ( saturated sample ) or a census study . The analytical tool used in this research is the validity, reliability , and multiple linear regression . Abstract

ABSTRACTThis  study  aimed  to  examine  the  effect  of  leadership  style,  on  the commitment of the organization, and how dapak on job satisfaction and employee performance. Questionnaires were used to test the independent variables, the intervening  variables  and  the  dependent  variable  based  on  the  researcher compiled theoretical study. Statements in the questionnaire has proven its validity. Respondents are all employees of Islamic Hospital numbering as many as 125 employees. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents as many as 125 copies and all questionnaires were returned and filled in correctly so it is worth to be processed. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the style of leadership of the Organizational Commitment.   Thus   the   leadership   style   variable   test   results   (X1)   on organizational commitment (Z) proved there is not significant positive effect between kulaitas service (X1) on organizational commitment (Z). In the second hypothesis shows that there is a positive influence between Organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1). While in the third hypothesis there is a positive relationship between leadership style on job satisfaction. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of leadership style (X) to job satisfaction  (Y1).  Proof  fourth  hypothesis  indicates  that  there  is  a  positive influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2) proved positive influence is not significant organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2). While in the fifth hypothesis that there is a positive influence among the leadership on employee performance. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) on the performance (Y2) proved no significant positive influence leadership style (X) on the performance (Y2).Key  Words:  Leadership  Style,  Organizational  Commitment,  Job  Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine  impact of service quality and Hospital Image to loyalty patients through patient satisfaction peristi RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research is a quantitative research survey. With a sample of 110 respondents. The test instrument using validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is path analysis. From the analysis by using path analysis, obtained by the calculation results show that the variables of service quality significantly influence patient satisfaction, Hospital Image significant effect on patient satisfaction, quality of service significantly influence patient loyalty, Hospital Image significant effect on patient loyalty, satisfaction patients have a significant effect on patient loyalty. The image quality of care and Hospitals effect on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction with the value of their indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, with the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable in this study was 90.5% and the remaining 9.5% is explained by other variables that was not presented in this study.Keywords: Quality of Service, Hospital Image, Patient Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty

Abstract

Background - The company has provided occupational safety and health facilities to avoid work accidents, but employees still do not use the equipment that has been provided. This can affect the performance of employees in carrying out their work. Objective - This study aims to determine the partial effect of work safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) towards employee performance (Y) of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research used a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were the employees of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember and covered 32 employees as the number of samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows software application. Findings - The results of this study indicate that, partially, the work safety variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.026. Partially, the occupational health variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.028. While the work environment variable (X3) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with significance value of 0.013. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.799. This indicates that 79% of variations in employee performance variable can be well explained by occupational safety, occupational health and work environment variables. The remaining value of 0.21 or 21% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. Research implications - The results of this study are expected to be input and as additional information for the company in providing occupational safety and health facilities to the performance of employees at PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Research limitations - The limitations of this study are that it only uses three variables while there are many other factors that can affect employee performance, and the sample used is still small so it cannot be generalized to all companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of workload and WFC on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the village empowerment office of Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 110 using the Nonprobability Sampling Technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The main finding of this study is to examine the coefficients of direct and indirect paths to improve employee work through the WFC workload variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. The results showed that workload had no significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-family conflict has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload, WFC, and organizational commitment have a significant impact on performance. Workload has no significant effect on employee performance when organizational commitment is an intervening variable. WFC positively affects employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that employees already have a clear division of duties so that there is no excessive workload and that employees have organizational commitment so that productivity and work performance increase. Abstract

Objective: This article reviews the effect of waiting time, friendliness of officers, and competence of officers on customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center. Method: The method of writing this scientific article is with qualitative methods and literature studies. Results: The results of this literature review article are as follows: (1) Waiting time has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center. (2) Competence of officers has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center. Novelty: This study provides insights into the relationship between waiting time, officer competence, and customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center, contributing to the understanding of service quality in healthcare facilities.

Abstract

Objective: The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) is designed to improve the overall quality of public health while providing protection to individuals and families from the burden of high health care costs. The quality of National Health Insurance (JKN) services which are supported by human resource competencies such as speed, response to patient needs, and professionalism of medical personnel will improve employee performance and ultimately, this will have a positive impact on patient satisfaction. Method: This research was conducted at the Rambipuji Jember Community Health Center with 100 BPJS patients as respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS. Results: The research results show that: (1) JKN quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) JKN quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, (3) Employee performance has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction,( 4) JKN quality has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction through employee performance. Novelty: This study aims to examine how the quality of JKN services at Puskesmas plays a role in influencing patient satisfaction. This is important for understanding the connection between national health policies and patient experiences at the primary care level. Additionally, the study investigates the role of Puskesmas staff performance as a mediator between JKN quality and patient satisfaction, which could provide new insights into the importance of human resources in improving patient experiences.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine patient satisfaction with the quality of health services at the health center. Method: This article uses the literature review method following the PRISMA guidelines. Data was obtained from the Google Scholar electronic database. The keyword used was "analysis of health service quality on patient satisfaction at the health center" to find relevant articles. The search results found 9,390 articles. Articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded. A total of 6 articles containing an analysis of health service quality on patient satisfaction at public health centers were selected for analysis in this study. Results: The articles showed that patient satisfaction at health centers is influenced by the dimensions of health service quality. The factors that influence the satisfaction of patients seeking treatment at health centers are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Novelty: To increase patient satisfaction, health centers need to continue to make improvements by enhancing the quality of health center services.
