Abstract

Abstract This research is commonly purposed to reveal how is headmaster leadership influence toward teacher action, is the commitment organization influence to teacher action, is the headmaster leadership significant to the teacher of SMP Negeri Sub-district Teluk Keramat. This research used quantitative approach, with causal study type (effect study). The populations in this research were 186 teachers. While the sample consist of 127 teachers. The instrument of this research was questionnaires with likert scale, technique of analysis which is used multiple linear regression. Data analysis is done by using spss program. Version 20 for window.From research finding is found that: (1) headmaster leadership influence (X1) is effected significant to teacher action (Y) Beta (b1) was about 0,243 = 24,3 %. 2) commitment organization influence (X2) to teacher action (Y) Beta (b1) was about 0,323 = 32.3 %. 3) headmaster leadership influence (X1) and commitment organization (X2) toward teacher action was 0, 281 or 28,1 %.  Keywords: Leadership, Commitment, Teacher Action

Abstract

Abstract In this study the authors will examine whether School Principal Supervision and Climate School organization affect the performance of teachers (PNS) in SMA Negeri in Sub-Rayon 2 Sambas District. The number of respondents from 10 SMA Negeri in Sub-Ryon 2 was 102 respondents. The research approach used quantitatively with descriptive and parametric analysis techniques. The results showed that Supervision performed by headmaster in Sub-Rayon 2 Sambas District was in good enough category with an average acquisition of 82,27. The results of the hypothesis of supervision of principal (X1) on teacher performance (Y) in obtaining the value of P value of 0.027 ˂ 0.05.It is an  acceptance of Ha (alternative Hypothesis), so it is concluded that there is influence of School Supervision  on teacher Performance. Ther esult of test of second hypothesis Climate of School Organization (X2) to performance (Y) obtained p value 0,007 ˂ 0,05. This shows the acceptance of Ha(Alternative Hypothesis) so it can be concluded that the Climate School organization (X2) affects the performance of teachers (Y).  Keywords: Headmaster Supervision, School Climate Organizations, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

                                                 Abstract  The aim of this research is to find out the influence of situational leadership of headmasters, working environments, and prestige motivation upon teachers?s performance of the state vocational high school of Sintang Regency, partially or altogether. He uses qualitative approach with ex post facto design. He applies his reseach on seven Vocational High Schools on Sintang Regency, they are SMKN 1 Sintang, SMKN 1 Dedai, SMKN 1Sepauk, SMKN 1 Kelam Permai, SMKN 1 Kayan Hilir, SMKN 1 Ketungau Tengah, SMKN 1 Serawai. He has 136 teachers as samples. He uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. He finds out that firstly: Situational leadership of headmasters has no significant influence upon teachers?s performance of the state vocational high school of Sintang regency with 0,069>0,05significant value. Secondly, working environments has significant influence upon teachers?s performance of the state vocational high school of Sintang regency with 0,001<0.005 significant value. Third, Prestige motivation has significant influence upon teachers?s performance of the state vocational high school of Sintang regency with 0.000<0.05 significant value. Fourth, Situational leadership of headmasters has no significant influence upon prestige motivation of the state vocational high school of Sintang regency with 0.257 > 0.05 significant value. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada usia dini, jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar dan pendidikan menengah.  penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilaksanakan di  SD Swasta di Kecamatan Singkawang Selatan. Sampelnya adalah 109 guru SDS yang diambil secara proportionate random sampling dari 150 guru berdasarkan formula Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh kepribadian terhadap prestasi kerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,742 dan koefisien determinasi 55%; (2) terdapat pengaruh stres terhadap prestasi kerja dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,661 dan koefisien determinasi 43,7%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh kepribadian dan stress terhadap prestasi kerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,825 dan koefisien determinasi 62%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika kepribadian guru dalam kondisi baik dan stres dalam kondisi rendah maka dapat mendorong peningkatan prestasi kerja.   Kata kunci: kepribadian, stres, prestasi kerja. Abstract: to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, value, and evaluate learners in early age, through formal education, primary and high school In individual circumstance, stress and personal  determination contribute the effect to job performance. To answer the problems above researcher use quantitative approach and implemented on private primary school in south Singkawang sub district. There are 7 school with 109 primary teachers as research sample. This sample taken using proportionate random sampling.The result of the research can be find that (1) There is an impact of personality to the job performance with 0,742 coefficient correlation and  55%  coefficient determination. This indicate the personality is a condition which needed for teacher to have an optimal job performance. (2)  There is a stress impact to ward job performance with o,661 coefficient correlation and  43,7%  coefficient determination. (3) There is an impact on both personality and stress to ward job performance with 0,825 coefficient correlation and  62%  coefficient determination.  This indicate that the teacher personality is a good condition and with a same time his/her stress is low it can increase the job performance. Abstract

Upaya mempersiapkan keluaran perguruan tinggi yang berkualitas sangat terkait dengan ketersediaan dan kesesuaian berbagai faktor pendudukung. Salah satu diantara komponen pendukung tersebut adalah tersedianya bahan ajar yang aktual yang diangkat dari isu-isu terkini atau isu-isu sentral di dalam berbagai aspek pengetahuan dan informasi, khususnya berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Tulisan ini mengangkat beberapa di antara isu sentral dimaksud, antara lain; isu filosofis, arah baru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, konseling lintas budaya & cyber conseling, perubahan pandangan tentang eksistensi pendidikan nilai, life skills education, multicultural education, beberapa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis inquiry, dan e learnig. Kata-kata Kunci: Isu-isu Sentral, Pendidikan, Bahan ajar.Abstract: Efforts to prepare output quality college is strongly associated with the availability and suitability of various factors pendudukung. One among the supporting component is the availability of teaching materials were removed from the actual current issues or the central issues in the various aspects of knowledge and information, particularly with regard to education. This paper raised some of the central issues in question, among others; philosophical issues, new directions Civic Education, Cross-cultural and Cyber counseling, change the view of the existence of the value of education, life skills education, multicultural education, some inquiry-based learning approaches, and e learnig.
