Abstract

Motivation and learning independence are important things in improving students' learning achievement, especially in mathematics. Good motivation and independence will foster a sense of enthusiasm in students' independent learning so that superior learning achievements are created in accordance with the goals to be achieved. This article aims to determine the effect of motivation and independence on students' learning achievement on students' mathematics content. This quantitative correlation research was conducted as a case study of fifth grade elementary school students and the purpose of this study was to describe the level of influence of students' motivation and independence on mathematics learning achievement. There are a total of 26 students of class v Elementary School from SDN Keboledan 02 sub-district Wanasari, Brebes which are sampled in this study. The data were collected through a questionnaire or questionnaire from the motivation variable, independence variable and the results of the final semester assessment (PAS) of students. The results of the data processed through statistical calculations obtained through the use of SPSS 22 . The data shows that there is an influence between motivation on student learning achievement and the influence of independence on student learning achievement.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi inovatif yang diterapkan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurikulum 2013 (KurtiLas) serta implikasinya bagi pengajaran. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan yang terus berkembang, Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurtilas menawarkan pendekatan baru yang berfokus pada siswa, kolaboratif, dan berbasis proyek. Melalui pendekatan inovatif ini, siswa didorong untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran, memecahkan masalah nyata, dan mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21. Artikel ini mengulas strategi-strategi inovatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurtlas, seperti flipped classroom, cooperative learning, dan project-based learning. Dalam pengajaran, strategi inovatif ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan. Guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang dinamis, kolaboratif, dan relevan bagi siswa. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi tersebut, guru dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran, dan kemampuan mereka dalam memecahkan masalah. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya strategi inovatif dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan KurtiLas serta implikasinya bagi pengajaran. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, diharapkan pendidikan di Indonesia dapat terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Coal mining activities in Argosari Village have generated both economic benefits and negative impacts on the surrounding community, including damage to residents’ houses due to vibrations, blasting activities, and land subsidence. These conditions raise legal issues regarding the mining company’s civil liability, particularly in relation to land lease agreements between the company and residents. This study aims to analyze the company’s civil liability and examine the legal implications of land lease agreements without written evidence from the perspective of Indonesian civil law. This research uses a socio-legal approach that examines not only legal norms but also the implementation of law in society. The findings indicate that affected communities consist of residents with land lease agreements and residents without contractual relationships with the company. The absence of written evidence prevents the application of liability based on breach of contract, making tort liability the appropriate legal mechanism. The company’s forms of compensation include financial compensation, house repairs, construction of new houses, and land restoration in areas affected by landslides. This study highlights the importance of legal certainty and community protection in mining activities.
