Abstract

One of the problems experienced by many countries, especially developing countries and a concern is poverty. This matter must be immediately addressed by the government so that it is necessary to find a way out so that people's lives will be better. One of the solutions that the government has taken is to provide assistance, for example the assistance of chickens. However, the provision of assistance is still uneven, one of which is due to errors during the data assessment process for prospective beneficiaries. Therefore it is necessary to make a Decision Support System (DSS). DSS built web-based using the incremental model for system development. the method implemented in the DSS to determine the recipient of chicken livestock assistance is the weighted product. From the results of the study, it was found that the prospective recipient of chicken livestock assistance who had the greatest preference weight was obtained by Pornomo Sidi, which was 0.1390. In addition, the system created is very attractive and can display a list of potential recipients of chicken livestock assistance effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Value is one important component in teaching and learning activities in schools that will be input into output is expected to be offset even develop each student’s grades. One is starting measuring student learning outcomes assessment that is usually handled by each homeroom brackish. Conducted a thorough assessment and continuous on the process and learning outcomes in accordance with the characteristics of subjects and majors they choose to obtain complete information value, from the way the values processing still done using a program that has not been integrated with the database. Problems that occur in the processing of report cards in SMAN 09 KOTA BENGKULU is still writeen in the book report cards, and delivering value is still using paper media, so a lot of time and effort required to process the value. This reserch has resulted in a processing systems that helps the value of the work of the teachers and homeroom, Web-Based Information Systems that use assistive technologies such as PHP and the MySQL database to provide convenience for the admin in this case the class teacher / teachers and students to access the device through for any network connected to the internet. This is done to bulid a system that helps in the processing and presentation of student data information. With the aim of processing the value that can be processed effectively and efficiently, so that it can directly access and information can be conveyed properly.

Abstract

Since UKK is conducted by LSP, LSP is under the auspices of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), meaning that the certificate issued by LSP is a national standard certificate. conducted by IDUKA. From the information we received from the head of the TKJ expertise program at SMKN 1 Bengkulu city, the average student pass for UKK from 2018 – 2022 is 45%, meaning that very many students fail. To overcome this problem the school has made various efforts, one of the efforts made is to bring guest teachers to the school where this activity is in the form of a workshop. The aim of this workshop is to improve hard skills as well as mental provision, tips and tricks when facing exams. The method used first is Needs Analysis At this stage an analysis of what is needed, both physical and non-physical needs, so that nothing is forgotten during the implementation of activities, or this stage can also be called concept maturation, Instrument Preparation (materials and practical tools) This stage is the holding of preparation and making of any material that will be delivered, and preparing what tools are needed to support practical activities, Implementation of Activities Activities take place in the TKJ Expertise Program Labor room, activities last for 2 days. As previously stated, the method of activity is the lecture, discussion, and practice method. Students listen to the theoretical material delivered, after the theoretical material is delivered then enter the practical session, where in this practice session at the same time discussions are held if there are things that are asked by students related to the practical activities carried out. Then to measure the ability of each student a simulation exam is held at the end of the session, the evaluation stage is held to evaluate the entire series of activities, the results of this evaluation will become material for future follow-up plans. The hope for class XII students majoring in TKJ can improve their hard skills and be able to do UKK well.

Abstract

Integrasi mesin absensi dan pusher notification dalam sistem informasi akademik sekolah untuk pemantauan kehadiran secara real-time merupakan aspek penting dari manajemen sekolah yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan mesin absensi dan pusher notifikasi ke dalam sistem informasi akademik sekolah untuk pemantauan kehadiran secara realtime. Sistem ini memberi sekolah kemampuan untuk memantau kehadiran siswa dengan cepat dan efisien serta menyampaikan pemberitahuan real-time kepada pemangku kepentingan terkait. Kajian diawali dengan analisis menyeluruh terhadap persyaratan dan tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam memantau kehadiran secara real-time. Tinjauan komprehensif literatur yang ada dilakukan untuk memahami konsep mesin absensi, notifikasi pusher, dan integrasi sistem. Berdasarkan temuan, desain sistem diusulkan, dengan mempertimbangkan arsitektur, antarmuka pengguna, dan alur kerja sistem terintegrasi. Mesin absensi terhubung ke sistem informasi akademik melalui protokol komunikasi yang sesuai, memastikan transfer dan sinkronisasi data tanpa hambatan. Fitur pusher notification diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem untuk mengirimkan notifikasi kehadiran secara real-time kepada pemangku kepentingan terkait, termasuk administrator, guru, dan orang tua. Ini memfasilitasi tindakan cepat dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan informasi kehadiran. Untuk menilai keefektifan solusi terintegrasi, serangkaian pengujian dan evaluasi dilakukan. Ini termasuk skenario seperti check-in siswa, check-out, dan pembaruan catatan kehadiran. Kinerja, keandalan, dan kepuasan pengguna dari sistem terintegrasi dievaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manfaat pengintegrasian mesin absensi dan notifikasi pusher ke dalam sistem informasi akademik. Pemantauan kehadiran secara real-time meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, meningkatkan akuntabilitas siswa, dan mendorong komunikasi yang efektif antara sekolah dan pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengetahuan tentang integrasi sistem kehadiran dan pemberitahuan pusher di lingkungan sekolah. Temuan ini dapat memandu lembaga pendidikan dalam mengadopsi solusi serupa untuk meningkatkan manajemen kehadiran dan operasional sekolah secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Balai Guru Penggerak atau BGP Provinsi Bengkulu mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pengembangan dan pemberdayaan guru, pendidik lainnya, tenaga kependidikan, calon kepala sekolah, kepala sekolah, calon pengawas sekolah, dan pengawas sekolah.
