Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the municipal solid waste management system in Indonesia and to determine the extent to which the sustainable concept is applied in municipal solid waste management. The research method used is a literature study, with descriptive writing techniques and making books, encyclopedias, and data from previous studies that have relevance as research analysis materials. The results of the analysis show that urban area produces 70% of waste generation and as much as 32% of unmanaged waste. This is because the level of public concern for the environment is low, only 0.72. The average monthly expenditure figure as a form of meeting food and non-food needs increases to a minimum value of Rp. 400,000 and a maximum of Rp. 1,200,000. Humans cannot be separated from activities that produce waste so that the form of reduction and management is the key to solving the waste problem.that the activities of urban communities have resulted in quite high waste generation. The implementation of the waste management system still refers to the conventional method with the form of collect-transport-waste habits and burdens the burden of waste management at the final stage with a reactive approach so that it can be said that the implementation of municipal solid waste management is still low. Efforts to achieve the goals in the SDGs and fulfill the existing aspects of sustainable municipal waste management that have not been implemented properly, it is necessary to increase environmental awareness by emphasizing socialization and education for the community in seeing the waste itself so as to form behavior patterns that support the reduction 1and processing of municipal waste. Keywords: Implementation Analysis, Sustainable Waste Management, Characteristics of Municipal Waste.

Abstract

one of the present-day implementation of fuel cell is acting as main power source in Fuel Cell Hybrid Vehicle (FCHV). This paper proposes some strategies to optimize the performance of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) implanted with auxiliary power source to construct a proper FCHV hybridization. The strategies consist of the most updated optimization method determined from three point of view i.e. Energy Storage System (ESS), hybridization topology and control system analysis. The goal of these strategies is to achieve an optimum hybridization with long lifetime, low cost, high efficiency, and hydrogen consumption rate improvement. The energy storage system strategy considers battery, supercapacitor, and high-speed flywheel as the most promising alternative auxiliary power source. The hybridization topology strategy analyzes the using of multiple storage devices injected with electronic components to bear a higher fuel economy and cost saving. The control system strategy employs nonlinear control system to optimize the ripple factor of the voltage and the current and using the AOC-EMS system to improve the hydrogen consumption rate. ECMS and BERS strategy based on Time-Triggered Controller Area Network (TTCAN) also promoted to optimize hydrogen consumption rate from recovered kinetic energy while in braking regeneration mode.

Abstract

This article aims to design a model for forecasting the number of vehicles arriving at the battery swap station (BSS). In our case, we study the relevance of the proposed approach given the rapid increase in electric vehicle users in Indonesia. Due to the vehicle electrification program from the government of Indonesia and the lack of supporting infrastructure, forecasting battery swap demands is very important for charging schedules. Forecasting the number of vehicles is done using machine learning with the long short-term memory (LSTM) method. The method is used to predict sequential data because of its ability to review previous data in addition to the current input. The result of the forecasting using the LSTM method yields a prediction score using the root-mean-square error (RMSE) of 2.3079 x 10-6 . The forecasted data can be combined with the battery charging model to acquire predicted hourly battery availability that can be processed further for optimization and scheduling.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the ability to perform creativity and innovation that creates a work of value that can be sold. The limited job market is a classic problem that has not yet been resolved due to the continuously increasing population and the scarcity of jobs, thus the unemployment rate in the country continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship from school. Students at SMK Al-Ishlah North Cikarang are Generation Z, class XII, who will face graduation and thus will determine the next step, whether to look for a job, continue to higher education or start a business. These students should not be confused about what to do after graduation. This Community Service activity takes the theme "Fostering Entrepreneurial Spirit among Students: Strategies and Challenges in Building Entrepreneurship in the World of Education". It is carried out by seminar method which besides material presentation also includes discussion and question and answer session with the speaker. This activity was attended by as many as 43 participants, all of whom were class XII. Based on a survey from participants, it can be known that 63% strongly agree that this seminar has added their insight into entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Implementating Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Competence on the Employee Performance of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari. The population of this research is all employees in the logistics department, totaling 60 employees.. The sampling technique used is in this research was the census sampling technique which obtained 60 samples. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research method is quantitative using the SPSS 25 software. The research result show that WMS has a partial effect on employee performance, indicated by a T-value of 5.010 > T-table of 1.671 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Competence also has a partial effect on employee performance, with a T-value of 10.853 > T-table of 1.671 and a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows an F-value of 93.698 > F-table of 3.16 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that the independent variables of WMS and Competence significantly affect the dependent variable of employee performance simultaneously. The coefficient of determination is 0.767 or 76.7%, while the remaining 23.3% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The National Strategic Projects (PSN) policy is a key part of the infrastructure and economic development agenda under President Joko Widodo. This article aims to examine PSN projects considered underrated. and "overrated" based on impact, media coverage, and public perception. The research was conducted using a literature study and mass media analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that several projects, such as the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road and the SATRIA Satellite, have significant impacts but receive less attention (underrated), while projects such as the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail and the Food Estate receive more attention but are underrated. rated less optimal (overrated). Study This underline importance evaluation critical of strategic projects for the effectiveness of national development.

Abstract

The term "Brown Party" emerged as a public criticism of the alleged lack of impartiality of the police in the political contestation leading up to the 2024 regional elections. The color brown refers to police uniforms and is used to criticize officers perceived as biased. This study uses Robert Entman's framing theory to analyze how the "Brown Party" narrative is shaped by the media and political elite, and its impact on public trust and democratic legitimacy. The analysis shows that certain framings reinforce perceptions. public will partisanship apparatus, Which impact on increasing criticism towards state institutions in public spaces.
