Abstract

The development of online travel business in the world is going very fast. The transformation of new business models from traditional to online aims to create more efficient trading strategies. In tourism marketing, Customer Online Review (COR) plays an important role in validating information about the products or services. The role of COR is very important to gain trust on online buying decisions of products or services. This study aims to analyze the influence of COR as a mediator variable towards consumer online trust and interest in buying online travel products. This research uses quantitative methods through a survey of customers or tourists who have purchased online tourism products through the Online Travel Agency (OTA) service. The collected data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a significant influence between perceived ease of use on customer online trust. Research also shows that COR plays a significant role as a mediating variable between customer trust and consumer buying interest in buying travel products. The novelty of the results shows the online tourism marketing model based on Customer Online Review has the ability to explore real consumer experience and knowledge in Indonesia. Transformasi model bisnis baru dari tradisional menjadi online bertujuan untuk menciptakan strategi perdagangan yang lebih efisien. Dalam memasarkan perjalanan wisata, Customer Online Review (COR) memainkan peran penting untuk memvalidasi informasi tentang produk atau pun jasa yang ditawarkan sehingga mengarahkan konsumen untuk membeli produk ataupun jasa tersebut. Peran COR menjadi sangat penting untuk meyakinkan kepercayaan konsumen membeli produk ataupun jasa secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh COR dalam membangun kepercayaan dan minat beli konsumen dalam membeli produk perjalanan wisata secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui surveiterhadap pelanggan jasa Online Travel Agency (OTA) di Indonesia yang telah membeli produk wisata daring. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling(SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara perceived ease of usedalam membangun kepercayaan pelanggan OTA. Penelitian juga menunjukkan COR berperan signifikan sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepercayaan pelanggan dan minat beli kosumen dalam membeli produk perjalanan wisata. Kebaruan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menemukan model pemasaran wisata daring berbasis Customer Online Review,yang berkemampuan menggali pengalaman dan pengetahuan konsumen secara realdi Indonesia. Abstract

This research aimed analyze the independent variable effect (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) towards the dependent variable (consumers satisfactory) in Koperasi Karyawan Sejahtera University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. In this research, the researcher did the sampling by distributing questionnaire. The total of sample was 120 respondents. The analysis don was by double regression analysis. The t test showed that the independent variable of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affected partially towards the dependent variable consumers’ satisfactory, while the variable of reliabilty and responsiveness did not affect on consumers’ satisfactory in a whole. Based on the elasticity test, the variable of tangibles affected dominantly toward consumers’ satisfactory. Abstract

Introduction:Ovarian cancer is very common in women and in its early stages usually does not cause complaints. Complaints will only be felt when they have entered stage II to stage IV where the patient will begin to feel pain, anemia, ascites until anorexia occurs. Pain felt in patients with ovarian cancer is usually chronic, acute to chronic and intermittent. This condition is based on the stage of cancer experienced. Objectives:This study aims to describe nursing care and approriate intervention in ovarium cancer patient who experience pain. Method: This research is a case study design using simple random sampling technique for sampling. This research was conducted in December 2020 with an assessment guide instrument for data collection. Researchers use the nursing care process from the assessment stage to evaluation. Result: The complaint that most felt and disturbed the patient was pain around the surgical area that radiated to the back on a scale of 5, the pain was intermittent and felt like being stabbed. Pain will be felt when the patient moves. The provision of deep breathing therapy interventions carried out for a period of 3 days has not been able to reduce the scale of pain felt in post-operative ovarian cancer patients. Conclution: Pain management measures show that they have not been able to change the pain scale they feel, so they can continue until the pain scale shows a decrease. Nurses can apply and modify alternative uses of other non-pharmacological therapies in reducing pain in addition to deep breathing relaxation techniques.

Abstract

This research aims first to find out the effect of brand image on McDonald's consumer satisfaction, then secondly to find out the effect of price on McDonald's consumer satisfaction, then thirdly to find out brand image and price on McDonald's consumer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out randomly, namely using simple random sampling, the population in this study were daily visitors who had purchased at McDonald's restaurants, the sample was selected randomly using probability sampling techniques. Field research data collection techniques include observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination tests, data from 35 respondents using IMB SPSS Version 21.0 tools. In conclusion, the test results show that brand image influences McDonald's customer satisfaction, then price influences McDonald's customer satisfaction, then brand image and price influence McDonald's customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of play in supporting cognitive, language, and mathematical development in early childhood. Play, often considered a recreational activity, has a significant impact on developing various essential skills in children. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review, analyzing various sources regarding the effects of different types of play, such as role play, constructive play, and social cognitive play, on children's development. The main findings show that role play enhances language competence, while constructive play and social cognitive play contribute to the development of children's mathematical and logical skills. This study emphasizes that various types of play can enrich children's learning experiences, supporting their cognitive and social development. The results of this study affirm that play is crucial for the cognitive, language, and mathematical development of young children. Various types of play, such as constructive (puzzle building), social cognitive (cooperation), and role play (pretend play), significantly support children's thinking, learning, motor, social, and language skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT El Profesor Steak House Cipete, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The sample used was a saturated sample technique totaling 56 employees. Data collection techniques through primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and f test. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) partially there is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance at PT El Profesor Steak House Cipete, South Jakarta as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 24.128 + 0.422X1 and the calculated t value of 4.777> t table 2.005 from a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT El Profesor Steak House Cipete, South Jakarta as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 26.603 + 0.368X2 and the calculated t value of 4.933 > t table 2.005 from a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT El Profesor Steak House Cipete, South Jakarta as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 22.276 + 0.240 X1 + 0.230 X2 and the calculated F value of 15.114 > F table 2.780 from a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
