Abstract

This research aims to create a model for classifying hilal using the YOLO algorithm. The determination of the beginning of the month of Ramadan is an important aspect of the Islamic calendar that has an impact on the implementation of fasting. With technological advances, especially in image processing, there is potential to overcome the limitations of conventional methods currently used in hilal detection for determining the beginning of Ramadan. This research uses the prototyping method in its implementation. The dataset in this research comes from videos on the BMKG Youtube channel and images from various sources such as NASA Planetary Data System and Google Images. YOLOv5 and YOLOv8 algorithms are used to develop the object detection model. The novelty of this research is the use of the YOLO algorithm with video datasets to detect hilal to determine the beginning of the month of Ramadan and Shawwal. The best-performing model, YOLOv5m with 100 epochs and a batch size of 30, achieved a precision of 0.838 and a mAP of 0.5-0.95 of 0.735. The results indicate that YOLOv5m is more effective in hilal detection, providing a novel approach to determine the beginning of Ramadan and Shawwal with greater accuracy and consistency. This integration of advanced object detection technology with religious practice offers a significant improvement over traditional method.

Abstract

Labor is one of the important factors that should be considered by the company in order to achieve objectives. Therefore in this case the company is required to manage resources in a planned manner. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and employee performance, labor relations and employee motivation, as well as the relationship of emotional intelligence and motivation to work with employees performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This research is descriptive-correlation with a sample of 44 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the obtained t (6.572) is greater than t table (2.018). (2) there is a significant relationship between motivation and performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the obtained t (6.045) is greater than t table (2.018). (3) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the acquired Fhitung (41.765) is greater than F table (3,226). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the variables are strong and be positive. But from the descriptive respondents by filling the questionnaire indicators were rated the lowest.Keywords: motivation, performance, emotional intelligence

Abstract

In this globalization era competition among universities to attract students getting tougher. It is therefore universities should further strenghten its marketing strategy, so that they can attract new students to decide to study in the Faculty of Economics, Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. This study aims to determine what factors are influencing numbers students in choosing education at Faculty of Economics, Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 86 people who are students at the Faculty of Economics, Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. Sampling performed by the method of proportionate random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires. Variables Measurement with Likert scale in 5 (five) scale and analysis with Multiple Reggression with dummy variable. The result shows that factors must consider by the student when decided the Economy Faculty of University of Indonesia, Jakarta, are product, cost, promotion, process, people, physical evidence.Keywords: product, cost, promotion,process, people, physical evidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, TATO, research and development, inflation, and interest rate against financial distress. Interest Coverage Ratio is used to determine beginning signs of financial distress in GB company. Researchers used statistic descriptive and binary logistic regression method, the data is sampled using purposive sample judgment method. This study used data of 10 GB companies which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on period of 2013 – 2015 and totally this study used 30 samples of 10 GB companies on period of 2013 – 2015. The results of this study found that capital structure, research and development, inflation, and interest rate effect uninfluence on financial distress. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determain the relationship between incentives and workplace stress on job satisfaction of GO-RIDE drivers partners in Cawang, East Jakarta. Everyone has extraordinary potential and has not been fully utilized. Labor is one of the important factors that must be considered by the company, both in term of providing incentives, workplace stress, and job statisfaction. The incentive is one of the strategies implemented by the company to stimulate the workforce to work optimally. And to improve the progress of the company must also pay attention to workplace stress experienced by employess so the employess can work well. Therefore giving incentives and attention to work stress is needed to be able to produce job satisfaction to driver-partners. The type of data in this study is quantitative data, the number of samples is 100 GO-RIDE driver-partners. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to GO-RIDE driver-partners and calculated with the Likert Scale. This study using SPSS 24 to process the data. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between providing incentives with job satisfaction shown in the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0,676. And there is a relationship between workplace stress and job satisfaction shown by the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of -0,627. Keywords : incentives,workplace stress, job satisfaction

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is prosocial behavior or extra precautions that exeed a specified discription of the role within the organization or company. In this study, the issues to be discussed is how is the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research was conducted at the PT PRESTISA, Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of organizational culture and organizational commitment of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research is descriptive-correlational by as many as 30 employees, and data were analyzed using Spearmen Rank Correlation and multiple correlation Pearson Product Moment. The result of this study was indicated that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Culture and OCB of employees at PT PRESTISA. It is shown by t (3,348) is greater than t table (2,048), 2) there is a positiveand significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and OCB of empoyees at PT PRESTISA. It is shown by t (2,483) is greater than table (2,048), 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and OCB of employees at PT PRESTISA. Abstract

Work environment and incentives are very important issues in a company. Because a less conducive work environment and unsatisfactory incentives can reduce the performance of each employee, but if the work environment is conducive and the incentives provided are very satisfactory, it will improve employee performance. This can be used as a problem point in a company.This study aims to see how the relationship between incentives and work environment on the performance of PT Victory Offset Prima employees.The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the analytical data used are Spearman Rank and Multiple Correlation analysis. the number of samples in the study were 74 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees with a counting scale using a Likert scale on the statements contained in the questionnaire to process the author's data using computer aids in the form of SPSS 18. Abstract

Mosques are the center of Muslim communities’ spiritual and communal life, thus requiring effective financial management. The purpose of this study was to develop a smart donation box robot that utilizes Internet of Things technology to address efficiency and increase transparency in managing donations. The methodology in this study used a prototyping method consisting of Rapid Planning, Rapid Modeling, Construction, and Evaluation stages, which aimed to develop a functional prototype quickly. The results showed that the smart donation box robot detected and counted banknote denominations with varying degrees of success, achieving a detection success rate of 100% for all tested denominations at an optimal sensor distance of 1 cm. However, the detection rate dropped to 42.86% at 0.5 cm and 28.57% at 1.5 cm, highlighting the significant impact of sensor placement on performance. Coin detection was performed accurately, correctly identifying and sorting denominations without error. This enabled real-time financial monitoring via the Telegram application, significantly increasing transparency for mosque administrators and congregants. Abstract

Mosques are the center of Muslim spiritual and community life, thus requiring effective financial management. This research aims to develop a smart donation box based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology to improve efficiency and transparency in donation management. This research methodology uses a prototyping method consisting of the stages of Communication, Quick Planning, Quick Modeling, Construction, and Evaluation, which are designed to quickly produce functional prototypes. The results showed that the smart donation box was able to detect and count paper money with an optimal success rate of 85% at a sensor distance of 1 cm. However, the detection rate decreased to 57% at a distance of 0.5cm and 42% at a distance of 1.5cm, indicating that the position of the sensor significantly affects performance. The system enables real-time financial monitoring through the Telegram app, significantly increasing the transparency of mosque financial management.

Abstract

Jakarta merupakan kota yang memiliki trafik padat, masalah rute perjalanan di Jakarta menjadi perhatian tersendiri bagi pengguna jalan. Pencarian jalur terpendek dalam jaringan transportasi di Jakarta seperti mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas, rekomendasi rute terpendek untuk perjalanan dinas dan pengiriman barang atau mencapai lokasi wisata. Penelitian tentang Aplikasi penyusunan rute perjalanan wisata dengan metode algoritma ant colony ini merupakan penelitian yang ingin menyelesaikan permasalahan lamanya waktu menyusun rute perjalan wisata. Data yang diperoleh dari pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pengusahan tour dan travel yaitu diperlukannya waktu minimal satu hari untuk menyusun rute perjalanan wisata. Sebagai salah satu solusi perlu aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat menyusun rute perjalanan wisata berdasarkan jarak terpendek. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi berbasis website, dengan input data objek wisata. Metode pengembangan aplikasi penggunakan RAD dan algoritma ant colony untuk proses penyusunan rute perjalanan wisata terpendek yang terdiri atas 2 (dua) user. Output berupa aplikasi penyusunan rute perjalanan wisatayang menyusun rute perjalanan wisata terpendek.
