Abstract

Perusahaan di masa depan tidak dapat menghindari kecenderungan pluralitas dan keberagaman angkatan kerja, khususnya tenaa kerja perempuan. Pekerja perempuan adalah bagian SDM yang pada saat ini penting untuk ditelaah oleh pihak manajemen karena perannya di masa depan akan memberikan kontribusi yang berarti. Data-data laju partisipasi angkatan kerja menurut jenis kelamin menunjukkan porsi pekerja perempuan tumbuh progresif dibandingkan pekerja laki-laki, sementara kebijakan/perlakuan atas peluang peran perempuan masih terdistorsi. Maka sebagai upaya membangun keterlibatan yang tinggi antar tenaga kerja, integrasi penuh serta tercapainya penghormatan-penghargaan yang sama, juga sikap saling belajar di antara pekerja (laki-laki - perempuan), pihak manajemen perlu memulai membangun visi melalui equal empolyment oportunity (EEO).

Abstract

The completeness of a program in the education unit (in this case secondary school) will end with the holding of an evaluation of learning outcomes or exams, which are school exams and national exams, students will increase their learning activities in preparation for being able to take exams and try to produce satisfying achievements. This study aims to explain students? experiences in practicing self-regulated learning (SRL), which includes students? readiness in an active, constructive process, able to set learning goals, monitor, regulate, and control cognition, motivation, and behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of a focused group discussion (FGD) and essay writing on seven main informant students, plus interviews with seven supporting informants (subject friends). The informants in this study are students of class XII who have taken the school exams and national exams. The results of this study explain that the experience of SRL in students, in behavior, motivation, and cognitive (learning strategies), still requires an increase in the problem of time management, planning, and targets. Internally, the suitability of SRL is motivated by habits, motivation, and goals, while externally influenced by culture, parenting, and the environment. SRL is a managerial skill in learning because it regulates learning resources so that they can be taught or trained as early as possible to optimize academic skills and academic adjustment of students in the future.Keywords : exam; self-regulated learning; studentKetuntasan suatu program pada satuan pendidikan (dalam hal ini sekolah menengah) akan diakhiri dengan diselenggarakannya evaluasi hasil belajar atau ujian, yaitu ujian sekolah dan ujian nasional, siswa akan meningkatkan aktivitas belajarnya sebagai persiapan diri untuk dapat mengikuti ujian dan berusaha untuk menghasilkan prestasi yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengalaman siswa dalam mempraktekkan self-regulated learning (SRL), yang meliputi kesiapan siswa dalam proses  yang  aktif,  konstruktif, mampu menetapkan  tujuan belajar, memonitor, mengatur, dan  mengontrol kognisi, motivasi,  serta perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa focused group discussion (FGD) dan tulisan karangan pada tujuh siswa informan utama, ditambah dengan wawancara pada tujuh informan pendukung (sahabat subyek). Informan  dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII yang sudah menjalani ujian sekolah dan ujian nasional. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengalaman SRL pada siswa, secara perilaku, motivasi, dan kognitif (strategi belajar), masih memerlukan peningkatan pada masalah pengaturan waktu, perencanaan, serta target. Secara internal, kesesuaian SRL dilatarbelakangi oleh kebiasaan, motivasi, dan tujuan, sedangkan secara eksternal dipengaruhi oleh budaya, pola asuh, dan lingkungan. SRL merupakan ketrampilan manajerial dalam belajar karena mengatur sumberdaya belajar sehingga dapat diajarkan atau dilatihkan sedini mungkin untuk mengoptimalkan ketrampilan akademis dan penyesuaian akademis siswa di waktu yang akan datang.Kata kunci: self-regulated learning; siswa; ujian.

Abstract

Sejak awal maret 2020 presiden jokowi mengumumkan 2 warganya positif Covid-19.  Sejak itu Indonesia menetapkan social distancing, aturan protokol kesehatan, dan membagi wilayah berdasarkan zona untuk pemetaan pengendalian virus covid-19. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana perilaku masyarakat Indonesia selama pandemic covid-19 dan selama pemerintah memberlakukan new normal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku masyarakat selama pandemic covid-19 dan selama pemerintah memberlakukan new normal. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini menemukan gambaran perilaku perbedaan sebelum dan setelah pemerintah memberlakukan new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Menggunakan pendekatan open ended quesionare. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertanyaan mengenai pengertian covid dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa new normal adalah suatu aktivitas yang dilakukan karena adanya suatu perubahan perilaku di tengah pandemic dengan selalu melakukan penyesuain diri dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Dari setiap zona masyarakat melakukan kegiatan di dalam rumah. Saat keluar masyarakat mematuhi protokol kesehatan dengan memakai masker. Since the beginning of March 2020, President Jokowi announced that 2 of his citizens were positive for Covid-19. Since then, Indonesia has established social distancing, health protocol rules, and divides areas by zone for mapping the control of the Covid-19 virus. The formulation of the research problem is how the behavior of the Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic and during the government enforces the new normal. The purpose of this study is to explore people's behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic and during the government enforcing the new normal. So that in this study found a picture of the difference behavior before and after the government enforces the new normal. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Using an open-ended questionnaire approach. The results of this study indicate a question about the meaning of covid, it can be concluded that new normal is an activity that is carried out because of a change in behavior in the middle of a pandemic by always adjusting and adapting to the environment. From each zone the community carries out activities in the house. When leaving, the community adheres to health protocols by wearing masks.

Abstract

Self-Regulated Learning or SRL is an important academic performance for every student in completing a series of academic activities and realized by himself, especially in an online learning environment that is not supervised directly by the teacher. This research is an effort to develop a measuring instrument in the form of an SRL scale and called the SRLS based on three aspects according to the theory presented by Zimmerman. The purpose of this study is to produce a student SRL measurement tool in the online learning era in order to find patterns of student involvement in learning that can be applied by students to improve learning achievement. Respondents involved in this study amounted to 408 students of SMP/MTs grades VII to IX. Validation of items through an expert judgment process by experts in psychometry and psychology with the results of the content validity item (CVI) obtained is 0.68 to 1.00 and the reliability test results have a Cronbach alpha value of 0.893. The results of this research will provide benefits to identify patterns of student involvement in learning and generated guidelines for the use of the SSRL measuring instrument.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of self-regulated learning of male and female studentsin junior high schools (SMP) in the residency of Surakarta. This quantitative studyinvolved 223 students consisting of 115 male students and 108 female students as theresearch subjects. The instrument used is the Self-regulated Learning Scale which wasdeveloped based on aspects of Zimmerman's theory with the results of the validity testusing a CVI of 0.68 to 1.00 and a reliability test with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.893. Thedata analysis method used in this study is Non Parametric with the Mann-Whitney Test.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the self-regulated learning of male students and female students during the pandemic period, the self-regulated learning of female students was higher than male students.
