Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the influence of individual factor, social factor, and main factor in work on job satisfaction of employee in Koperasi Esgeef-878 Semarang. The research hypothesis was the individual factor, social factor, and main factor in work had positive significant effect on job satisfaction of employee in Koperasi Esgeef-878 Semarang. The sample were 35 employees of Koperasi Esgeef-878 Semarang obtained by population study. The data were obtained using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. The result research was regression model Y = -4,232 + 0,467X1+ 0,405X2+ 0,423X3. Hypotesis test results showed individual factor, social factor, and main factor in work had positive significant effect on job satisfaction of employee in Koperasi Esgeef-878 Semarang both partial and simultant.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence employee motivation at PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Its population was all employees at PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang, amounting to 375 employees, while the samples were taken 79 employees. The sampling technique used was conveniene sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on partial hypothesis, internal factors influenced employee motivation, seen from significantvalue 0.005 <0.05. While external factors didn’t influence employee motivation,seen from significant value 0.083> 0.05. The Simultaneous hypothesisshowed that both internaland external factors influenced employee motivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of investment opportunities and leverage on dividend policy with liquidity as a moderating variable at manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2021-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the kind of judgement sampling method. The data of the study were secondary data which was downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The population in this study were 144 companies with the number of samples were 25 companies. For the analytical techniques used were multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that investment opportunities and leverage had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Liquidity was able to moderate the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy but liquidity was unable to moderate the effect of leverage on dividend policy.

Abstract

Kemampuan numerasi merupakan keterampilan mendasar yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, hasil asesmen menunjukkan bahwa siswa di Indonesia masih kurang dalam numerasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan media interaktif dalam pembelajaran numerasi guna meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui Program Kampus Mengajar di SD Andreas dengan berbagai pendekatan, seperti pembelajaran kontekstual, permainan edukatif, pendampingan individual, dan kolaborasi dengan guru. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan numerasi siswa, dengan persentase siswa berkategori tinggi meningkat dari 40% menjadi 55% dan kategori rendah menurun dari 40% menjadi 20%. Pendekatan interaktif mendapat respons positif, didukung oleh antusiasme siswa dan guru serta penggunaan media kreatif, meskipun terdapat kendala fasilitas dan perbedaan kemampuan siswa. Media interaktif terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterampilan numerasi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstrak                                      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan termasuk manajemen Multi Terminal Indonesia, PT Semarang cabang. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen Organisasi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance at Kopmensa RS Sultan Agung Semarang. The type of research used is quantitative research with an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were all Kopmensa employees and the sample used was 75 employees using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study partially showed that compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), while the work environment (X3) had no effect on employee performance (Y).
