Abstract

Percepatan pembangunan ekonomi dan daya saing industri khususnya UMKM telah menjadi perhatian pemerintah pusat maupun daerah. Terdapat berbagai keterbatasan-keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM, terutama mengenai rendahnya kualitas SDM, rendahnya kualitas produk UMKM yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan, peralatan, dan permodalan yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku usaha. Perlu adanya dukungan stakeholder untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah merupakan bagian dari pembangunan ekonomi jangka panjang untuk mencapai struktur ekonomi yang seimbang. Tetapi adanya perbedaan potensi sumberdaya, keadaan prasarana dan pasar menyebabkan ketimpangan persebaran lokasi dan perlambatan pertumbuhan. Pembangunan ekonomi daerah diartikan sebagai suatu proses dimana Academic, Business, Community dan Goverment (ABCG) mengelola sumberdaya yang ada dan membentuk pola kemitraan diantara mereka untuk menjalankan roda perekonomian di daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Sragen memiliki 7 Klater UMKM yang beberapa diantaranya merupakan produk unggulan daerah. Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji daya saing 3 klaster UMKM yaitu klaster batik, klaster konveksi dan klaster mebel berdasarkan Kriteria Produk Unggulan Daerah (PUD) menurut Permendagri No. 9 tahun 2014. Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian pengukuran daya saing Klaster Batik, Koveksi Dan Mebel di Kabupaten Sragen adalah kontribusi usaha batik, koveksi dan mebel terhadap PDRB, kemiskinan, dan perkembangan wilayah/lokasi klaster serta memberikan masukan bagi kebijakan yang dilakukan terkait dengan peningkatan daya saing klaster UMKM di Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian ini memberikan masukan bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen untuk memprioritaskan kebijakan pengembangan daya saing klaster batik pada aspek tenaga kerja, bahan baku, manajemen dan harga. Kemudian untuk klaster konveksi, prioritas kebijakan pengembangan yaitu teknologi, pasar, modal dan basis ekonomi. Klaster batik prioritas kebijakan yang harus dikembangkan yaitu aspek sosial budaya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis LQ dan shift share, Analystic Hierarchy Process (AHP), dan Analisis Topsis.

Abstract

This research aims to examine an impact of fiscal decentralization, internal control system, and local government performance examination to the local government financial accountability. As Local autonomy implemented in Indonesia in 1999, it has impacted to several financial reform in Indonesia such as fiscal decentralization calculation, new model of internal control system, new criteria of local government performance and also local financial report accountability. This study collected secondary data from Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia by using 117 local government in Java Island as population. The study used purposive sampling method that consists of 106 local government that were analyzed by linear regression by using SPSS 21. The result showed that internal control system has significant impact to the local government financial accountability. However, fiscal decentralisation and local government performance examination has no significant influence to local government financial accountability.

Abstract

E-Commerce is an affiliation of E-bisnis in electronic media era, which is fifth industry revolution era (digital era). It is shown by many companies using internet as the most effective means to advertise and promote products produced competing either nationally or globally. Indonesia is one of potential market in Asia even in the world with the fifth largest population in the world in 2017, which the population are more than 263 million people; while the internet users up to 30 June 2017 in Indonesia are more than 132 million people. Of 200 respondents, which the mean of age was 18-24 years old. The respondents consisted of 110 male and 90 female, thus the average gender in Solo was male. The result of analysis showed that Trust was positively and significantly influence Purchase intention, Website Quality was positively significantly influence the Purchase intention, and Percived Risk was positively and significantly influence the Purchase intention, so that each improvement of Percived Risk score would improve Purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and website quality on intent to purchase again from Shopee. This type of research is field research using questionnaires. The research group is made up of all students from the 2017-2020 class of the Faculty of Islamic Economics, IAIN Kudus. The result of the sample based on the Slovin formula was 97 pupils. IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software was used for data analysis techniques used to measure variables in this study. The results of this study show that: Online customer reviews do not significantly influence the online purchase intentions of IAIN Kudus Islamic Economics students. Online customer ratings do not significantly influence the online purchase intentions of IAIN Kudus Islamic Economics students. Website quality has a significant impact on the online purchase intentions of IAIN Kudus Islamic Economics students.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ulasan pelanggan online, peringkat pelanggan online, dan kualitas situs web terhadap niat untuk membeli lagi dari Shopee. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Rombongan penelitian terdiri dari seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2017-2020 Fakultas Ekonomi Islam IAIN Kudus. Hasil sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin adalah 97 siswa. Software IBM SPSS Statistics 25 digunakan untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Online customer review tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli online mahasiswa Ekonomi Islam IAIN Kudus. Peringkat pelanggan online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli online mahasiswa Ekonomi Islam IAIN Kudus. Kualitas website berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli online mahasiswa IAIN Kudus Ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

This research explores the complex dynamics of sexual harassment in the hospitality industry, specifically in five provinces in Indonesia known for their high concentration of hotels. It also examines a selection of star-rated hotels that have implemented training programs to address sexual harassment. This study delves into the relationship between employee training, awareness, and sexual harassment prevention. It adopts a quantitative approach with the participation of 140 HR managers from star-rated hotels. The results highlight a strong connection between staff training and increased sexual harassment mitigation, underscoring the importance of thorough training programs. Employee awareness plays a vital role in influencing the effectiveness of preventative measures. Practical implications involve industry-wide efforts to promote a safety culture and enforce zero-tolerance policies via specialized training and public awareness campaigns. Although the study is focused on specific regions and establishments, it lays the groundwork for further exploration into sexual harassment in various hospitality settings, training techniques, cross-cultural factors, and changing regulations. Future research needs to delve deeper into the complexities of sexual harassment within the broad industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi green banking pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan kinerja BSI tahun 2023–2024 dengan fokus pada variabel pembiayaan hijau, pembiayaan sosial, green banking. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan antar tahun, serta uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara implementasi green banking dan kinerja keuangan bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator implementasi green banking mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari tahun 2023 ke 2024, termasuk pembiayaan hijau. Selain itu, total pembiayaan dan laba bersih juga meningkat signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi green banking memiliki dampak positif terhadap kinerja finansial BSI. Uji korelasi Pearson memperlihatkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara green financing, social financing, dan CSR terhadap laba bersih maupun total pembiayaan, dengan nilai korelasi yang mencapai 0.982 hingga 0.998. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi green banking tidak hanya memperkuat peran sosial dan lingkungan bank syariah, tetapi juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to conduct a comprehensive review and synthesis of empirical research regarding the significance of work motivation, specifically the need for achievement, in shaping employee performance in organizational settings. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines by analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 and indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Articles were evaluated according to predetermined inclusion criteria that prioritized employee performance, motivation, and achievement. The review provides robust and consistent empirical evidence that the need for achievement has a positive and substantial impact on employee performance. In comparison to employees with lower achievement motivation, those with high achievement motivation are more likely to establish challenging objectives, exhibit a greater level of task commitment, and produce superior work results. The results reaffirm the ongoing relevance of achievement motivation theory in elucidating performance disparities across a variety of organizational settings and sectors. This study offers a focused contribution by consolidating fragmented findings into a coherent framework and providing an up-to-date synthesis of empirical evidence on the need for achievement and employee performance. It underscores the critical role of achievement-oriented motivation as a primary internal driver of performance and identifies directions for future research, particularly in examining contextual and individual-level moderators.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a digital marketing workshop for educators at SMKN 1 Kaliwungu in improving participants' knowledge, skills, and satisfaction. The workshop employed a participatory approach, combining instruction, discussion, and practical exercises related to the use of digital media for marketing school products. The research subjects consisted of 24 educators, with data collected through pre- and post-tests. Descriptive analysis showed a significant increase in all indicators, particularly the use of social media, the creation of promotional content, and the selection of digital platforms. The average pretest score of 56.3 increased to 4.2 on a 1–5 Likert scale. Participants reported being very satisfied with the materials and presenters, affirming the effectiveness of the Knowledge Aspiring Entrepreneur (KAE) approach in strengthening teachers' digital literacy. These findings indicate that the digital marketing workshop for educators at SMKN 1 Kaliwungu has proven effective in enhancing participants' knowledge, skills, and satisfaction regarding the concepts and practices of digital marketing. Following the workshop, there was a significant improvement across all indicators, particularly in the use of social media for promoting school products. The participatory training approach—which combined instruction, discussion, and hands-on exercises—was effective in improving teachers' digital literacy and skills. Participants expressed high satisfaction with the materials and presenters, confirming that the Knowledge Aspiring Entrepreneur (KAE) strategy effectively helps educators adopt digital marketing with confidence. It is hoped that this capacity-building initiative can be implemented sustainably to promote the school's creative products while enriching entrepreneurship teaching materials for students.
