Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the impact of fundamental financial ratios on stock prices in the banking sector, specifically examining PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. The key financial ratios investigated include Return On Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and the ratio of Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO). The study employs a quantitative descriptive research method, utilizing secondary data sourced from annual reports spanning the period from 2014 to 2023. Multiple linear regression analysis is utilized as the primary analytical tool to address the research questions and hypotheses. The findings of the study reveal that the independent variables—ROA, LDR, NPL, and BOPO—significantly influence stock prices, both in isolation and collectively. This indicates that these financial ratios are critical indicators for investors and stakeholders when evaluating the performance and market value of banking institutions. The research highlights the importance of these financial metrics in shaping market perceptions and stock valuations, providing valuable insights for investors, financial analysts, and decision-makers in the banking industry. Furthermore, the study contributes to the existing body of knowledge regarding the relationship between financial performance indicators and stock market behavior. By emphasizing the correlation between these ratios and stock prices, the research underscores the necessity for stakeholders to monitor and analyze these key financial metrics to make informed investment decisions. Overall, the results affirm the relevance of fundamental financial ratios in assessing the financial health and competitive positioning of banks, particularly in the context of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. This analysis not only enriches the literature on banking finance but also serves as a practical guide for stakeholders aiming to optimize their investment strategies based on financial performance indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan serta pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Provinsi Jambi selama periode 2010–2023. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi upah minimum provinsi, tingkat pengangguran, indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM), dan jumlah penduduk. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan perkembangan masing-masing variabel, serta regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22 untuk menguji pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa selama periode penelitian, upah minimum provinsi tumbuh rata-rata sebesar 9,63%, pengangguran 1,89%, IPM 0,94%, jumlah penduduk 1,35%, dan jumlah penduduk miskin sebesar 0,66% per tahun. Secara parsial, hanya upah minimum provinsi dan IPM yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin. Sementara itu, tingkat pengangguran dan jumlah penduduk tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, secara simultan keempat variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 69,30%. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kebijakan peningkatan upah minimum dan pembangunan manusia dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota Avanza Pada PT Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable-variabel tersebut baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat kota Jambi yang menjadi konsumen mobil Toyota Avanza dari hasil menyebarkan daftar pernyataan dalam bentuk kuisioner yang berkenaan dengan Brand Image dan prilaku konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan masing-masing indikator yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian mobil merek Toyota Avanza serta data-data pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka ditemukan besarnya pengaruh variabel Brand Image secara simultan terhadap peningkatan Keputusan Pembelian yaitu sebesar 63,3 % sementara sisanya yakni sebesar 36,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut pelaku usaha, termasuk mahasiswa wirausaha, untuk mampu memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital secara efektif. Mahasiswa peserta Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha (P2MW) Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi masih menghadapi kendala dalam penerapan digital marketing yang berdampak pada rendahnya efektivitas penjualan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa P2MW dalam mengimplementasikan digital marketing guna meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2025. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan media digital, menyusun konten promosi, serta menentukan strategi pemasaran yang lebih terarah. Pelatihan digital marketing ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendukung pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa dan diharapkan dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja penjualan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between educational attainment, gender inequality in education, and their impact on unemployment rates and economic resilience across various regions. Gender inequality in education has long-term consequences on labor market outcomes and economic stability. In regions with higher gender inequality, the underutilization of female talent results in higher unemployment rates and weaker economic resilience. In contrast, regions with higher gender equality in education show improved labor market performance and a more resilient economy. The study utilizes cross-regional regression analysis, incorporating data on education levels, gender inequality indices, unemployment rates, and economic resilience metrics. The findings suggest that gender inequality in education plays a more significant role in shaping unemployment rates and economic resilience than traditional macroeconomic variables such as GDP and inflation. Furthermore, the results highlight the importance of improving access to education for underrepresented genders, particularly women, to foster more inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The study emphasizes the need for policies that promote gender equality in education as a means to enhance labor market outcomes and strengthen economic resilience. Limitations of the study include potential data constraints and regional variations in cultural, economic, and policy contexts, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research could expand this study by exploring different regions and countries to gain a deeper understanding of the long-term effects of reducing gender inequality in education on economic outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Sharia-compliant crowdfunding platforms as ethical financial innovations in supporting green startups, particularly in emerging economies. Green startups, which are inherently mission-driven and environmentally conscious, often face challenges in accessing traditional funding due to the long-term nature of their returns and perceived investment risks. Conventional financing mechanisms are frequently profit-oriented and risk-averse, making them unsuitable for ventures that prioritize sustainability and community impact. In contrast, Sharia-compliant crowdfunding platforms offer alternative financing pathways that are grounded in Islamic ethical principles, such as profit-and-loss sharing and the prohibition of interest and speculation. The research uses a qualitative-comparative case study approach, drawing from secondary data and interviews with platform operators and green startup founders. Thematic and comparative analyses reveal that Sharia crowdfunding platforms not only attract ethically motivated investors but also foster trust, transparency, and alignment with the values of environmentally conscious communities. These platforms provide higher levels of ethical accountability, although they are currently limited by low public literacy and a lack of regulatory frameworks in many regions. The study concludes that Sharia-compliant crowdfunding platforms have significant potential to bridge the financing gap for green startups. Their success depends on collaborative support from government, financial institutions, and academia, along with increased efforts in education and regulatory development. By integrating religious ethics and sustainable finance, these platforms can help create inclusive, transparent, and socially responsible funding ecosystems that contribute meaningfully to green economic growth.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Desa Trangsan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, khususnya terkait branding produk dan penggunaan titik koordinat lokasi usaha. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program ini meliputi sosialisasi, wawancara, serta pendampingan secara langsung melalui kunjungan door-to-door. Hasil program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya branding produk yang efektif dan pemanfaatan Google Maps untuk menampilkan lokasi usaha mereka secara tepat. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat mendorong peningkatan daya saing UMKM di era digital sekaligus berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Kata kunci: branding produk, UMKM, teknologi digital, titik koordinat, pemasaran.
