Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel ROA, pertumbuhan aset, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan kepemilikan institusi terhadap variabel CAR. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari ICMD 2018, IDX Watch 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 perusahaan perbankan, yang diambil melalui metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Pengujian penyimpangan asumsi klasik dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa hasil analisis regresi layak diinterpretasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROA dan kepemilikan institusi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap CAR, sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap CAR. Adapun variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CAR yaitu pertumbuhan aset. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap CAR adalah ROA, kemudian diikuti dengan pertumbuhan penjualan dan kepemilikan institusional. Kata Kunci: CAR, ROA, Pertumbuhan Aset, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Kepemilikan Institusi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of earnings and cash flow in predicting financial distress conditions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis model. Data obtained from secondary data, namely data obtained from other parties in the form of published reports for the period 2020-2021. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study were 80 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS. Based on the conclusion of the analysis results, it is known that profit has no effect on financial distress because the profit variable has a sig value of 0.973 this value is greater than the alpha significant value (0.05) and cash flow has an effect on financial distress conditions, where the obtained significance figures are 0.000 and 0.001 more. smaller than 0.05, which means that cash flow has a significant effect on predicting financial distress.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the ability to perform creativity and innovation that creates a work of value that can be sold. The limited job market is a classic problem that has not yet been resolved due to the continuously increasing population and the scarcity of jobs, thus the unemployment rate in the country continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship from school. Students at SMK Al-Ishlah North Cikarang are Generation Z, class XII, who will face graduation and thus will determine the next step, whether to look for a job, continue to higher education or start a business. These students should not be confused about what to do after graduation. This Community Service activity takes the theme "Fostering Entrepreneurial Spirit among Students: Strategies and Challenges in Building Entrepreneurship in the World of Education". It is carried out by seminar method which besides material presentation also includes discussion and question and answer session with the speaker. This activity was attended by as many as 43 participants, all of whom were class XII. Based on a survey from participants, it can be known that 63% strongly agree that this seminar has added their insight into entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Peranan farmasi untuk pendistribusian obat-obatan, peralatan medis sangat diperlukan di Indonesia, karena mengingat pada tahun 2021, masih dalam masa pandemi COVID-19 yang dimulai dari tahun 2019 lalu. Dimana saat seperti ini akan terjadi lonjakan harga bahan baku dan biaya lainnya mengikuti naik nya harga impor tersebut dan juga banyak nya persaingan antar perusahaa yang ingin ekspor maupun impor obat-obatan nya ke negara terdampak. Salah satu tujuan dari persaingan antar sektor farmasi ini adalah untuk menaikan harga saham guna mendukung Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG)(Safitri, 2022). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021–2024. Harga saham dianggap sebagai gambaran kinerja perusahaan, dan biasanya menjadi acuan utama bagi investor saat ingin berinvestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang sudah tersedia (data sekunder). Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel adalah 20, dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu (purposive sampling). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, serta dilakukan beberapa uji statistik seperti uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi untuk memastikan validitas hasil. Hasilnya, EPS terbukti berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan PER tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, secara bersama-sama PER dan EPS tetap memengaruhi harga saham. Kesimpulannya, laba perusahaan (EPS) menjadi faktor penting bagi investor dalam menilai saham. Karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus memperbaiki kinerja keuangannya, terutama dalam menghasilkan laba, agar harga saham tetap menarik di pasar modal.

Abstract

The existence of online customer ratings, and COD payment services are expected to be able to influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Online customer ratings on purchasing decisions, the influence of the COD Payment Method on purchasing decisions, on the Tokopedia application. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling by taking respondent data according to the specified criteria, namely having used the Tokopedia application, the research sampling method using the questionnaire data collection method, using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant partial influence of online customer ratings (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y), namely 6,000> 1,985 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The COD payment method (X2) partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Tokopedia application, namely 3.803> ttable 1.985 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. And simultaneous testing also has an influence between Online customer rating and COD payment method on purchasing decisions, namely the F count value of 36.453> F table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that the independent variables of online customer rating and COD payment method simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of Purchasing Decisions.
