Abstract

Abstract In planning a project that is done with heavy equipment, one thing that is important is how to calculate the cost and time efficiency of the machine. The first step in calculating the cost and time of a machine is to carry out a theoretical calculation. Then with this final project to determine the cost efficiency and time of heavy equipment used during the Wua-Wua Area Road Improvement project process (DAK 2019) - Jalan Sorumba, Kendari City.The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the executing contractor which includes the budget plan for the implementation process of class B aggregate pavement work.The cost of implementing the rental of tools and materials from the calculation is Rp. 1.581.019.052,29, while the value of the contract fee is Rp. 1.597.496.916,63. The implementation time of class B aggregate pavement work (LPB) from the calculation, which takes 35 (thirty five) calendar days and is still in accordance with the estimated implementation of the work in the contract.  Abstrak Dalam merencanakan proyek yang dikerjakan dengan alat berat, satu hal yang penting adalah bagaimana menghitung efisiensi biaya dan waktu alat berat. Langkah pertama dalam menghitung biaya dan waktu alat berat adalah melakukan perhitungan secara teoritis. Kemudian dengan adanya tugas akhir ini untuk mengetahui efisiensi biaya dan waktu alat berat yang digunakan selama proses proyek Peningkatan Jalan Kawasan Wua-Wua (DAK 2019) – Jalan Sorumba, Kota Kendari.Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari kontraktor pelaksana yang meliputi laporan rencana anggaran biaya proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan perkerasan pondasi agregat kelas B.Adapun biaya pelaksanaan sewa alat dan bahan dari perhitungan yakni sebesar Rp. 1.581.019.052,29, sedangkan nilai dari biaya kontrak yakni sebesar Rp. 1.597.496.916,63. Waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan perkerasan agregat kelas B (LPB) dari perhitungan yakni membutuhkan waktu 35 (tiga puluh lima) hari kalender dan masih sesuai dengan estimasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan dalam kontrak.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is a country that is very prone to landslides, especially during the rainy ‎season, one of the methods used in controlling soil stability so that it does not ‎experience landslides is to build a DPT to hold land that has a slope where the ‎carrying capacity of the soil cannot be guaranteed. by the land itself. This study ‎aims to determine the method of carrying out talud work in accordance with ‎topographic and geotechnical conditions in the field and to estimate the cost of ‎carrying out talud work. This research only leads to the method of implementing ‎the work of retaining walls and the analysis of the stability of the excavation is ‎carried out using the 2018 Geo Slope.From the results of the calculation of the ‎Safety Factor for straight excavation 0,860, 1,353 sloping excavation, and SF ‎using talud, namely 1,342. The name of this article was originally published in ‎Indonesian language.‎  Abstrak Indonesia merupakan suatu negara yang sangat rawan terahadap longsor terutama ‎saat musim penghujan salah satu cara yang digunakan dalam pengendalian ‎kestabilan tanah agar tidak mengalami kelongsoran adalah dengan membangun ‎DPT untuk menahan tanah yang mempunyai kemiringan lereng dimana daya ‎dukung tanah tersebut tidak dapat dijamin oleh tanah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini ‎bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan talud yang sesuai ‎dengan kondisi topografi dan geoteknik di lapangan dan mengestimasi biaya ‎pelaksanaan pekerjaan talud. Penelitian ini hanya mengarah pada metode ‎pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah dan analisa perhitungan stabilitas ‎galian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Geo Slope 2018. Dari hasil perhitungan ‎Safety Factor untuk untuk galian lurus 0,860, galian miring 1,353, dan SF dengan ‎menggunakan talud yaitu 1,342.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and the internet, the use of social media has been rampant in various walks of life. Social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others have become important platforms for sharing information, including news about civil engineering projects. The increasing number of social media users has had a significant impact on the way people understand and respond to these projects. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social media on public perception of civil engineering projects. The method used is a qualitative literature review that focuses on an in-depth understanding of the topic in the time span from 2004 to 2023. The main objective of this method is to identify, analyse, and synthesise relevant scientific literature that has been published in various journals, conference papers, and other academic sources accessible through Google Scholar. The study results show that the impact of social media on public perception of civil engineering projects is a significant phenomenon in today's digital age. Social media influences the way the public perceives, participates and responds to these projects.
