Abstract

The Indonesia Government on period 2014-2019, endorsed 2014-2019’s Rencana Pengembangan JangkaMenengah Nasional (RPJMN) with concept of developing Indonesia from the edge. One focus of RPJMN isreduction of inequality interregion and it’s to be strengthened with the UU Desa and supported PP No. 43 year2014 concerning implementing the law No. 6 year 2014 concerning the village and PP no. 60 of 2014 on DanaDesa sourced from APBN. The database about the villages have been formulated in the Pedoman PenyusunanPendayagunaan Data Profil Desa dan Kelurahan through Permendagri No. 12 year 2007 in the form softwareand information system (IS) called Profil Desa dan Kelurahan. Implementation of the village profile and has notyet optimal, existing data cannot be integrated with the other villages, and the other data for villages authorities.IS that has been developed is still limited functionality in demographic data services. This paper will be to planand design a strategic planning for information systems that will be developed using the Enterprise Architectureof TOGAF ADM framework. Strategic planning aligned with the village authorities in the UU Desa No. 6 year2014. Abstract

Official travel is an activity carried out by every government agency. Official travel has two types of documents, namely the Assignment Order document (SPT) and the Official Travel Letter (SPD). Another document is the report on the results of the implementation of official travel to the official signing the SPT. Administrative management of official travel is done manually using work applications such as MS Office. This is very susceptible to writing errors, SPD manipulation, discrepancies in outgoing money and the number of business trips made, and discrepancies in financial reports. An official travel information system was developed to handle this. This research consists of 3 stages, the first is the data collection stage consisting of observation and interviews, the second stage is determining development needs, and the third is the development of an official travel information system using the Scrum framework methodology. The Scrum framework consists of determining Product Backlog Items, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review. Product backlog items are determined as many as 9 items, with details of a total of 34 tasks carried out. The total estimated days set in working on 9 items is 36 days with a development team of 3 people. The sprint is divided into three parts, where in the first sprint do 4 items, 12 tasks, done for 13 days. The second sprint does 2 items, 12 tasks, done over 11 days. The third sprint does 3 items, 9 tasks, done over 10 days. Each sprint generates a burndown chart that shows a graph of completed tasks. Each sprint is completed according to the estimated number of days. The results of the sprint are then presented in a sprint review which produces the design and functionality of the features defined in the product backlog items. The Scrum framework can be used as a method in developing business travel information systems that can complete 9 features within 36 days, divided into 3 sprint stages.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jaringan komputer merupakan suatu cabang ilmu pengetahuan di bidang komputer dan dianggap sebagai pengimplementasian yang sangat penting mengingat jaringan komputer banyak diterapkan di berbagai bidang. Jaringan komputer memiliki beberapa klasifikasi berdasarkan lokasi, salah satunya adalah jaringan local area network (LAN). Pembuatan jaringan LAN sangat sederhana. Pelatihan pembuatan jaringan LAN dilaksanakan di SMA Widya Pratama Kubu Raya pada tanggal 12 November 2022. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengenalkan kepada siswa bagaimana membuat sebuah kabel jaringan komputer lokal dan berbagi berkas di area lokal. Metode yang dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan dan praktikum. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 27 siswa kelas XII. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dievaluasi dengan dua instrumen, yaitu tes dan survey kualitas PKM. Dari pelatihan yang sudah dilaksanakan, berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test siswa mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai jaringan komputer sebesar 70,1 % dan untuk tingkat kualitas kegiatan ini sebanyak 91,36 % menyatakan setuju bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat. Abstract: Computer network is a dicipline of science in the computers science and is considered a very important implementation considering that computer networks are widely applied in various fields. Computer networks have several classifications based on location/geography, one of which is a local area network (LAN). In order to make a LAN network is very simple. LAN network creation training was held at SMA Widya Pratama Kubu Raya on November 12, 2022. The purpose of this activity is to introduce students to how to make a local computer network cable and share files in the local area. The method implemented is in the form of tutorial and practicum. This activity was attended by 27 students of class XII. The results were evaluated with two instruments, the test and the survey to measure of quality. From the test that has been carried out, based on the results of the pre-test and post-test students get an increase in knowledge about computer networks by 70.1% and for the quality level of this activity as much as 91.36% agree that this activity is useful.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu daya tarik terhadap kunjungan ke sebuah daerah. Kalimantan Barat memiliki beragam sumber daya yang dapat dioptimalkan sebagai modal pengembangan sektor pariwisata untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat. Potensi ini semakin kuat karena posisinya yang strategis sebagai gerbang masuk bagi negara-negara ASEAN. Sistem informasi geografis (SIG) merupakan salah satu teknologi informasi yang sering digunakan untuk memetakan suatu lokasi. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode prototype. Ada empat tahap perancangan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan prototype awal, pengembangan dan pengujian, dan evaluasi pengguna. Kebutuhan pengguna adalah melihat seluruh titik lokasi wisata dan melihat jalurnya. Perancangan prototype menggunakan UML berupa Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Pengembangan dan pengujian dilakukan dengan membuat prototype aplikasi menggunakan framework Bootstrap dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta aplikasi pengelola basis data PHPMyAdmin dan MySQL. Evaluasi pengguna menggunakan survey dan uji coba aplikasi ke pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan website berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna dan pengujian yang menunjukkan hasil yang baik.   Tourism is one of the key attractions that drive visits to a region. West Kalimantan possesses diverse resources that can be optimized as a foundation for developing the tourism sector to enhance the welfare and prosperity of its people. This potential is further strengthened by its strategic position as the gateway for ASEAN countries. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are widely used information technologies for mapping locations. The design of this information system employs the prototype method, consisting of four stages: requirements analysis, initial prototype design, development and testing, and user evaluation. Users primarily need to view all tourist locations and their routes. The prototype design utilizes UML in the form of Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Development and testing are carried out by creating an application prototype using the Bootstrap framework, the PHP programming language, and database management applications such as PHPMyAdmin and MySQL. User evaluation involves surveys and application trials. This research results in a website design based on user needs, with testing outcomes indicating good performance.

Abstract

Laundry merupakan usaha yang menyediakan jasa layanan cuci kiloan, satuan, cuci kering, cuci setrika dan cuci karpet. Banyak jenis jasa yang disediakan oleh laundry menunjukkan kompleksnya model proses bisnia pada laundry. Laundry juga bisa dikelola menjadi usaha franchise termasuk penyediaan detergen dan pewangi. Model proses bisnis sebuah organisasi perlu digambarkan dengan baik sehingga pengelolaan organisasi menjadi efektif dan efisien. Notasi BPMN adalah notasi pemodelan proses bisnis. Manfaat dari pemodelan proses bisnis dengan notasi BPMN mempermudah pemilik usaha untuk menganalisis proses bisnis yang ada sehingga dapat diidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh organisasi. Masalah yang diidentifikasi dapat diselesaikan dengan baik jika penggambaran visual dari sebuah alur model bisnis jelas.  Notasi BPMN terdiri dari beberapa komponen seperti flow objects, activity, gateway, connecting object dan swimlanes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini berguna untuk meningkatkan layanan penjualan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) café dan resto Crumbz dimana dengan menerapkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web dapat meningkatakan pelayanan. Dengan pengembangan teknologi yang cepat, sistem informasi berbasis web dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses penjualan, memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Adapun yang menjadi subjek pengabdian adalah Cafe dan Resto Crumbz, adapun pemilik dari usaha ini adalah bapak Oktavianus yang menjadi informan pada pengabdian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif adapun data didapatkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data kualitatif adalah proses sistematis untuk menganalisis data non-numerik seperti teks, wawancara, observasi, dan lainnya. Tujuan analisis ini adalah untuk memahami makna, pola, dan tema yang muncul dalam data, serta memberikan interpretasi terhadap fenomena yang ada pada café dan resto crumbz. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web dengan pelayanan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan transaksi menjadi 80% , akurasi data penjualan 95% dan pendataan pendapatan bisa terkomputerisasi. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web akan menjadi langkah yang tepat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan layanan penjualan pada Café dan Resto crumbz dan sudah dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.Abstract: This service is useful for improving sales services at Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) cafe and restaurant Crumbz where implementing a web-based sales information system can improve services. With the rapid development of technology, web-based information systems can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, providing a better experience to customers. The subject of the service is Cafe and Resto Crumbz, while the owner of this business is Mr. Oktavianus who is an informant in the service. The research method used is to apply a qualitative approach while data is obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Qualitative data analysis techniques are systematic processes for analyzing non-numerical data such as text, interviews, observations, and others. The purpose of this analysis is to understand the meaning, patterns, and themes that appear in the data, and to provide interpretations of the phenomena that exist at cafe and restaurant Crumbz. The results of the study stated that the implementation of a web-based sales information system with services can increase transaction speed to 80%, sales data accuracy to 95% and income data recording can be computerized. By implementing a web-based sales information system, it will be the right and effective step to improve sales services at the Crumbz Café and Resto and can increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Koperasi konsumen seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam menentukan produk mana yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk restock atau promosi. Pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan dalam pengelolaan stok serta menurunkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) untuk membantu koperasi konsumen dalam menetapkan produk prioritas. Sistem dirancang untuk mengolah data transaksi seperti jumlah penjualan, sisa stok, dan masa kadaluarsa barang, guna memberikan rekomendasi berbasis kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Proses perancangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan logika metode TOPSIS, hingga implementasi ke dalam platform berbasis web menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL. Evaluasi awal dilakukan secara internal untuk memastikan keakuratan perhitungan dan fungsionalitas sistem. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan peringkat produk berdasarkan nilai preferensi yang dihasilkan oleh metode TOPSIS. Sistem ini dapat membantu pengurus koperasi membuat keputusan restock atau promosi produk secara lebih objektif dan efisien. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SPK berbasis metode multikriteria dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional koperasi konsumen.   Consumer cooperatives often face challenges in determining which products should be prioritized for restocking or promotion. Decisions made manually and subjectively may lead to inaccurate stock management and reduce operational efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a decision support system (DSS) based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist consumer cooperatives in selecting product priorities. The system is designed to process transaction data such as sales volume, remaining stock, and product expiry period to provide recommendations based on predefined criteria. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system design process includes needs analysis, the development of TOPSIS logic, and implementation into a web-based platform using Laravel and MySQL. Initial evaluation was conducted internally to ensure the accuracy of calculations and the proper functionality of the system. The results indicate that the system can rank products based on preference values generated by the TOPSIS method. This helps cooperative administrators make restocking or promotional decisions in a more objective and efficient manner. The findings suggest that the application of a multi-criteria DSS can be an effective solution to improve the operational efficiency of consumer cooperatives.

Abstract

Usaha penjualan jus buah oleh Café Jus XYZ (nama usaha disamarkan) di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat menghadapi persaingan yang ketat akibat banyaknya usaha serupa. Kondisi ini menuntut pemilik melakukan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk menentukan prioritas promosi dan pengelolaan stok bahan baku. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan algoritma K-Means untuk mengelompokkan performa menu berdasarkan data transaksi penjualan yang diambil dari sistem kasir periode Juli–September 2025 sebanyak 1.250 transaksi. Data transaksi berbentuk daftar item per transaksi, sehingga dilakukan proses pemisahan item dan agregasi untuk memperoleh jumlah transaksi yang memuat tiap menu. Dari 13 menu yang tersedia, terdapat 10 menu yang tercatat terjual pada periode pengamatan dan digunakan dalam analisis. Hasil K-Means dengan k=3 menghasilkan tiga kategori, yaitu Penjualan Tinggi, Penjualan Sedang, dan Penjualan Rendah. Menu Mango menjadi satu-satunya menu pada kategori Penjualan Tinggi. Enam menu (Avocado, Green Tea, Melon, Melon Lychee, Red Guava, dan Watermelon) masuk kategori Penjualan Sedang, sedangkan tiga menu (Apple, Cookies n Cream, dan Orange) masuk kategori Penjualan Rendah. Selain menghasilkan klaster, kualitas klaster dievaluasi menggunakan metrik internal (WCSS, Silhouette, Davies-Bouldin, dan Calinski-Harabasz) untuk mendukung pemilihan jumlah klaster. Hasil klaster menjadi dasar rekomendasi promosi dan evaluasi menu bagi Café Jus XYZ.   The fruit juice sales business of Café Jus XYZ (business name anonymized) in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, faces intense competition due to the large number of similar businesses. This condition requires data-driven decisions to prioritize promotions and manage raw-material inventory. This study applies the K-Means algorithm to group menu performance using sales transaction data collected from the point-of-sale system during July–September 2025 (1,250 transactions). Each transaction contains a list of purchased items; therefore, the data are split into individual items and aggregated to obtain the number of transactions containing each menu. Although the café offers 13 menu variants, only 10 menus were sold during the observation period and were included in the analysis. The K-Means result with k=3 produces three categories: High, Medium, and Low Sales. Mango is the only menu item in the High Sales category. Six menu items (Avocado, Green Tea, Melon, Melon Lychee, Red Guava, and Watermelon) belong to the Medium Sales category, while three items (Apple, Cookies n Cream, and Orange) fall into the Low Sales category. In addition to clustering, cluster quality is evaluated using internal metrics (WCSS, Silhouette, Davies-Bouldin, and Calinski-Harabasz) to support the choice of the number of clusters. The clustering output is then used to derive recommendations for promotion and menu evaluation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Era digital yang menghasilkan generasi digital mendorong perlunya peningkatan dalam pola asuh para orang tua sebagai pendidik informal. Pola asuh yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kecerdasan anak. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah mengedukasi pengetahuan tentang pengasuhan digital bagi para orang tua dalam mendidik anak-anak digital native. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah seminar dan pelatihan. Mitra kegiatan adalah para orang tua dari Griya Anak dengan jumlah peserta aktif adalah 27 orang. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu tes dan survei tingkat kepuasan kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi berupa pre-tes dan post tes menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sesudah mengikuti kegiatan sebesar 51%. Nilai survei kepuasan peserta adalah 98%. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta. Capaian akhir kegiatan adalah kesadaran akan pengasuhan digital bahwa pengarahan dan pengontrolan akses digital oleh anak harus diikuti pengetahuan tentang perangkat dan aplikasi digital oleh orang tua.Abstract: The digital age, which has given rise to a digital generation, underscores the need for improvements in parenting practices as informal educators. Inappropriate parenting can lead to a decline in children’s intelligence. The objective of this community service activity is to educate parents on digital parenting as they raise digital native children. The methods employed were seminars and training sessions. The activity partners were parents from Griya Anak, with 27 active participants. The activity was evaluated using two instruments: a test and a satisfaction survey. The evaluation results, consisting of pre-tests and post-tests, showed a 51% increase in participants’ understanding after participating in the activity. The participant satisfaction survey score was 98%. The survey results indicate that the community service activity conducted was highly beneficial for the participants. The final outcome of the activity is an awareness of digital parenting: that parental guidance and control over children’s digital access must be accompanied by parents’ knowledge of digital devices and applications.
