Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat dalam Merekomendasikan Produk". Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengguna produk iPhone di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen, yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan (X1), Kepribadian Merek (X2), Kepercayaan Merek (Y1), yang berimplikasi pada Minat Merekomendasikan (Y2) Produk iPhone. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna IPhone yang melakukan transaksi IPhone di Kota Tangerang Selatan  dengan responden sebanyak 122 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji Kelayakan Model, uji hipotesis, dan uji variabel Mediasi. Adapun pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 23 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan fakta bahwa kepuasan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rekomendasi minat dan kepercayaan merek tetapi tetap memberikan nilai positif. Sedangkan kepribadian merek dan kepercayaan merek, keduanya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat merekomendasikan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kepribadian Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, Minat Merekomendasikan, iPhone, SPSS ABSTRACTThis study entitled " Analysis of Factors Affecting Interest in Recommending Products ". This research was conducted at the organization of IPhone di Kota Tangerang Selatan . This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables, namely Customer Satisfaction (X1), Brand Personality (X2), Brand Trust (Y1), which has implications on Interest Recommend (Y2) IPhone Product. The object of this study is IPhone customers who conduct transactions in IPhone di Kota Tangerang Selatan  with respondents as much as 122 respondents. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, Goodness of Fit test, hypothesis test, and intervening variable test. As for data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software for Windows. The results of this study get the fact that customer satisfaction has no significant effect on the recommend interest and brand trust but still give a positive value. While the brand personality and brand trust, both have a positive and significant effect on the recommend interest. Keywords: customer satisfaction, brand personality, brand trust, interest recommend, IPhone, SPSS

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of earnings and cash flow in predicting financial distress conditions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis model. Data obtained from secondary data, namely data obtained from other parties in the form of published reports for the period 2020-2021. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study were 80 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS. Based on the conclusion of the analysis results, it is known that profit has no effect on financial distress because the profit variable has a sig value of 0.973 this value is greater than the alpha significant value (0.05) and cash flow has an effect on financial distress conditions, where the obtained significance figures are 0.000 and 0.001 more. smaller than 0.05, which means that cash flow has a significant effect on predicting financial distress.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the ability to perform creativity and innovation that creates a work of value that can be sold. The limited job market is a classic problem that has not yet been resolved due to the continuously increasing population and the scarcity of jobs, thus the unemployment rate in the country continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship from school. Students at SMK Al-Ishlah North Cikarang are Generation Z, class XII, who will face graduation and thus will determine the next step, whether to look for a job, continue to higher education or start a business. These students should not be confused about what to do after graduation. This Community Service activity takes the theme "Fostering Entrepreneurial Spirit among Students: Strategies and Challenges in Building Entrepreneurship in the World of Education". It is carried out by seminar method which besides material presentation also includes discussion and question and answer session with the speaker. This activity was attended by as many as 43 participants, all of whom were class XII. Based on a survey from participants, it can be known that 63% strongly agree that this seminar has added their insight into entrepreneurship.
