Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying SOP (standard operating procedures) and work culture on the work productivity of PT Kayaba Indonesia line shock absorber assembly employees. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this research is 98 employees of PT Kayaba. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Using multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The results of the hypothesis test show that the application of SOP has no effect and work culture has an effect on work productivity. The results of the regression analysis showed that the implementation of SOP partially had no effect on work productivity, namely 0.075, work culture partially had an effect of 0.261. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis of the application of SOP and work culture together have a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.073 or 7.3%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the ability to perform creativity and innovation that creates a work of value that can be sold. The limited job market is a classic problem that has not yet been resolved due to the continuously increasing population and the scarcity of jobs, thus the unemployment rate in the country continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship from school. Students at SMK Al-Ishlah North Cikarang are Generation Z, class XII, who will face graduation and thus will determine the next step, whether to look for a job, continue to higher education or start a business. These students should not be confused about what to do after graduation. This Community Service activity takes the theme "Fostering Entrepreneurial Spirit among Students: Strategies and Challenges in Building Entrepreneurship in the World of Education". It is carried out by seminar method which besides material presentation also includes discussion and question and answer session with the speaker. This activity was attended by as many as 43 participants, all of whom were class XII. Based on a survey from participants, it can be known that 63% strongly agree that this seminar has added their insight into entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The community service seminar activity with the title “Increasing Understanding of Communication Skills and Personal Branding for MA Al Imaroh Students” was carried out with the aim of improving students' communication skills and self-image. This seminar was attended by 44 participants from the total number of students, and the evaluation results showed that there was an increase in understanding by 100%.Through interactive methods and hands-on practice, students are given the knowledge and skills needed to develop effective communication skills and build positive personal branding. In this activity, students were given training on how to create an attractive CV. This activity not only provides new insights, but also encourages students to apply the skills acquired in everyday life, both in the school environment and in the community.Thus, this seminar successfully achieved its objectives and is expected to be a model for other community service activities in the future.

Abstract

Sustainable development requires a superior generation that not only has technical knowledge, but also soft skills to face increasingly complex global challenges. Soft skills include abilities such as communication, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, and work ethics, which are very important in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. A superior generation with good mastery of soft skills is able to become innovative and competitive agents of change, while contributing to creating social, economic and environmental balance. This research highlights the importance of integrating soft skills development in education and training systems, both formal and non-formal, as a strategy to build the capacity of the younger generation. A holistic approach is needed, involving collaboration between the government, educational institutions, community organizations and the private sector in creating a learning environment that supports the strengthening of soft skills. Through experiential learning, leadership training, and character development programs, young people can develop their potential in line with the needs of the world of work and the demands of sustainability. Research results show that generations who excel in soft skills have a greater ability to adapt to change, work in cross-cultural teams, and create innovative solutions to problems

Abstract

This study aims to find the role of brand image in mediating the influence of word of mouth on purchase intention in Kedai Kopi Daycoff The research is explanatory research which describes causal relation among variables with hypothesis test. This study use 91 respondents as sample. The research uses slovin formula to find the sample. This study use instrument test and path analysis. Based on test results can be summarized that word of mouth has effect and  significantly on purchase intention, word of mouth has not effect and not significantly on brand image, and brand image has effect and significantly on purchase intention. The result also shows thatword of mouth has not effect and noot significantly on purchase intention through brand image

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment and turnover on employee performance in the tranportation in the divvision of PT Raf Cahata Lestari. The reserch applied a quantitative approach whit a saturaded sampling technique, in which all employees were taken as respondents. Data were cillected through likert-scale questtionaires.The data were analized usiing multiple linier regression with the help op SPSS. The results show that partially, recruitment does not heve a sinificant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,927 > 0,05), while turnnover has e positive and significant effect (sig. 0,00 < 0,05). Simultaneously, recruitment and turnover signifocsntly influence employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 16.675 > F_table 3.257. this means that 25,7% of employee performance variation is infuenced by the two variables, while the remaining 74,3% is explained by other factirs beyond this study.

Abstract

Kaizen merupakan filosofi perbaikan berkelanjutan yang telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, tidak hanya di dunia industri tetapi juga dalam konteks pendidikan. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan prinsip dasar Kaizen kepada siswa SMK Bina Industri sebagai strategi dalam membentuk karakter unggul dan kompetitif. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengertian dan sejarah Kaizen, prinsip-prinsip dasar, penerapan Kaizen dalam dunia pendidikan, serta elemen penting seperti siklus PDCA dan metode 5S/5R. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas XII sebanyak 100 peserta dari berbagai jurusan teknik elektronika industri (TEI) dan teknik bisnis sepeda motor (TBSM), dengan pendekatan penyampaian interaktif, dan studi edukatif. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mendapatkan wawasan baru dalam mengembangkan potensi diri dibuktikan dengan kenaikan pemahaman yang dihitung dengan grafik yang menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 93%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh harga dan ulasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan Pembelian di marketplace Shopee pada masyarakat Cabangbungin. Jenis penelitian Explanatory Research serta jenis data digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Pengambil Sampel menggunakan Teknik Accindental Sampling dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Alat Uji yang digunakan adalah Uji Instrumen dan Uji Asumsi Klasik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), ulasan pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), dan harga (X1), ulasan pelanggan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y)
