Abstract

The chili production process can be influenced by several factors ranging from soil fertility, poor seed quality, and the influence of weather. Weather factors in the rainy season can result in high air humidity so that pests and diseases easily develop and spread causing damage or death of chili plants. In the process of handling these problems requires an expert or extension worker in the related field. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to create a system that has the ability to detect chili plant diseases by implementing the knowledge possessed by an expert into applications, namely an expert system. The expert system that will be implemented is an expert system for detecting chili plant diseases using the forward chaining method to perform reasoning, and using the certainty factor method to calculate the level of confidence in the diagnosis results. The system will analyze based on the symptoms experienced by farmers with the aim of helping farmers who still do not understand the attacks that occur on chili plants. The results of the evaluation of the system show that the system is able to run very well, besides the results of processing the questionnaire data distributed to users indicate that the assessment in terms of appearance has a percentage of 75% and the percentage obtained in terms of benefits is 74.37%.

Abstract

Pluchea Indica L. or beluntas plant is a medicinal plant that contains several bioactive components including tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins and essential oils. The flavonoids in beluntas leaves can act as antioxidant, anticancer and antidiabetic compounds. This research aims to determine the effect of fermentation time and maceration time and to obtain the best conditions for the flavonoid levels of beluntas leaf extract. One way to obtain high amounts of beluntas leaf flavonoids is by maceration extraction with fermentation of Rhizopus sp. This research was carried out by fermenting beluntas leaf powder using Rhizopus sp at a temperature of 30°C and aerobic conditions with a time of (48; 72; 96; 120; 144) hours. After fermentation, the beluntas leaf powder will be analyzed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Next, the beluntas leaf powder will be extracted using the maceration method using 90% methanol solvent with a maceration time (24; 36; 48; 60; 72) hours, then filtered to separate the filtrate and sediment. The filtrate was distilled to obtain beluntas leaf extract, then the beluntas leaf extract was analyzed for flavonoid levels using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method. The results showed that fermentation time and maceration extraction time had an effect on the flavonoid content of beluntas leaf extract. The best flavonoid content was obtained at 1.0398% at a fermentation time of 96 hours and a maceration time of 48 hours.

Abstract

This research was conducted of analyzing the influence of social media and visitor attraction on interest in visiting City Light Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya as a tourist attraction and marketing via Instagram as a medium on the interest of tourists or visitors to visit this tourist attraction. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this research show that social media does not have a significant effect on interest in visiting City Light Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya. Meanwhile, attractiveness has a significant influence on interest in visiting City Light Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya.

Abstract

PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 on Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is the foundation for the implementation of the program that supports the growth of the Micro, small, and Medium Enterprises(UMKM) sector. With the dominance of UMKM in the economic structure, the KUR program was initiated based on presidential instruction No. 6 of 2007, followed by an MoU between the government, guarantee institutions, and banks. KUR, run by certain banks, such as BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, gets unbankable UMKM. PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 stipulates a maximum interest rate of 6%, a loan period of up to 7 years, and allows multiple loans subject to collectibility requirements. With a focus on UMKM that have difficulty accessing capital, the KUR program has succeeded in achieving effectiveness with the realization of reaching IDR 175,73 trillion as of September 2023. Although obstacles remain, such as the assumption of urbanicity and the unpreparedness of Micro business, KUR provides easier access to financing at low-interest rates, accelerating the economic growth of UMKM.

Abstract

Hospitals are health facility services that face various problems and various risks related to work and work accidents according to the type of work. The implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at Jatisari Regional General Hospital aims to create a healthy, safe, secure, comfortable, efficient and productive work environment for hospital human resources, both patients, patient assistants, and visitors as well as knowing the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at Jatisari Regional General Hospital. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews. The results showed that the implementation of SMK3 in Jatisari Regional General Hospital has generally been carried out with several stages, such as the establishment of K3RS policy, K3RS planning, K3RS implementation, K3RS monitoring and evaluation, and review and improvement of SMK3 performance.

Abstract

Penggunaan listrik saat ini dari listrik pascabayar masih di pertahankan oleh pelanggan PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), terutama di PLN ULP Kalisat, pelanggan memiliki hak untuk menggunakan listrik terlebih dahulu dan kemudian membayar penggunaan ini pada bulan berikutnya dengan ketentuan jatuh temponya. Namun, masih ada banyak pelanggan yang tidak membayar tagihan listrik melalui periode tempo yang di tentukan. Karena adanya tunggakan besar, PLN mengakui bahwa sulit untuk memenuhi biaya operasinya. Maka diperlukan upaya dalam mengurangi keterlambatan pembayaran listrik pascabayar. Maksud dari penyelidikan ini ialah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di PLN ULP Kalisat yaitu dengan menerapkan berbagai strategi seperti penyebaran invoice digital, whatsapp blast, serta sosialisasi kepada pelanggan mengenai pentingnya pembayaran tepat waktu dan konsekuensi keterlambatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana data dapat terkumpul dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak factor yang dapat menyebabkan penunggakan pembayaran listrik, salah satunya yaitu kurangnya kesadaran pelanggan dalam membayar tagihan listrik sehingga selalu terjadi penunggakan. Maka dari itu dilakukan upaya mengurangi keterlambatan pembayaran listrik pascabayar dengan menyebarkan invoice sebelum tempo pembayaran dan juga mengingatkan pelanggan melalui whatsapp blast.
