Abstract

Video streaming is a technology play video files directly without having to download it. LTE (Long Term Evolution) is a mobile telecommunications technology as the evolution of HSDPA technology. LTE has the ability to transmit data at high speed. LTE network technology used in duplex mode FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) and TDD (Time Division Duplex). This study aims to determine the performance of video streaming on LTE network by using a TDD. The performance is analyzed include delay, packet loss, and throughput. The simulation results prove that the distance between UE and eNodeB with utilization factors influence the end-to-end delay, packet loss, and throughput in streaming video transmission. On the same data packet length, the greater the distance between the eNodeB with the EU, the greater the value of end-to-end delay. While the throughput of the smallest is 352 200 kbps which occurs when the distance between the eNodeB and UE is 10000 m with a utilization factor of 0.9. Abstract

In the fast-paced digital era, the telecommunications sector continues to rapidly evolve. Telecommunication towers are essential infrastructures for providing connectivity and effective communication. However, the management and leasing of land for telecommunication towers face challenges such as complex processes and a lack of integrated information systems, necessitating a system that can effectively manage land leases. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based Telco Tower Land Lease Information System as a solution to address the land lease data processing issues. This information system allows users to easily and efficiently manage land leases and access relevant information regarding telecommunication towers. The evaluation of the developed website is conducted by analyzing the land lease data before and after implementing the system, using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method to measure the Availability Rate, Performance Efficiency, and Quality of Product, resulting in more objective outcomes compared to similar research. The results and conclusions of this research indicate that the web-based Telco Tower Land Lease Information System is an effective solution for the management and leasing of land for telecommunication towers. In the performance test of the analytical system, the obtained values were 100% for Availability Rate, 99.69% for Performance Efficiency, and 100% for Quality of Product. Thus, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value obtained is 99.69%, surpassing the World Class OEE standard of 85%.

Abstract

Introduction: Stroke remains a leading cause of mortality and morbidity globally, with variations in subtypes and risk factors observed across populations. The role of cholesterol in stroke, particularly its association with ischemic and hemorrhagic subtypes, continues to be investigated. This study aimed to examine the relationship between cholesterol levels and stroke outcomes in a Central Javanese population. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted at hospitals in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected from medical records of patients diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke between January and December 2022. Demographic information, stroke subtype, and cholesterol levels were analyzed. Statistical tests were employed to assess the association between cholesterol and stroke outcomes. Results: The study included 68 patients (34 ischemic, 34 hemorrhagic). The majority of hemorrhagic stroke patients were female (52.9%), while ischemic stroke patients were predominantly male (64.7%). The mean cholesterol level for hemorrhagic stroke patients was 202.59 mg/dL, and for ischemic stroke patients, it was 190.26 mg/dL. Statistical analysis revealed no significant association between cholesterol levels and stroke subtype (p > 0.05). Conclusion: The findings suggest that cholesterol levels may not be a primary determinant of stroke subtype in this Central Javanese population. Further research is warranted to explore other potential risk factors and their interplay with cholesterol in influencing stroke outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract Magnetically coupled coils have been widely used for a variety of applications requiring contactless or wireless power transfer (WPT). In this paper, the wireless power transfer (WPT) using Copper (Cu) and Aluminium (Al) as magnetic coupling is designed, fabricated and measured. A main problem of wireless power transfer (WPT) is about low efficiency. As state of the art, this research will investigate the effects of the use of copper and aluminum as magnetic coupling. A Copper (Cu) and Aluminium (Al) are used as transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) vice versa. A power analysis has been carried out to identify the efficiency system. The measurement result shown that the wireless power transfer (WPT) using aluminum as transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) have the highest efficiency. The overall efficiency of the power being transferred is about 7,51%-10,8% at distance 20 cm. This research shown that aluminum can consider as a material for the wireless power transfer with magnetic induction method. Keywords: wireless power transfer, receiver, transmitter, copper, aluminium Abstrak Magnetically coupled coils digunakan untuk bermacam-macam kebutuhan pemakaian tanpa kontak langsung atau transfer daya tanpa kabel ( WPT). Pada paper ini, transfer daya tanpa kabel (WPT) menggunakan tembaga dan aluminium sebagai magnetic coupling yang di rancang, pabrikasi dan diukur. Permasalahan utama dari WPT adalah efisiensi daya rendah. Sebagai state of the art, penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh dari penggunaan tembaga dan aluminium sebagai magnetic coupling. Sebuah tembaga dan aluminium digunakan sebagai pemancar (TX) dan penerima (Rx). Analisis daya dilakukan untuk melihat efisiensi system. Hasil pengukuran didapatkan bahwa WPT menggunakan aluminium sebagai pemancar dan penerima mempunyai efisiensi tertinggi. Efisiensi daya yang di transfer sekitar 7,51%-10,8% pada jarak 20 cm. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa bahan aluminium layak dipertimbangkan dalam penggunaannya sebagai material penyusun antena dalam alat transfer daya tanpa kabel dengan metode induksi resonansi magnetik Katakunci : WPT, Ring Loop, Antena, Tembaga, Alumunium

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan layanan internet berkecepatan tinggi mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi Fiber to the Home (FTTH) yang mengandalkan perangkat Optical Line Terminal (OLT) sebagai pusat distribusi jaringan. Namun, sistem monitoring OLT yang digunakan saat ini masih bersifat statis dan tidak menampilkan relasi antar perangkat secara visual, sehingga menyulitkan operator dalam melakukan analisis kondisi jaringan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem visualisasi topologi jaringan OLT berbasis website yang dilengkapi dengan fitur monitoring trafik dan deteksi perangkat. Sistem dibangun menggunakan stack teknologi Node.js, Express.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, dan library vis-network, serta terintegrasi dengan API dari Network Management System (NMS). Pengujian dilakukan melalui metode fungsional dan evaluasi berbasis ISO 25010 pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu functional suitability, usability, dan performance efficiency. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menampilkan topologi secara otomatis, mendeteksi kondisi congestion, perangkat offline, dan perangkat tanpa redundancy link, serta memberikan efisiensi waktu hingga lebih dari 70% dibandingkan metode manual. Nilai pengujian menunjukkan functional suitability sebesar 100%, skor usability 78,125 (kategori “Good”), dan performa rata-rata 78,6% dengan nilai LCP sebesar 1,89 detik.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan jaringan backbone yang mampu menangani kapasitas besar dan andal menjadi semakin meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan layanan digital. Teknologi DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) menjadi solusi utama karena kemampuannya dalam mengirimkan banyak sinyal optik melalui satu serat optik. Namun, proses perencanaan topologi jaringan backbone DWDM umumnya masih dilakukan secara terpisah, antara perhitungan kinerja jaringan, visualisasi rute, dan estimasi kebutuhan perangkat (BoM). Hal ini dapat menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan data, memperlama proses perencanaan, serta menyulitkan proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan seluruh proses perencanaan jaringan DWDM, mulai dari perhitungan teknis (power budget, rise time budget, link margin, total loss, dan OSNR), visualisasi jalur secara interaktif menggunakan peta digital, hingga estimasi kebutuhan perangkat optik. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan dukungan pustaka seperti Pandas, Flask, dan Leaflet.js untuk visualisasi. Studi kasus dilakukan pada rute BSD–Serang dengan total 13 node. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perhitungan yang akurat dan konsisten sesuai standar teknis, visualisasi jalur jaringan yang interaktif dan informatif, serta estimasi BoM yang sesuai dan dapat diunduh dalam format Excel. Berdasarkan pengujian website, menunjukkan aspek functional suitability memperoleh skor 100% dan pada aspek usability menggunakan metode SUS, sistem memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 82,75 dan dikategorikan “Excellent”.
