Abstract

Professionalism to the demands of each profession. Without exception the teaching profession who daily deal with the nation’s future children with a variety of characteristics of each are not the same. Teachers are an important component in the learning process. in improving the quality of learning, the teacher role and serves as a demonstrator, the class manager, mediator and facilitator, and evaluator. Professional teachers is important because those who have professional skills in various capacities as an educator. Teachers with keprofesionalitasnya it will be able to improve the learning process so as to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

This article examines efforts to develop creativity in the context of education in madrasas, Islamic boarding schools, in Baharen village with the main aim of increasing competitiveness in the modern era. This research explores educational strategies, methods and practices that can stimulate student creativity in traditional and rural Islamic educational environments. The research results show that the application of innovative approaches in the teaching and learning process, community involvement, and the use of technology contribute significantly to improving the quality of education and creativity of the younger generation. These findings provide important insights into how education can play an important role in preparing students to compete in the ever-changing modern era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe classroom management planning, implementation of classroom management, supervision of classroom management and supporting and inhibiting factors for classroom management in improving student learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that class management planning is carried out by arranging facilities, teaching management and student arrangements, implementation of class management is carried out by applying several class management principles and several approaches, supervision is carried out continuously. The results of the research show that classroom management by teachers has been implemented well, teachers with their abilities can condition the classroom optimally to achieve effective learning.

Abstract

In the era of online business that continues to grow, the development of technology-based entrepreneurial models, or technopreneurship, has become the main focus of attention. Rapid changes in information technology and the internet have changed the way we do business. This article will discuss how technopreneurship has become the key to exploiting new opportunities in the digital world. In this discussion, we will explain the importance of technopreneurship in the context of online business, including the role of technological innovation, use of online platforms, e-commerce, and mobile applications. This research uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. This data collection uses the method of searching for sources and constructing them from various sources, for example books, journals and research that has already been carried out. Library materials obtained from various references are analyzed critically and must be in-depth in order to support the propositions and ideas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan surat menyurat yang ada di Mts Al-Jihad. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada artikel ini yaitu secara observasi dan dokumentasi ke lapangan serta kepustakaan yang mencakup rujukan jurnal, buku, dan artikel lainnya. Dapat diketahui bahwa di era digital seperti saat ini, perkembangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasisangat berpengaruh dan berperan penting terhadap proses kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu lembaga instansi pendidikan,terutama untuk mempermudah dalam proses pelayanan surat-menyurat. Kecepatan pengolahan data sertapenyampaian informasi memiliki peran yang penting untuk memudahkan kinerja yang ada di suatu lembaga pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan proses kinerja pelayanan surat-menyurat yang sudah dilakukan dengan cara melalui sistem aplikasi yang lebih modern akan dapat menunjang proses kinerja lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. Some are obtained on the basis of research studies.

Abstract

Socialization is the most important process we go through, whether we realize it or not, in everyday life. Students' moral development is greatly influenced by policies in the field of education. wanting to confirm which method used to disseminate educational policies, the steps involved in the socialization process, socialization strategies, and the media used for socialization. In accordance with the initial conditions, this research was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques. This is also seen from the perspective of educational policy socialization. Three stages should be considered when disseminating education policy, according to this research: preparation; imitation (or play); and action (or play). Social media, electronic media (such as CDs or compact disks), radio, television and radio, and other communication media can be used to promote educational policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi bagi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui delapan kriteria, termasuk kemampuan guru dalam menangkap materi dan melakukan unjuk kerja kompetensi yang dimiliki setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Strategi penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi. Analisis kebutuhan peserta pelatihan telah dilakukan dengan mengacu kepada RKAKL dan kompetensi guru yang disusun secara berjenjang menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan profesionalisme guru, serta membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial. Dengan demikian, lembaga pendidikan harus menjembatani keterbatasan guru dengan menyediakan pelatihan dan sarana prasarana yang memadai untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru.
