Abstract

Kebudayaan sebagai hasil cipta karya manusia selalu mencerminkan nilai moral, norma, dan pandangan hidup yang dianuti kelompok manusia tertentu. Kelompok budaya Ende-Lio sebagai salah satu etnik besar di Kabupaten Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur, memiliki keragaman nilai budaya yang kaya nilai pendidikan. Kepercayaan terhadap kekuatan Sang Pencipta, pandangan tentang kosmos, tradisi adat, termasuk wuamesu yang dipegang teguh oleh masyarakat kelompok budaya Ende-Lio sebagai nilai moral dan pandangan hidup sangat potensial sebagai sistem atau perangkat pengetahuan lokal yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya pedagogis pendidikan nilai dan moral.Kata Kunci— Melayu Budaya, Moral, Pendidikan Moral, Ende, Lio, Wuamesu

Abstract

The internet of things is one of the pillars of Industry 4.0 so that competence in concepts and practices is very useful. Alumni are an inseparable part of the world of education, but often the existence of alumni is not well organized, so there is still a mismatch of alumni data with the existing reality. Every year, the Open University graduates thousands of students from various study programs. After graduating from college, data and information about Alumni are difficult to obtain and communication between alumni is not going well, because currently UT does not have an alumni portal like some other universities have. so that with this Portal alumni can communicate well and exchange information. Currently UT Alumni only exchange information through social media such as WhatsApp Group, Facebook, etc. And this cannot be controlled by UT. Therefore we need a Portal that is able to be a solution to these problems. This study aims to create an Alumni Portal with the application of the Internet of Things in the form of an online website using the Research and Development (R&D) method. Application development is limited to prototypes because further study is required for implementation.

Abstract

This research investigates the development strategy of MSMEs in Labuan Bajo as part of a premium tourist destination in Indonesia. The study aims to formulate appropriate development strategies for MSMEs in Labuan Bajo by identifying the strengths, vulnerabilities, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of MSMEs. The research methodology employed is descriptive analysis, which is qualitative in nature. This research conducted in-depth interviews with MSME actors and relevant stakeholders in Labuan Bajo, NTT. Several primary strategies can be developed to enhance and promote the development process of Labuan Bajo as a major priority tourist destination in Indonesia, as a result of the SWOT analysis that has been conducted. The results show that MSMEs in Labuan Bajo have great potential supported by government policies, but face challenges in market access and technology. The main strategies proposed include HR capacity building, product diversification, and marketing digitalization. The implementation of this strategy is anticipated to foster local economic development and enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs through the tourism sector.
