Abstract

This research aimed analyze the independent variable effect (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) towards the dependent variable (consumers satisfactory) in Koperasi Karyawan Sejahtera University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. In this research, the researcher did the sampling by distributing questionnaire. The total of sample was 120 respondents. The analysis don was by double regression analysis. The t test showed that the independent variable of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affected partially towards the dependent variable consumers’ satisfactory, while the variable of reliabilty and responsiveness did not affect on consumers’ satisfactory in a whole. Based on the elasticity test, the variable of tangibles affected dominantly toward consumers’ satisfactory. Abstract

The growth of the retail industry in Padaherang District, Pangandaran Regency, has intensified competition between modern retail outlets and traditional stores, including staple goods businesses. This study aims to analyze the influence of location, product variety, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Toko Sihab (Wholesale and Retail). A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 110 respondents drawn from an estimated population of 1,500 customers, determined based on Roscoe’s guideline. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, location, product variety, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. A strategic and accessible location, a wide variety of products that meet consumer needs, and friendly, responsive service are key factors in attracting and retaining customers. These findings highlight the importance of consumer-oriented marketing strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional retail stores amid the growing dominance of modern retail outlets.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction and OCB, as well as organizational commitment and OCB. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive method, with 114 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 3 Kebun Semugih as respondents. Data were collected through explanatory questionnaires designed using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique applied is partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS), processed using smartpls version 3.0. The analysis stages include validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The independent variables consist of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, while OCB serves as the dependent variable. These findings reveal that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Theoretically, these results reinforce previous research showing that these three variables significantly contribute to the improvement of employees' OCB in smes. Practically, this study suggests that the leaders of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 3 Kebun Semugih has a positive influence on the enhancement of transformational leadership, foster job satisfaction, and strengthen organizational commitment, thereby encouraging higher levels of OCB and improving employee performance.
