Abstract Public transportation or public transportation is one of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of congestion which often experiences obstacles and problems and is supported by the development of tourism in Bali so that it requires efforts in the field of transportation, especially in the area of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. So the government implemented it in an application-based public transportation service called Teman Bus which in its implementation is still considered inefficient. This study uses a qualitative method using the Servqual theory) with 10 dimensions in determining service quality, namely: Access, Communication, Competence, Courtesy, Credibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Security, Tangibles, Understanding / Knowing the Customer. The results of this study indicate that the quality of Teman Bus services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport needs to be improved because it has not been running optimally. Abstract

Abstract The rapid conversion of farmland in North Kuta District led the Badung Regency Government to issue Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2022 on the Protection of Sustainable Agricultural Land and Food (LP2B), aimed at protecting farmland from development and tourism pressures. This study seeks to assess the effectiveness of the Protection of Sustainable Agricultural Land and Food (LP2B) policy in North Kuta, identify the main obstacles to its implementation, and find solutions to address these challenges. Using a qualitative approach, informants were selected through purposive sampling, and data were gathered via observation, interviews, documentation, and field studies. The results show that the Protection of Sustainable Agricultural Land and Food (LP2B) policy in Tibubeneng Village has not been effective due to weak implementation, limited public outreach, low transparency, minimal farmer involvement, and economic interests that conflict with policy goals. Government budget support is still limited to providing seed subsidies, so a more inclusive approach and better communication are needed to make the policy sustainable. Abstract

Abstract Taxes are the main source of state revenue and play a crucial role in funding development and providing public services. In Indonesia, one significant type of tax that contributes to regional revenue is the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). The government continuously strives to improve taxpayer compliance through technology-based public service innovations, one of which is the E-Samsat service. This service aims to simplify the process of paying motor vehicle taxes online in order to increase efficiency and public participation. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of social phenomena occurring in natural settings. As such, the study presents new insights, particularly by identifying several key aspects related to the Effectiveness of E-Samsat Services for Motor Vehicles in Badung Regency, including (1) Goal Achievement, (2) Adaptation, and (3) Integrity. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of the E-Samsat service in improving motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Badung Regency, as well as to identify the challenges faced by the public in using this service. The results of the analysis are expected to provide strategic recommendations for local governments to optimize the use of technology in order to improve tax compliance and achieve regional revenue targets. Factors influencing the effectiveness of the E-Samsat service in the Badung Regency Samsat Office include the public's willingness to change old habits into new ones. These habits refer to the continued use of third-party agents (biro samsat) to handle vehicle tax payments, and the tendency of many people to still come directly to the Samsat office to pay their motor vehicle taxes.
