Abstract

Motor bensin 4-tak (langkah) yang ada di Indonesia pada umumnya menggunakan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang memiliki spesifikasi berbeda misalnya premium, pertalite dan pertamax 92. Nilai oktan termasuk spesifikasi yang membedakan bahan bakar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami daya konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik. Jenis bahan bakar yang digunakan pada mobil tipe urban concept yaitu premium, pertalite dan pertamax 92. Setiap jenis bahan bakar di uji dengan cara mengendarai mobil tipe urban concept dengan rasio jarak yang telah ditentukan yaitu 400 meter, 500 meter, dan 600 meter. Hasil pengujian pemakaian bahan bakar disetiap titik yang ditentukan merupakan konsumsi bahan bakar. Bahan bakar Pertamax 92 merupakan bahan bakar dengan hasil penelitian daya tertinggi dibandingkan dengan pertalite dan premium. Pertamax 92 dengan jarak rasio tempuh 600 meter mengasilkan daya tertinggi 1,1615 HP. Pertamax 92 merupakan konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik yang paling sedikit menghabiskan bahan bakar dengan jarak rasio tempuh 400 meter 33,125 mL/Km. Dari hasil t-Test konsumsi ketiga bahan bakar pada jarak tempuh 400 m tidak ada perbedaan yang nyata di buktikan dengan nilai probality premium-pertalite sebesar 0,118 untuk premium-pertamax 92 sebesar 0,103 untuk pertalite-pertamax 92 sebesar 0,211 dari tingkat kesalahan 5% (0,05). Dari hasil t-Test daya ketiga bahan bakar pada jarak tempuh 600 m terdapat perbedaan yang nyata di buktikan dengan nilai probality untuk pertalite-pertamax 92 sebesar 0,002 dari tingkat kesalahan 5% (0,05)

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (GraPARI) Makassar. The sample used was 56 respondents from the total population. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with t statistical test hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where t count is greater than t table (3.614> 2.00575) and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the t value is greater than t table (2.177> 2.00575).

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the nutrient content of organic fertilizers (livestock feces combined with fruit waste) and its application to elephant grass. The experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replicates. P0 = elephant grass (control), P1 = elephant grass + (rabbit faeces and fruits waste (RFAWF) 200g/polybag, P2 = elephant grass + goat feces and (fruits waste) 200g/polybag, P3 = elephant grass + cow feces and fruits waste 200g/polybag dan P4 = elephant grass + buffalo feces and fruits waste 200g/polybag. The research results showed that nutrient content of organic fertilizer (pH, C-organic, total N, P2O5, K2O, moisture content) was in accordance with SNI for rabbit feces and cow feces. The fresh weight and dry weight of elephant grass biomass was not significantly affected by treatment. Organic fertilizers containing animal feces and fruit waste mixture effectively increases biomass production compared to control. It was concluded that the best combination of fertilizer is resulted from goat feces and mixture of fruit waste (banana peel, pineapple peel and papaya peel) is compared to other feces. Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing the provision of incentives for civil servants in the Cirebon Local Government. The research adopts a quantitative research design and utilizes survey questionnaires to collect data from a representative sample of 121 civil servants. The variables examined in the study include organizational justice, competence, and leadership effectiveness. The findings indicate that organizational justice significantly influences the provision of incentives, highlighting the importance of a fair and equitable work environment. Competence also emerges as a crucial factor, emphasizing the need for employees to possess the necessary skills and abilities to excel in their roles. Furthermore, effective leadership is found to have a positive impact on incentive provision, underscoring the significance of capable and motivating leaders. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of incentive systems in the Cirebon Local Government and provide insights for policymakers and human resource managers. By considering the factors of organizational justice, competence, and leadership effectiveness, the government can design and implement effective incentive programs that enhance employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance.

Abstract

Majelis Taklim merupakan lembaga pendidikan nonformal berbasis komunitas yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat, khususnya di lingkungan perkotaan.  Ditengah kehidupan masyarakat perkotaan yang cenderung sibuk, individualistis dan penuh tantangan modern, majelis taklim hadir untuk menjembatani kebutuhan spiritual, sosial, hingga edukatif.  Di Komplek Anggrek Taman Rianvina Taman Mugellona, Kabupaten Gowa, mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam dan berasal dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan dan sosial ekonomi. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi dan komunikasi dengan tokoh masyarakat setempat, ditemukan bahwa banyak warga ibu-ibu di lingkungan ini yang belum mampu membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an di kalangan ibu-ibu Majelis Taklim di Komplek Anggrek Taman Rianvina Taman Mugellona, Kabupaten Gowa. Program ini dirancang secara partisipatif dengan metode pembelajaran Ummi dan Tahsin yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kemampuan peserta. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang secara partisipatif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis pemberdayaan komunitas yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih 3 (tiga) bulan. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai pada tahap persiapan dan observasi lapangan, pencarian dan pemilihan pengajar, pelaksanaan kelas literasi Al Quran dengan menggunakan metode ummi untuk kelas pemula dan metode tahsin untuk kelas lanjutan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi kegiatan. Kegiatan PKM ini diikuti oleh kurang lebih 30 peserta anggota majelis taklim Baabut Taubah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan baca Al-Qur’an peserta, serta peningkatan peran kelembagaan Majelis Taklim sebagai pusat pembelajaran keagamaan komunitas. Pemberdayaan berbasis komunitas efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi keagamaan, memperkuat ukhuwah sosial, dan membangun kesadaran keagamaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Work Stress and Job Fatigue on the turnover intention of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VI Makassar The location of the object of this study was PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VI Makassar. This researcher used a quantitative approach and data collection by using a questionnaire. In this study, two independent variables were used, namely (X1) Job Stress and (X2) Job Fatigue and one dependent variable, namely (Y) turnover intention. The sample needed in this study was 54 respondents, and the data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and R2 determination coefficient test. This test was carried out using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the work stress variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention, the work fatigue variable partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, the work stress and work fatigue variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
