Abstract

Socialization and education about Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are important to be implemented in MSMEs, especially in the aluminum craft sector, to encourage environmental desire and efficiency. In Tanjung Atap Barat Village, most aluminum craftsmen still use practices that are less environmentally friendly, such as less than optimal waste management and the use of raw materials that are not fully based on recycling. Therefore, a GHRM approach is needed that integrates the principle of desire through increasing the ability, motivation, and opportunities for craftsmen to contribute to preserving the environment. This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in aluminum craft MSMEs in Tanjung Atap Barat Village, with a focus on preserving human resources that support environmental sustainability. The method used in this study consists of three main stages: socialization, education, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the socialization and education of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) carried out on aluminum craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Barat Village with the ability-motivation-opportunity (AMO) approach successfully introduced GHRM principles such as energy efficiency, use of recycled materials, and waste management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-performance implementation and work motivation on employee performance with technology acceptance as a mediating variable at the XX Department of XYZ Province. This study discusses issues such as declining employee performance, utilization of new technology, and employees who are 45 years and over. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory causal design, data were collected from a total of 114 employees through a Google Form-based questionnaire and printed questionnaire sheets. The results indicated that the implementation of e-performance and work motivation significantly influenced technology acceptance, which further impacted employee performance. The implementation of e-performance and work motivation contributed positively to employee performance, with technology acceptance as a key factor in increasing specific areas of productivity. This study highlights the importance of prioritizing the implementation of e-performance and work motivation to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pada tenaga kesehatan pada masa vaksinasi covid-19 di kota Kayuagung. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 responden dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS V.22 dan menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 12.864 + 0,709X. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh work-life balanceberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada tenaga kesehatan pada masa vaksinasi covid-19 di kota Kayuagung. hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji T yaitu Thitung 9,553 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 nilai Thitung > Ttabel (9,553 > 1,669) artinya work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada tenaga kesehatan pada masa vaksinasi covid-19 di kota Kayaugung.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Aparat Sipil Negara (ASN) Selama Masa Pandemi di Balai Bahasa Sumatera Selatan.Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis. Jurusan Manajemen. Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. 2021. 97halaman. Kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja sangat berhubungan erat terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada masa pandemi di Balai Bahasa Sumatera Selatan. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di balai bahasa sumatera selatan. Sumber data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari pegawai balai bahasa, sementara data sekunder dari dokumen tertulis yang berkaitan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengankuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi terdiri dari 44 pegawai Balai Bahasa Sumatera Selatan. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 35 dengan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Bahasa Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

Keripik Singkong Alif, a micro-enterprise located in Suka Damai Village, faces challenges in managing human resources due to its traditional and unstructured operational system, leading to inefficiencies and obstacles in business development. To address this issue, socialization and education on Digital Talent Management (DTM) were conducted as a solution to improve HR management through a simple and applicable digital approach. This activity aimed to educate micro-business actors on the importance of talent management. The methods used included field observations, interviews, socialization, training, mentoring, and step-by-step evaluation to ensure that business owners could understand and independently implement the system. The results of the activity show that the socialization program consisted of several stages, namely observation, problem identification, implementation of socialization and education, and evaluation. Through four days of socialization and education, Keripik Singkong Alif successfully established a clearer division of tasks, recognized employee potential, and agreed on work procedures through the development of a simple Guidebook. The digital approach used effectively raised awareness among business owners about the importance of work documentation and performance evaluation, despite initial challenges in digital literacy.

Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has emerged as a strategic approach to integrate environmental sustainability principles into human resource practices. This study aims to examine the effect of GHRM on employees’ green behavior at PT Buana Sriwijaya Sejahtera. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that GHRM has a positive and significant influence on employees’ consistent engagement in environmentally friendly behaviors. Key factors such as continuous training, supportive incentive systems, active employee involvement, and the alignment of HR policies with sustainability principles were found to play a crucial role in fostering a green organizational culture. These findings imply that organizations seeking to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices should strengthen their GHRM implementation. This research is limited to a single company, and future studies are recommended to expand the scope to different industries and company scales, incorporating moderating or mediating variables such as green leadership or organizational commitment.
