Abstract

The development of a company in an area can bring both positive and negative impacts. This document aims to provide an abstract on the potential impacts of building a company, specifically on land in the Kuning area. Firstly, it is important to note that land development for commercial purposes can lead to economic growth and job opportunities. The company itself may provide employment opportunities for the local community, as well as attract other businesses and investments to the area. This can lead to an increase in income levels and a boost in the overall economy of Kuning. However, the development of a company on land may also have negative consequences, particularly on the environment. The construction process may involve deforestation, pollution of air and water sources, and destruction of wildlife habitats. Additionally, the continuous operation of the company may lead to increased traffic, noise pollution, and waste production. Furthermore, the presence of a company on land can also have social impacts. It may cause displacement of local communities or changes in their way of life. This can result in cultural conflicts and loss of traditional practices. The influx of new employees and potential gentrification may also cause changes in the social dynamics of the area. In conclusion, while the development of a company on land in Kuning may bring economic benefits, it is important to carefully consider its potential impacts on the environment and society. Measures must be taken to mitigate any negative effects and ensure sustainable development for both the company and the community. This abstract serves as a brief overview of the possible consequences and highlights the importance of responsible decision-making when it comes to land development for commercial purposes. So, it is important for stakeholders to conduct thorough research and engage in open communication with local communities before proceeding with any project. By doing so, we can strive towards achieving balance between economic growth and environmental sustainability in Kuning.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (GraPARI) Makassar. The sample used was 56 respondents from the total population. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with t statistical test hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where t count is greater than t table (3.614> 2.00575) and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the t value is greater than t table (2.177> 2.00575).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Bebek Petelur di Desa Salujambu Kecamatan Lamasi Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Salujambu Kecamatan Lamasi Kabupaten Luwu dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis SWOT. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak (random sampling). Data penelitian disusun secrara sederhana dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan 5 orang responden diwawancarai sebagai objek penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengembangkan usaha bebek petelur di Desa Salujambu Kecamatan Lamasi Kabupaten Luwu adalah: meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas telur bebek, memperluas jangkauan distribusi telur bebek, meningkatkan kegiatan promosi usaha bebek petelur dengan memperkenalkan telur bebek dimedia sosial, membuat sosial media sebagai cara memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, mempertahankan kualitas produk dengan harga jual terjangkau, dan memperbaiki kualitas telur bebek dan meningkatkan produksi agar harga telur bebek di pasaran dapat stabil.

Abstract

Coxiella burnetii merupakan agen infeksius yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit Query fever (Q fever). Q fever merupakan penyakit yang bersifat zoonosis yaitu penyakit yang dapat ditularkan dari hewan ke manusia ataupun sebaliknya. Reservoir utama kasus Q fever yang terjadi pada manusia adalah hewan ruminansia. Secara geografis Provinsi Aceh berbatasan langsung dengan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan C. burnetii sebagai penyebab Q fever serta karakterisasi perubahan jaringan akibat infeksi C. burnetii melalui analisa molekuler dan histopatologi pada ternak ruminansia di Provinsi Aceh. Sampel yang dikoleksi adalah organ hati, paru-paru, limpa dan ginjal sapi dan kambing dari wilayah Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar sejumlah 100 sampel sapi dan 15 sampel kambing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nested-PCR dan pemeriksaan histopatologi menggunakan pewarnaan Haematoxylin Eosin (HE). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terdeteksi C. burnetii pada 2 individu sampel sapi (2%) dari organ paru, hati, limpa dan ginjal yang berasal dari Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH) Banda Aceh, Provinsi Aceh. C. burnetii tidak terdeteksi pada sampel organ kambing.

Abstract

Penguatan kapasitas dan optimalisasi pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi desa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola BUMDes di Desa Panaikang, Kabupaten Pangkep, dalam aspek manajemen, administrasi keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan berbasis pelatihan, simulasi kasus, dan pendampingan teknis guna memastikan transfer pengetahuan yang efektif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan dalam pemahaman konsep manajerial, pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, serta pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Berdasarkan hasil survei, mayoritas peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh untuk mengembangkan usaha desa secara lebih optimal. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan daya saing serta keberlanjutan operasional BUMDes. Ke depannya, diharapkan program pendampingan dapat terus berlanjut untuk memperkuat peran BUMDes sebagai penggerak ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Lucky Com is a company where this company is engaged in the distribution of mobile phone accessories such as earphones, power banks, chargers, cables and so on. There are many types of goods available at Lucky Com so that there is a problem in recording stock which is done manually an error occurs. The author would like to provide input with the hope that it can be useful to overcome this problem by creating a web-based inventory system that can facilitate recording stock and goods transactions. The web-based inventory system can be processed by utilizing the PHP programming language and using hosting as a storage space that can be accessed online so that the system can be accessed online as well, and the author also uses a domain as the website address that will be created

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Work Stress and Job Fatigue on the turnover intention of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VI Makassar The location of the object of this study was PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VI Makassar. This researcher used a quantitative approach and data collection by using a questionnaire. In this study, two independent variables were used, namely (X1) Job Stress and (X2) Job Fatigue and one dependent variable, namely (Y) turnover intention. The sample needed in this study was 54 respondents, and the data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and R2 determination coefficient test. This test was carried out using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the work stress variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention, the work fatigue variable partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, the work stress and work fatigue variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

So far, plantation conditions that have only been monitored manually can now be monitored automatically, making it easier to monitor the condition of the plantation. This study proposes a system for monitoring the condition of the plantation by implementing the MQTT communication protocol based on smart farming. Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is a machine-to-machine connectivity protocol designed as messaging and provides a publish/subscribe architecture. In this study, MQTT is implemented using a mosquitto broker which functions to regulate the sending of messages between Publishers and Subscribers. With the scheme of increasing the number of publishers (1 to 4 publishers) in each test, the MQTT protocol has the largest average throughput during the condition of 4 publishers which is 13093.5070 bps and the smallest in the condition of 1 publisher 4281.7529 bps, the average packet delivery ratio is the largest in the condition of 4 publishers which is 99.8328% and the smallest when 1 publisher is 99.5615%, the average packet loss is the largest when the condition of 1 publisher is 0.4385% and the smallest when 4 publishers is 0.1672%,  And the average largest delay during the condition of 1 publisher is 161.5244 ms and the smallest when 4 publishers is 59.0415 ms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris Mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris Profesi, penelitian ini dilakukan karena berdasarkan temuan di priminary study ditemukan bahahwa dari 47 mahasiswa hanay 11 mahasiswa yang aktif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Pada siklus pertama, dari hasil tes ditemukan mahasiswa sudah mampu membuat dan merespon pertanyaan 5W 1H namun masih kurang aktif memperaktikkan dalam kelas. Namun hasil observasi siklus kedua dengan cara membuat kelompok kecil dalam kelas mahasiswa sudah aktif mengikuti pembelajaran, Sehingga ada percakapan dalam Bahasa Inggris tentang aktifitas seputar kehidupan sehari-hari mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui, apakah harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sarung sutera pada Toko Piala Sutera Sengkang, apakah citra produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Sarung Sutera pada Toko Piala Sutera Sengkang, apakah harga dan citra produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Sarung Sutera pada Toko Piala Sutera Sengkang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian produk sarung sutera pada Toko Piala Sutera Sengkang yang jumlahnya tidak terhitung.Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Rumus Rescoe dengan hasil 60 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga dan citra produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
