Abstract

The low learning outcome chemistry mainly caused by the learning process did not  provide the opportunity for students to gain learning experience. The purpose of this research was to improve student learning outcomes with Project-Based Learning approach. This study was a class action (Class-Room Action Research). This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The focus of this research was improving student learning outcomes. The data collection techniques used were technical documentation, observation and tests. Research was successful if at least 23 of the 30 students scored more than 75. The results showed that the application of Project-Based Learning approach can improve learning outcomes. Research data completeness cognitive learning outcomes cycle I was 23 of the 30 students completed, affective domain was 23 of 30 students completed and psychomotor domains was 27 of 30 students completed. Research data completeness cognitive learning outcomes cycle II was 26 of 30 students completed, the affective domain was 24 of the 30 students completed and psychomotor domains was 26 of the 30 students completed. This means that the indicator set had achieved success on the cycle II. From the research, it was concluded that implementing Project-Based Learning approach could improve student learning outcomes of chemistry.Keywords: Learning Outcome, Project-Based Learning, Purifying Of Table Salt

Abstract

Inovasi merupakan sebuah alat untuk menunjukkan kemandirian daerah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keseriusan pemerintah Kabupaten Bintan mengimplementasikan inovasi daerah dimulai dengan meluncurkan Sistem Inovasi Daerah (SIDa) pada Tahun 2019. Pada tahun 2020 Pemerintah Kabupaten Bintan Mengeluarkan Peraturan Bupati No.40 tahun 2020 sebagai pedoman dalam melaksanakan inovasi daerah. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan inovasi daerah di Kabupaten Bintan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan stakeholders telah menghasilkan inovasi mulai dari inovasi tata kelola pemerintahan, inovasi pelayanan publik dan inovasi daerah lainnya. Terjadi kenaikan yang signifikan inovasi yang dihasilkan sejak tahun 2019 yang berjumlah 19 inovasi menjadi 69 inovasi pada tahun 2020. Pemerintah daerah memerlukan komitmen stakeholders untuk tetap menghasilkan inovasi dimasa mendatang. Pemberian insentif dengan mengadakan kompetisi inovasi daerah bagi stakeholders yang inovatif dapat memberikan dorongan agar tetap menghasilkan inovasi daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk menganalis pencapaian inovasi daerah Kabupaten Bintan didalam Indeks Inovasi Daerah Tahun 2020 yang telah dilakukan evaluasi oleh Kementrian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia. Selain itu melalui penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi eksisting inovasi daerah di Kabupaten Bintan sehingga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi kebijakan bagi pemangku kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bintan dalam melakukan upaya terobosan meningkatkan Inovasi Daerah kedepannya. Serangkaian inovasi daerah yang meliputi inovasi pelayanan public, tata kelola pemerintahan hingga inovasi bentuk lainnya sesuai bidang urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan daerah tentu berimplikasi terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah khususnya di Kabupaten Bintan. Pencapaian Kabupaten Bintan sebagai daerah perbatasan terinovatif di Indonesia yang kemudian dianugeragi Innovation Government Award oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri Indonesia tentu memiliki prestasi tersendiri terutamanya proses pelaksanaan inovasi daerah yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penilaiannya inilah yang kemudian direview dan dianalisa kembali didalam tulisan ini.
