Abstract

This review aims to present a systematic review of empirical research on transformational leadership (TL) and local government performance (LGP) to synthesize the fragmented knowledge and propose a unifying framework for future research. This research adopts a systematic literature review methodology. A total of 22 articles were reviewed after being filtered from 59 articles found through an exhaustive search of online databases: Scopus, Emerald Insight, Science Direct, JSTOR, Taylor and Francis, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria were peer-reviewed empirical studies published in English from 2012 to 2024. Exclusion criteria were articles that did not provide empirical results on the relationship between TL and LGP and were published older than 2012. A matrix table was developed to extract and organize information from the articles. The findings revealed three main vital themes. First, general organizational performance is the background most studied in the TL-LGP. Second, almost all studies use quantitative methods to analyze the data collected. Third, in general, the empirical results reported the influence of TL on LGP. A lot of background context still needs to be studied, and qualitative and mixed-method methods will be challenging for future research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1. To find out the influence of Communication on Teacher Performance at SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh partially and how big the influence is. 2. To find out the partial influence of conflict on teacher performance at SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh and how big the influence is. 3. To find out the partial influence of infrastructure on teacher performance at SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh and how big the influence is. 4. To find out the influence of Communication, Conflict and Infrastructure on Teacher Performance at SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh simultaneously and how big the influence is. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using saturated sampling. A total of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature. The hypothesis of the research is Communication on Teacher Performance, this is proven by tcount > ttable (3.346 > 2.0106). Conflict on Teacher Performance is proven by t count > t table (9.305 < 2.0106). Infrastructure on teacher performance, this is proven by t count > t table (14,301> 2.0106) The results of the F test show that communication, conflict and infrastructure simultaneously influence teachers at SMAN 2 Kota Sungai Penuh. From the ANOVA test or F test, it turns out that F count was obtained (30,341 > 3.19).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and individual characteristics on teacher performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior serving as a mediator. The research approach utilized in the article is a causal quantitative method. The sample consisted of 87 junior high school teachers from the Bukit Kerman District in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province, and data was gathered through a questionnaire survey. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The results show that both organizational culture and individual characteristics influence teacher performance, both directly and indirectly, through the mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research contributes valuable insights into improving teacher performance by highlighting the importance of organizational culture and individual traits.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di Desa Belui Tinggi, Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan manajemen usaha, penerapan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran, serta peningkatan infrastruktur TI untuk mendukung kegiatan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penguatan MSDM, pelaku UMKM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperluas akses pasar secara digital. Penggunaan teknologi informasi seperti media sosial dan platform e-commerce membantu UMKM dalam memasarkan produk secara luas dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan sektor swasta memberikan dukungan signifikan terhadap pengembangan infrastruktur TI yang dibutuhkan. Dampak dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam mengelola bisnis dengan lebih profesional serta menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat Desa Belui Tinggi. Kesimpulannya, penguatan manajemen SDM dan optimalisasi teknologi informasi mampu memperkuat daya saing UMKM desa, yang berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) To what extent is the influence of knowledge sharing on the satisfaction of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub- district?, 2) To what extent is the influence of empowerment on job satisfaction of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub-district? the performance of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub-district directly or indirectly? 4) To what extent does empowerment influence the performance of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub-district, both directly and indirectly? 5) To what extent does job satisfaction influence the performance of village officials in West Lake Kerinci sub- district. The population in this study was the entire village apparatus in West Lake Kerinci sub-district, 140 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 42 respondents was obtained using the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used is path analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. Based on the research results, it shows that: Knowledge sharing has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Both directly and indirectly, knowledge sharing has a negative and significant effect on performance. Both directly and indirectly, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pipa Merk Triliun pada Toko Gedung Fria Kabupaten Kerinci, baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan besar pengaruhnya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 80 konsumen yang membeli Produk Pipa Merk Triliun di Toko Gedung Fria Kabupaten Kerinci. Uji coba instrumen penelitian dilakukan pada 15 konsumen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket atau angket. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pipa Merk Triliun, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (7,041 > 1,99167) dan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,050 dan besarnya pengaruh adalah 42,2%. Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pipa Merk Triliun, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,123 > 1,99167) dan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 7,4%. Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pipa Merk Triliun, hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,164 > 1,99167) dan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,034 < 0,050. Besarnya pengaruh adalah 7,9%. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pipa Merk Triliun, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan F hitung > F tabel (F hitung > F tabel (34.265 > 2.72) dan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05). Besarnya pengaruh adalah 57,5%, sedangkan sisanya 42,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor penyebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara parsial. 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara parsial. 3. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Manajerial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara parsial. 4. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman, Kepribadian, dan Kemampuan Manajerial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai dan berapa besar pengaruhnya secara simultan. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian yaitu; 1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh pengalaman terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,172 > 2,10092) dan besar pengaruhnya sebesar 48,03%. 2) Secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel (1,356 < 2,10092) dan besar pengaruhnya sebesar 23,14%. 3) Secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh kemampuan manjerial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai yang dibuktikan dengan nilai -thitung lebih besar dari nilai -ttabel (-0,604 > -2,10092) dan besar pengaruhnya sebesar -8,63%. 4) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh pengalaman, kepribadian dan kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Kumun Debai yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Ftabel lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel (10,243 > 3,16) dan besar pengaruhnya adalah sebesar 63,1%.
