Abstract

Professionalism to the demands of each profession. Without exception the teaching profession who daily deal with the nation’s future children with a variety of characteristics of each are not the same. Teachers are an important component in the learning process. in improving the quality of learning, the teacher role and serves as a demonstrator, the class manager, mediator and facilitator, and evaluator. Professional teachers is important because those who have professional skills in various capacities as an educator. Teachers with keprofesionalitasnya it will be able to improve the learning process so as to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

This article discusses entrepreneurship. Where an entrepreneur is a person who is creative, dynamic and innovative, and he is willing to take various types of risks and dare to face all challenges that cannot be predicted and foreseen, through his creativity and strength of will to achieve success. This discusses how someone can create business opportunities that have not been done by others so that they become innovations that can develop among the general public which can become a business opportunity. Entrepreneurship is needed for its desired presence in the development process of society - the nation in general and in particular to increase individual prosperity through increasing purchasing power, and this purchasing power is created through increasing real income.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and Identify the extent of the influence of educational supervision on teacher performance at PAB 1 Medan Estate Private Junior High School. Efforts to improve quality Education needs to be done gradually with reference to the strategic plan. Involvement of all components of education (teachers, principals, communities, committees schools, boards of education, and institutions) through good planning and realize the launched educational program. The supervision of education carried out by the Principal has a positive effect and significant to changes in teacher performance. Teacher performance will be improved if Supervision of the principal's education in the form of leadership and supervision Improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam mengelola program diklat guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengajar. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peranan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola program Diklat guru sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peranan yang krusial dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi program Diklat guru. Kepemimpinan yang efektif, komunikasi yang jelas, dukungan terhadap pengembangan profesional, serta pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan pengajar merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program tersebut. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung pengembangan kinerja pengajar melalui program Diklat guru.
