Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk (a) menyajikan deskripsi naskah teks Hikayat Wasiat Luqman al-Hakim, (b) menyajikan bentuk alih aksara teks Hikayat Wasiat Luqman al-Hakim, (c) menyajikan bentuk alih bahasa teks Hikayat Wasiat Luqman al-Hakim. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian filologi. Objek penelitian ini adalah naskah Hikayat Wasiat Luqman al-Hakim. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian filologi yang disesuaikan dengan tahapan penelitian dan metode deskriptif. Pada tahap pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka, pada tahap deskripsi naskah digunakan metode deskriptif, tahap alih aksara menggunakan metode alih aksara, tahap alih bahasa menggunakan metode alih bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) deskripsi naskah Hikayat Wasiat Luqman al-Hakim, (2) alih aksara teks dilakukan dari bahasa Arab-Melayu ke dalam bahasa Latin, (3) alih bahasa teks dilakukan dari bahasa Melayu ke bahasa Indonesia yang disesuaikan dengan Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (EBI). Naskah Hikayat Wasiat Luqman al-Hakim berisi penjelasan tentang seorang hamba Allah bernama Luqman al-Hakim yang mendapatkan hikmah dari Allah yaitu kesempurnaan diri dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki dan selalu mengedepankan hal-hal yang utama. Luqman al-Hakim menyampaikan hikmah tersebut dalam bentuk nasihat-nasihat kepada anaknya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe, translate and translate the classic manuscript text entitled Hikayat Maharaja Ali. This research is included in philological research because it aims to understand the texts of ancient manuscripts and thus allow further interpretation and use of these texts based on this understanding. The object of philological research is ancient texts and manuscripts. The method used is the philological method based on the phylological research stages. At the data collection stage, the literature study method was used; descriptive method is used at the description stage of the manuscript; at the script transfer stage, the script transfer method is used; at the translation stage, the translation method is used. The result of the research is a description of information about the Hikayat Maharaja Ali manuscript, the transcription form of the Hikayat Maharaja Ali script in Latin script, and the translation form of the Hikayat Maharaja Ali script in Indonesian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the attitude of avoiding the nature of damaging the environment, fostering an attitude of caring and responsible for the environment, and the attitude of saving the environment contained in the novel Serdadu Pantai by Laode Insan and the novel Dari Rahim Ombak by Tison Sahabuddin Bungin. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, with the research stages of the preparation stage, the field stage, and the data analysis stage. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, and sentences related to literary ecology. The data sources of this research are the novel Serdadu Pantai by Laode Insan and the novel Dari Rahim Ombak by Tison Sahabuddin Bungin. Data collection techniques used reading and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is known that the novel Serdadu Pantai dan Dari Rahim Ombak emphasizes to the reader how important it is to have a character who cares about the environment, so that humans can live in harmony with nature. In both novels, there is a great message to the readers about how fatal the impact that will be received by humans if they live by destroying the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat kunjungan masyarakat ke TBM Ruang Baca Rimba Bulan Kota Padang Panjang, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap dinamika TBM Ruang Baca Rimba Bulan Kota Padang Panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan bauran promosi yaitu periklanan, penjualan personal, insentif, hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas, serta pemasaran langsung pada TBM Ruang Baca Rimba Bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miller dan Hubirman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bauran promosi dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan minat pengunjung dengan: (a) periklanan dilakukan dengan stiker, spanduk, papan nama, kaos dan media sosial Instagram dan Facebook (b) penjualan personal dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan literasi tamu; (c) intensif dilakukan melalui pertunjukan musik, kompetisi, doorprize, pameran dan rekrutmen; (d) hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas dilakukan dengan bekerjasama dengan media massa dalam melakukan publisitas yang dipublikasikan di media cetak dan media sosial, menyelenggarakan kegiatan literasi, meningkatkan hubungan antar pengelola, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi pemerintah; (e) pemasaran langsung dilakukan melalui undangan dan whatsapp untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Penerapan bauran promosi belum optimal dilakukan oleh TBM Ruang Baca Rimba Bulan. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya tenaga pengelola TBM.

Abstract

In Indonesian literature, gender issues are frequently the subject of stories and their main focus, such as the societal structures that give rise to a patriarchal culture. Gender discrimination is the product of this patriarchal culture. This study intends to 1) describe gender discrimination against women in Ria Jumriati's novel 5 Kelopak Mawar Berbisa, 2) describe gender discrimination against women in Dewi Linggasari's novel Kapak, and 3) compare gender discrimination against women in the novels 5 Kelopak Mawar Berbisa and Kapak. Descriptive methodology along with content analysis was employed in this study. Feminist literary criticism is used as the analytical instrument in this research, which takes a mimetic approach in keeping with sociology of literature theory. The reading and note-taking method was utilized in this study to obtain data. The data analysis technique was completed in three parts, including (1) classifying and coding the gender discrimination data found in the two novels using a data classification format, (2) interpreting the gender discrimination data found in the two novels, and (3) drawing and formulating conclusions based on the data examined. The findings of this study imply that there are several forms of discrimination against women on the basis of their gender, including aggression, stereotypes, subordination, and double the workload, additionally, there is a similarity between the elements of injustice in the two novels that will give rise to various sorts of gender discrimination.

Abstract

Poetry as a literary work contains the author's thoughts related to social reality in society. This allows poetry to be analyzed regarding the creation of its origins which reflect portraits of life using the study of genetic structuralism. One of the poems that can be studied using genetic structuralism is the poem Tersebab Aku Melayu: Buku Sajak Penggal Kedua by Taufik Ikram Jamil regarding the Malay dimension. This study aims to describe the relationship between the structure of poetry and social structure, human facts, and the author's worldview in the poem Tersebab Aku Melayu: Buku Sajak Penggal Kedua by Taufik Ikram Jamil with a study of genetic structuralism that describes the Malay dimension. The type of research used is qualitative research with content analysis methods. Data collection techniques to be carried out are reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique will be carried out using the following steps: (1) classifying and coding data related to the research problem; (2) interpreting data related to the study of genetic structuralism; (3) draw conclusions from the results of data analysis to see an explanation of genetic structuralism; (4) make a report in accordance with the research. The results of the study suggest that the relationship between the structure of poetry and social structure in the poem Tersebab Aku Melayu: Buku Sajak Penggal Kedua by Taufik Ikram Jamil can be seen from the diction on the physical structure and the themes on the inner structure which describe the Malay dimension regarding the social structure of Malay society which consists of several levels in the narrative of Malay history, the dominant human facts are social facts explaining behavior among Malay people, and the author's worldview is related to the social life of the Malay community which is based on the values ​​of Tunjuk Teachings of Malay and Islamic principles based on the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

This research aimed to: (a) present a description of Takbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa script, (b) present the transliteration form Arabic-Malay into Latin script of Takbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa text, (c) present the translation from Malay-Minang into Indonesian language of Takbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa script. This research is included in the type of philological research. The object of his research is the text of theTakbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa. The method of this research is method of philology research which is adjusted with research stage and descriptive method. At the stage of data collection used the method of literature or observation, at the stage of the description of the manuscript used a descriptive method, the stage of transliteration used the method of transliteration or the method of transliteration, then the stage of language transfer used the method of language transfer. The results of this research were (1) the complete description of the script, (2) the transcription of Takbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa text from Arabic-Malay into Latin without changing the kind of language that can be read and understood by the present society(3) Takbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa text had adapted into correct Indonesian Spelling (EBI). Some of Malay’s vocabularies and Minangkabau language’s vocabularies found in Takbir Mimpi dan Takbir Gempa script were maintained to preserve the purity of the old vocabulary.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the availability of collections, library visits and the effect of collection availability on library visits at the Padang State University Library. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study is the number of users who visit the Padang State University library on average in the early 6 months of 2021 totaling 2,163 people, and a sample of 100 people. This sampling was determined based on purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form application by distributing the questionnaire links to respondents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using the formula for calculating relative frequencies and percentages. The results obtained in the availability of collections, library visits and the effect of collection availability on user visits to Padang State University are 2.70 which are on an interval scale of 2.51 – 3.25, so it can be seen that the effect of collection availability on visitor visits to the University Negeri Padang belongs to the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Pertama, mendeskripsikan penerapan kode etik pustakawan terhadap kinerja pustakawan dalam bidang melayani di UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Andalas. Kedua, mendeskripsikan kendala dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pustakawan dalam penerapan kode etik pustakawan di UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Andalas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan kode etik pustakawan dan kendala/upaya dalam penerapan kode etik pustakawan oleh pustakawan di perpustakaan Universitas Andalas dengan sumber data sebanyak 4 orang pustakawan. Alat penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri dan didukung oleh alat pendukung berupa pedoman wawancara, buku catatan dan telepon genggam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengungkitan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan penerapan kode etik pustakawan dalam bidang melayani di UPT. Perpustakaan Universitas Andalas (UNAND) sudah diterapkan dengan cukup baik di perpustakaan universitas andalas, walaupun masih ada beberapa hal yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, tetapi pustakawan selalu berusaha untuk menerapkan kode etik semaksimal mungkin agar pelayanan semakin baik dan maksimal. Upaya penerapan kode etik pustakawan dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala, seperti perilaku sesama rekan kerja yang tidak patuh pada aturan kerja yang berdampak pada pustakawan lain. Namun, pustakawan di perpustakaan UNAND tetap berusaha tidak terpengaruh dengan mengingat perjanjian yang telah disetujui saat disahkan bekerja di perpustakaan tersebut.
