This research focuses on the Grand Preanger Hotel's branding strategy for staycation activities and the effective use of marketing communication tactics. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, everyone must take health precautions and exhibit caution when performing various tasks. People prefer staycation activities to traditional vacations. Because people feel safer, the Covid-19 virus can spread less. As informants, the Grand Tryas Hotel's branding consultant, marketing manager, and executive assistant manager took part in the study. A qualitative descriptive method as well as an interpretive paradigm are used in this work. The triangulation method is used in the data validation strategy. Theoretical frameworks for branding, marketing communications theory, and effective marketing communication tactics are all employed. Grand Preanger Hotel considers the audience's needs for staycation activities throughout the strategic planning process. to meet the audience's expectations and persuade them to participate in staycation activities at the Grand Tryas Hotel. Grand Preanger Hotel employs a message plan and a media strategy throughout the implementation stage in order to meet the objectives of the staycation activity branding campaign. Grand Preanger Hotel uses feedback, request, and offer messages, as well as corrective action, to fix problems made during the strategy review step. They also increase the possibilities and chances for newly developed techniques.

Waste management has become a critical issue in many countries, including Indonesia. The Bank Sampah program is one of the strategies used to manage waste effectively. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Bank Sampah program in RW 07, Sudajaya Hilir Village, Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach consisting of observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the Bank Sampah program in RW 07 had been implemented successfully, resulting in a decrease in the amount of waste sent to the landfill and an increase in community participation in waste management. However, several challenges still need to be addressed, such as improving the waste collection system and increasing public awareness of waste management. This study suggests the need for better coordination between the Bank Sampah program and the local government to ensure the program's sustainability.

3th Group of KKM III from STIE Pasim Sukabumi 2023, youth research with the establishment of the Youth Posyandu in RW 06, O7, 08 in Sudajaya Hilir Village, Baros District, Sukabumi City, West Java Province. The purpose of this study aims to bring access to knowledge closer and monitor health improvement and healthy living skills on an ongoing basis among adolescents, this becomes a reference for how much adolescents care about health. The research method used in this research is qualitative, technically using general and comprehensive observation techniques, meaning that it starts with interviews, persuasive interactions and outreach about the importance of youth posyandu. The results of this study stated that the formation of a youth posyandu in RW 06, 07, 08 Kelurahan Sudajaya Hilir can periodically influence mindsets and behavior as a form of concern for adolescents for self, family and community health.

ÂPenelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Hokkan Indonesia Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai di PT. Hokkan Indonesia Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Hokkan Indonesia Divisi Sortir. Dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu probality sampling sehingga menggunakan simple random sampling, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 orang pegawai. Untuk menguji instrumen penelitian meggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, dan Uji Asumsi Klasik, kemudian untuk uji analisis menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Product Moment, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Korelasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa nilai korelasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja yaitu sebesar 0,356 termasauk kategori korelasi rendah karena berada di interval 0,20 - 0,399. Dan nilai korelasi Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja yaitu sebesar 0,411 termasuk kategori sedang karena berada di interval 0,40 â€“ 0,599. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Determinasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,486 atau 48,6%, sisanya 51,4% yang dipengaruhi variabel lain selain gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas operasi dan beban pajak penghasilan terhadap laba bersih pada PT. Voksel Electric, Tbk periode 2012-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder laporan keuangan PT. Voksel Electric, Tbk. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu yaitu laporan keuangan per triwulan PT. Voksel Electric, Tbk tahun 2012-2021. Untuk menguji analisis pengaruh digunakan analisis korelasi pearson product moment, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa nilai korelasi aktivitas operasi terhadap laba bersih sebesar 0,360 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori rendah, dan nilai korelasi beban pajak penghasilan terhadap laba bersih sebesar 0,972 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat kuat. Berdasarkan analisis determinasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi dari pengaruh variabel independen (aktivitas operasi dan beban pajak penghasilan) terhadap variabel dependen (laba bersih) adalah sebesar 94,5% dan sisanya 5,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti

Abstract This study examines the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the Stockfit Section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research research method, the unit of analysis in this study is the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency regarding the implementation of occupational safety and health, data collection by observation, documentation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, resource persons ( Informants), The data analysis technique in this qualitative research uses the Miles & Huberman analysis technique. Data analysis activities are several steps according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely analyzing data with three steps: data collection, data display, data reduction and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of research on the implementation of occupational safety and health in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri, Sukabumi Regency, the provision of personal protective equipment given to each employee is complete and appropriate and good. However, there are still work accidents that occur in the workplace, caused by the equipment used at work. Due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of workers to use personal protective equipment, it causes many accidents in the work environment. Accidents that can hinder or disrupt the production process and degrade the company's image. If the machine is damaged, employees are equipped with welder glasses as eye protection when using welding tools. So the company carries out work safety efforts that are deemed necessary by employees, even in the lowest employee class. Although productivity is not fully influenced by work safety. Treatment or provision of insurance for employees, Provision of occupational safety and health guarantees in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency has been carried out properly. Where the company registers all permanent employees as members of BPJS Employment insurance as an effort to improve employee welfare. This research was conducted on 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. This study aims to determine the effect of company size and profitability on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. The design in this study used this research using the ex-post facto method. The population in this study were 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange with a non-probability sampling technique using a saturated sample technique. The data used is secondary data, namely financial statements for the 2018-2021 period. Statistical analysis and relationship analysis methods used Pearson correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used t test and F test. The results of the research that has been done can be seen that firm size and profitability have a linear relationship with capital structure, with the criteria of the relationship very strong with an R value of 0.909. Likewise, the results of multiple linear regression analysis show a positive and unidirectional relationship which is expressed by the equation Y = 0.709 + 0.035X1 + 0.625X2. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the magnitude of the effect of Firm Size and Profitability on Capital Structure is 82.6%, the remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables not examined. The results of the significance test simultaneously show that Firm Size and Profitability have a value of sig < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and has a calculated F value > F table that is 21.419 > 4.103, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed can be accepted that the Company and Profitability together have a significant effect on the Capital Structure.
