Abstract

This research aims to analyze planning for competency development of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers; (2) to analyze strategy for developing the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers; (3) to analyze the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers; (4) analyze the barriers and challenges in developing the competence of teachers. The study used primary data through interviews and questionnaires as many as 63 informants as samples based on sample criteria, with details of 3 principal informants, 30 teachers and 30 students as informants. The results of this study indicate that: (1)The planning for developing the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers  is a plan that has been structured, programmed and becomes a system in every madrasah, in carrying out the planning for developing the competence of teachers ; (2)The head of madrasah tsanawiyah as a leader in each institution implements various strategies for developing competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers  by motivating and involving teachers  to participate in various scientific activities such as activating MGMP, KKG, seminars, training and workshops; (3)The competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers  is in accordance with National Education standards; (4) SWOT analysis used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers  in order to improve the quality of their professionalism individually nor together. This means that the development of teachers Competence is competent in accordance with national education standards in Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine an important issue related to branding in the context of the public sector: namely the public interest in utilizing the Lorong library policy and utilizing digital literacy in science. This study applied a mixed-method method that analyzes data from 1.500 respondents using interview techniques and questionnaire distribution in the form of a Likerts scale. The data has been collected and analyzed in two forms, namely qualitative and quantitative forms. The results of study show that Lorong library managers apply various methods to manage people's interest in reading. Among them are carrying out various activities carried out in the library and providing free WIFI. It can be concluded that gender differences in reading interest are due to opportunities and free time, so that the development of knowledge is different between men and women and this influence on the achievement or level of welfare of the people. Furthermore, the existence of the Lorong Library is very helpful to the community, especially during Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describethe behavior of adolescents in following the hypebeast culture and the causes of hypebeast cultural behavior among adolescents in Bonto Baji Village, Bulukumba Regency. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of explanatory case study. The focus of this research is teenagers who behave hypebeast. The number of informants was 8 people using the snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique is by using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The validity of the data in this study was carried out through internal validation (credibility), dependability (defendability) and certainty of objectivity (confirmability). Data validation techniques used were source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the study show that: 1) the rapid development of technology is one of the indicators of the large number of teenagers who are starting to follow contemporary cultural trends such as hypebeast behavior. Teenagers have the perception that following the cultural trend of hypebeast behavior like that will give self-confidence. 2) The causes of hypebeast cultural behavior among adolescents are environmental influences which are one of the factors that cause adolescents to behave hypebeast and a lack of knowledge of the impacts and consequences in terms of the hypebeast trend cultural behavior which can plunge into negative things, which are generally as a teenager does have a very high curiosity when discovering or seeing something new and following the hypebeast lifestyle such as joining friends, media influence and self-desire.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan perilaku remaja dalam mengikuti budayahypebeastdan penyebab terjadinya perilaku budayahypebeast pada kalangan remaja di Desa Bonto Baji Kabupaten Bulukumba. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus eksplanatoris. Fokus penelitian ini adala remaja yang berperilaku hypebeast.Jumlah informan berjumlah 8 orang dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui validasi internal (credibility), Kebergantungan (defendability) dan kepastian objektivitas (confirmability).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) berkembangnya teknologi yang begitu pesat menjadi salah satu indikator banyaknya remaja yang mulai mengikuti budayatrendkekinian seperti perilakuhypebeast. Remaja memiliki persepsi bahwa mengikuti budayatrend perilaku hypebeast yang seperti itu akan memberikan kepercayaan diri tersendiri. 2) Penyebab terjadinya perilaku budaya hypebeast pada kalangan remaja adalah pengaruh lingkungan yang menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan remaja berperilaku hypebeast serta kurangnya pengetahuan akan dampak dan akibat dalam hal perilaku budayatrend hypebeast yang dapat menjerumuskan kedalam hal-hal yang negatif, dimana pada umumnya sebagai seorang remaja memang memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang sangat tinggi apabila menemukan atau melihat suatu hal barudan mengikuti gaya hidup hypebeast seperti ikut-ikutan teman,pengaruh media serta keinginan diri.

Abstract

It is crucial that educational establishments uphold the standard of teachers' pedagogical ability. There are a number of strategies that may be used to improve educators' competency, including performing their tasks as educators in a professional manner and trying to discipline oneself to engage in various activities that can foster competency growth. This research aimed to analyze the pedagogical competency development strategy for educators. The study used primary data through interviews and questionnaires of 63 informants as samples based on sample criteria of 3 principals, 30 educators and 30 students as informants. The findings show that the headmaster of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah, as a leader in each institution, employs a variety of strategies for enhancing pedagogical proficiency of educators by inspiring and involving educators to participate in a variety of scientific activities like energizing Subject Teachers Conference, Teacher Working Group, seminars, training, and workshops. It can be concluded that the growth of educators' pedagogical competency complies with national educational requirements. Moreover, it is crucial for educational institutions at all levels to create ways to uphold the standard of educator competencies.

Abstract

Ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan jasa yang diterimanya akan menimbulkan keluhan. Akibat banyaknya keluhan membuat kualitas layanan Rumah Sakit ikut menurun dan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan peran publik relations dalam penanganan complain terhadap loyalitas pasien di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. Jenis Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien instalasi rawat jalan RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar yang berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel identifkikasi masalah berhubungan loyalitas pasien (p value=0,014<00,05), bahwa variabel respon time berhubungan loyalitas pasien (pvalue=0,003<00,05), bahwa variabel aksi dan komunikasi berhubungan loyalitas pasien (pvalue=0,005<00,05) dan bahwa variabel keadilan berhubungan loyalitas pasien (pvalue=0,009<0,005). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan keempat peran public relation dalam penanganan complain. Akantetapi masih ada responden yang berpendapat bahwa pada variable respon time, aksi dan komunikasi masih kurang. Diharapkan untuk pihak rumah sakit RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar merespon dengan cepat terhadap pasien yang mengeluh serta menginformasikan solusi dengan jelas kepada pasien.
