Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Culik Perbekel Office, Karangasem district. Thisstudy aims to analyze work motivation strategies to improve employeeperformance. The number of samples specified was 5 employees that had beenagreed upon and listed in the organizational structure of the Culik WorkshopOffice. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation,and conclusion drawing. The result is that work motivation is very influential onimproving employee performance, this can be seen from the results of interviewsconducted with informants, it can be concluded that employees at the CulikWorkshop Office have achievement motivation, but interpersonal skills traininghas never been provided, therefore in completing tasks they are highly motivatedeven though they have never been hindered by their previous training ininterpersonal skills.Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Perbekel Culik, kabupaten Karangasem.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi motivasi kerja untukmeningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Hasilnya bahwa motivasi kerja sangat berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil wawancarayang dilakukan terhadap narasumber dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, pegawai diKantor Perbekel Culik memiliki motivasi berprestasi, akan tetapi pelatihaninterpersonal skill belum pernah diberikan, oleh karena itu dalam penyelesaiantugas mereka sangat termotivasi walaupun terhalang oleh belum pernahnyamereka mendapat pelatihan interpersonal skill.Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe clearly about social media Facebook, service quality and selling volume Premix Alltech at UD. Jaya Anugrah Payangan . The second objective is to test the influence of social media facebook to selling volume. The third objective is to test the influence of service quality to selling volume. The fourth objective is to test the influence social median facebook and service quality to selling volume Premix Alltech at UD. Jaya Anugrah Payangan. Sampling totaled 85 respondents. Analysis of the research SPSS. Quantitative analysis results showed: a) Picture dimension is the most dominant dimension in social media variable, b)Responsiveness dimension is the most dominant dimension in service quality variable, c) Quality is the most dominant dimension in selling volume variable. The results of hypothesis testing are: 1) Social media facebook influence selling volume, 2) service quality influence selling volume, 3) Social media facebook and service quality influence the selling volume.Keywords: Social media facebook, Service Quality, selling volume.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan secara jelas mengenai media sosial facebook, kualitas pelayanan dan volume penjualan premix alltech di UD. Tujuan ketiga adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap volume penjualan. Tujuan keempat adalah untuk menguji kebenaran pengaruh media sosial facebook dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap volume penjualan premix alltech di UD. Jaya Anugerah Payangan. Pengambilan sampel berjumlah 85 orang. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah SPSS untuk pengolahan data. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan a) Dimensi gambar merupakan dimensi yang dominan dalam variabel media sosial facebook, b) Dimensi responsivitas merupakan dimensi yang paling dominan pada variabel kualitas pelayanan, c) Kualitas merupakan dimensi yang paling dominan pada variabel volume penjualan. Hasil dari uji hipotesis terdiri dari; 1) media sosial facebook berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, 2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, 3) media sosial facebook dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan.Kata kunci: media sosial facebook, kualitas pelayanan, volume penjualan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out the impact of communication and the work environment on teacher and employee performance at Kuta Pura Plus Tourism Badung Senior High School. This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires. The sample from this study was as many as 31 respondents and used the census sample method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results of the study found that: (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees obtained a value of sig.t 0.000 < 0.05 identifying that H0 was rejected and H1 accepted. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees obtained a value of sig.t 0.026 < 0.05 identifying that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.(3) Communication and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees obtained a value of sig.f 0.000 < 0.05 identifying that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The contribution or simultaneous contribution of communication variables and the work environment to employee performance was 61.5% while 38.5% was determined by other variables not studied in the study.Keywords : Communication, Work Environment, Performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai di SMA Kuta Pura Plus Pariwisata Badung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31 responden dan menggunakan metode sampel sensus. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai diperoleh nilai sig.t 0,000 < 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai diperoleh nilai sig.t 0,026 < 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) Komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai diperoleh nilai sig.f 0,000 < 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultan variabel komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 61,5% sedangkan 38,5%% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and liquidity on firm value at Maersk (PT Seacon Terminal). This type ofresearch is quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing. From the analysis of the multiple correlation relationshipshown by the multiple correlation coefficient value of 0,921, it can be concluded that profitability (ROA), capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on firm value (PBV). The results of the analysis of determination of 0,772 or 77.2% can be interpreted that profitability (ROA), capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) to firm value (PBV) are 77.2% while the remaining 22.8% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. From the results of the profitability t test (ROA) obtained from a significant value of 0,016 ≤ 0,05, which indicates ????1 it is accepted. The results of the capital structure t test (DER) obtained from a significant value of 0.025 0.05, which indicates ????2 it is accepted. The results of the liquidity t test (CR) obtained from a significant value of 0,037 ≤ 0,05, which indicates ????3 it is accepted. From the resultsof the f test obtained from a significant value of 0,007 ≤ 0.05, which indicates ????4it is accepted. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Dari analisis hubungan korelasi berganda ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi berganda sebesar 0,921 maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA), struktur modal (DER) dan likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Hasil analisis determinasi sebesar 0,772 atau 77,2% dapat diartikan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA), struktur modal (DER) dan likuiditas (CR) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) sebesar 77,2% sedangkan sisanya22,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji t profitabilitas (ROA) diperoleh dari nilai signifikan 0,016 ≤ 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H1 diterima. Hasil uji t struktur modal (DER) diperolehdari nilai signifikan 0,025 ≤ 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H2 diterima. Hasil ujit likuiditas (CR) diperoleh dari nilai signifikan 0,037 ≤ 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H3 diterima. Dari hasil uji f diperoleh dari nilai signifikan 0,007 ≤ 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H4 diterima. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara profitabilitas (ROA), struktur modal (DER) dan likuiditas (CR) secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).Kata kunci : Profitabilitas (ROA), Struktur Modal (DER), Likuiditas (CR), Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods to explore and analyze the marketing mix of Tirta Taman Mumbul as spiritual tourism in Sangeh Village, Badung Regency. The research method involves in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, direct observation, and content analysis from secondary sources.The research results highlight the importance of the cultural and spiritual characteristics of the Tirta Taman Mumbul location in developing marketing strategies. Market segmentation is based on tourists' preferences and spiritual motivations. The uniqueness of this destination and the spiritual experiences it offers are the main focus in designing the marketing mix.In the context of tourism competition in Bali, research findings emphasize the need for a differentiation strategy that reflects the authenticity and spiritual values of Tirta Taman Mumbul. The quality of service and infrastructure is identified as an important element to strengthen a destination's attractiveness.This research also highlights the importance of including sustainability aspects in the marketing mix to reflect responsibility towards the environment and local culture.Thus, this research concludes that a qualitative approach is able to provide in-depth insight in designing a marketing mix that is in accordance with the characteristics and spiritual values of Tirta Taman Mumbul, increasing its attractiveness as a unique spiritual tourism destination in Badung Regency.

Abstract

The performance of government agency employees serves as the foundational base that must be established, maintained, and developed within government institutions to ensure a positive impact on both the quality and quantity of government operations. Challenges such as the limited availability of competent human resources, the misalignment between employee placements and their competencies, and a lack of employee discipline have been identified. The purpose of this research is to understand the current performance, the obstacles encountered, and the strategies employed to enhance employee performance. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that the performance of employees at the Environmental and Sanitation Department of Badung Regency is good in terms of responsiveness and responsibility indicators, but it is not yet fully optimal in terms of productivity and service quality indicators. The obstacles faced in improving employee performance include a lack of employee interest and opportunities to attend technical training aligned with their competencies, limited rotation across departments, minimal communication between leadership and staff, insufficient competent human resources, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The strategies for improving employee performance include supporting the implementation of activities as planned, facilitating employee competency development, fostering better communication, allocating budgets for the fulfillment of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and proposing the recruitment of employees with specialized expertise in waste management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion strategies and service quality on sales volume at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa in Payangan. The sample used was 50 customers. The data sources used were primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using the SPSS computer program. Methods of data collection using observation, questionnaires and documentation study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from the results of statistical analysis show that partially the promotion strategy variable (X1) has no significant effect with the -t test results of 0.071 with sig 0.944 on sales volume (Y) and the variable service quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect. t-test result of 8,731 with sig 0,000 on sales volume (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously it shows that the magnitude of the influence of promotional strategies and service quality on sales volume is 42.151 and sig 0.000 with hypothesis testing using the f-test, with the results of the promotional strategy variable (X1) and service quality (X2) on sales volume (Y) having a positive effect. and significant at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa in Payangan.

Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan is a legal entity responsible for administering social security programs in accordance with Law Number 40 of 2004 on the National Social Security System. Community health centers (Puskesmas) play a strategic role in providing primary healthcare services, including in Denpasar, Bali, where numerous Puskesmas serve as primary healthcare facilities. However, the implementation of BPJS Kesehatan programs in Puskesmas faces several challenges, such as limited healthcare personnel, inadequate infrastructure, and an underdeveloped management system. Additionally, there is still a public perception that BPJS services can only be utilized when one is ill. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the implementation of healthcare services at UPTD Puskesmas III in North Denpasar District. The findings indicate that implementation is not yet fully optimal based on indicators of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Key obstacles include insufficient BPJS outreach to the public, lack of significant improvements in service quality, as well as infrastructure limitations such as parking space, waiting areas, and noise disturbances due to the Puskesmas’ location in a densely populated area.

Abstract

The administration of government in a country is not only found in the center of government. The central government gives authority to regional governments to carry out their own government. Various dynamics in changes in regional government policy range from centralized to decentralize. In carrying out his duties, a people's representative must know what the constituents he represents want. There are many ways that people's representatives must do to find out what the people want. One way is to communicate between the two. Communicating with constituents is a mandatory thing that cannot be done by people's representatives. The people have the right to convey what they want to the people's representatives to fight for in a public policy. One form of communication between people's representatives and those represented is through DPRD recess activities. The research was carried out to analyze the effectiveness of the recess in the Badung Regency DPRD which was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The implementation of a recess for members of the Badung Regency DPRD is a mandatory matter which has been regulated in statutory regulations and regional regulations. It is not technically regulated; it only regulates the period and limits of the recess and the recess is held three times a year. The recess activities are carried out in various ways. However, in its implementation, several technical activities are regulated in the recess activities, namely the time of the activity, place, activity targets, discussion process, accommodating community aspirations and even written and verbal reporting of recess results. Observation results show that Badung DPRD members have engaged effectively with their constituents during the recess period, gathering important input and concerns that are crucial for formulating local government policies. This interaction underscores the importance of active participation and accountability in ensuring that the legislative process is aligned with the needs and aspirations of the community.

Abstract

Dengue fever (DHF) is one of the serious infectious diseases in Indonesia, including in the city of Denpasar, which often faces a spike in cases. Dengue fever control requires an integrated and sustainable approach, especially in the context of sustainable development which is the focus of the government. The instructions of the Mayor of Denpasar in this case play an important role in directing local policies to address this problem effectively. This study aims to analyze the instructions of the Mayor of Denpasar in mitigating dengue fever cases and their impact on sustainable development through a normative legal approach. This study uses a procedure that emphasizes the disclosure of truth through the logic of legal science from a normative aspect. Emphasis is placed on the importance of good environmental management, because without it, stopping dengue fever cases will be difficult to achieve. Dengue fever cases require policies that are not only effective in reducing the prevalence of the disease but also contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. Using the normative legal method, this study will examine the regulations and legal instructions issued by the local government and their implementation within the legal framework. This study will also evaluate how these mitigation policies support sustainable development and contribute to the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the legal strength and effectiveness of policies in addressing health issues while supporting sustainable development.
