Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of simple trial methods in science learning in IT Kindergarten Citra Ummat and PAUD Arum Melati Tidore Island City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, which is natural, because the object developed is what it is, not manipulation, and the presence of researchers has no influence on the object. The data sources in this study are teachers and children in Citra Ummat IT Kindergarten and Arum Melati PAUD. The collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Research Results The implementation of simple experimental methods in science learning is carried out through several stages, namely: 1) Selection of topics or themes and sub-themes for simple science experiment activities that will be carried out by the way teachers discuss with colleagues or fellow teachers. 2) Objects / Tools and materials or learning media used in introducing science are concrete or real objects. 3) methods used by teachers to introduce science, namely: experimental methods (experiments), demonstrations, questions and answers, telling stories / conversations, field trips and video-based learning. 4) The role of teachers in simple science experiment activities is as facilitator, companion, observer, planner and evaluator. 5) The role of children in the implementation of simple science experiments is that children as observers, inventors and investigators. 6) The results of science experiment activities include cognitive, affective and skill aspects. 7) The process of learning science through simple experiments, namely initial activities in the form of perception, experimental implementation and evaluation activities.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of early stimulation in enhancing gross and fine motor development in early childhood. Motor development is a fundamental aspect of child growth, directly influencing physical coordination, cognitive performance, and future learning readiness. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research was conducted in a group of early childhood education institutions (PAUD) using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The findings reveal that children who receive consistent, contextual, and playful stimulation show significantly more advanced motor skills compared to those who do not. Effective stimulation includes activities such as drawing, threading beads, running, and role-playing, all of which engage children in meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences. Moreover, the involvement of educators and parents in the stimulation process significantly enhances its impact, reinforcing the importance of a collaborative approach between home and school environments. This study reinforces previous theories by Papalia and Feldman (2011) and Hurlock (2003) and contributes new insights by highlighting the value of interactive and contextual stimulation. The results suggest that early stimulation should be an integral component of early childhood education programs and supported by structured planning and continuous evaluation. This research offers practical recommendations for educators and policymakers aiming to foster optimal motor development in young children..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pendidikan Islam berbasis fitrah sebagai landasan pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filosofis dan analisis kritis terhadap literatur ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitrah merupakan potensi spiritual bawaan yang melekat pada anak sejak lahir, yang menjadi fondasi utama dalam pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual. Pembiasaan ibadah, peran keluarga dan guru sebagai model religius, serta penggunaan media pembelajaran islami terbukti efektif dalam mengaktualisasikan fitrah anak. Pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi edukatif, semakin memperkuat pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan lingkungan sosial dalam membentuk generasi yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan siap menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok B melalui bermain lempar tangkap bola besar di TK Rio Laha Kota Ternate. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan empat kali pertemuan. Peneliti bertindak sebagai pengajar yang menjalankan skenario pembelajaran sedangkan kolaborator adalah asisten guru kelas yang bertindak sebagai observer (pengamat). Subyek penelitian adalah anak-anak kelas B TK Rio Laha Kota Ternate Timur yang berjumlah 10 anak terdiri dari 4 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi berupa check list Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Anak.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak melalui bermain lempar tangkap bola besar di TK Rio Laha Kota Ternate. Peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak pada siklus I sebesar 50% atau 5 anak dari 10 anak pada kriteria BSH 5 anak, MB 3 anak dan BB 2 anak terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II yaitu 80% atau 8 dari 10 anak berada pada kriteria BSB 5 anak, BSH 3 anak dan MB 2 anak. Dengan demikian, Bermain lempar tangkap bola besar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak di TK Rio Laha Kota Ternate.
