Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai Peran Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Pembangunan Desa Benua Baru Kecamatan Muara Bengkal Kabupaten Kutai Timur.  Kesimpulan secara secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian Peran Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Pembangunan Desa Benua Baru Kecamatan Muara Bengkal Kabupaten Kutai Timur menunjukkan pelaksanaan yang lumayan terlaksana oleh LPM beserta SDM yang memadai untuk membantu LPM bekerja sama dalam proses pembangunan. Dan bukti tersebut didukung dengan adanya pernyataan dari pihak terkait.

Abstract

Salah satu sentra utama populasi hutan pinus Jawa Barat berada di Sukabumi yang terletak di beberapa kecamatan, diantaranya: Kec. Sagaranten, Kec. Bojong lopang, Kec. Jampang dan Kec. Pelabuhan Ratu yang pengelolaannya dilakukan di sejumlah kawasan hutan produksi. Teknologi yang efektif untuk melakukan monitoring pada sektor pekebunan adalah teknologi penginderaan jauh (remote sensing), seperti pesawat tanpa awak/drone atau UAV. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hasil perhitungan pohon pinus dari citra UAV menggunakan metode local maxima dan ratiogreen, serta menganalisa akurasi dari hasil perhitungan pohon pinus. Hasil penelitian pada kelas minimum 4 meter identifikasi jumlah pohon dengan metode local maxima terdapat 4.166 pohon. Sedangkan dengan mengkombinasi antara local maxima dan ratiogreen menghasilkan identifikasi sebanyak 4.011 pohon. Pada kelas minimum 3 meter, identifikasi jumlah pohon dengan metode local maximaterdapat 4.731 pohon, sedangkan dengan mengkombinasi antara local maxima dan teknik ratiogreen menghasilkan identifikasi sebanyak 4.540 pohon.

Abstract

Background: The firm value is a crucial metric that accurately represents financial performance. Various elements influence the worth of a company inside the framework of a constantly changing worldwide market. These factors are crucial for managers, investors, and stakeholders. Establishing public trust is a crucial factor in enabling success. In 1998, Indonesia faced a monetary crisis triggered by inadequate implementation of corporate governance. Having a CGPI as a business controller enhances the comprehension of the many aspects that impact the value of a firm. Implementing GCG is an essential strategy for continually enhancing the value of a business. Objective: This research examines how the CGPI acts as a moderator, influencing the impact of profitability, dividend policy, and earnings management on firm value. Methods: This study applies a quantitative approach using purposive sampling. The object of research is companies listed on the CGPI, with data sources from the IDX and the results of the IICG assessment from 2017-2021. Methods of data analysis using Moderate Regression Analyze (MRA) with SPSS 29. Results: The research results demonstrate how businesses inform investors and lend credibility to signalling. This suggests that characteristics that influence a firm's value might be used as indicators to make decisions regarding investments. Moreover, the utilization of CGPI indicates improved financial results, suggesting efficient and clear earnings management. The CGPI effectively prevents managers from engaging in opportunistic earnings management. Conclusion: Various factors, including profitability, dividend policy, and earnings management, impact a business's value. Establishing the CGPI is essential to encouraging sustainable growth in corporate valuation.   Keywords: Dividend Policy; Profitability; Earnings Management; Firm Value.

Abstract

This study addresses the rising unemployment rate among vocational graduates in Sukabumi, Indonesia, by exploring the integration of Islamic values into entrepreneurship education. The core issue lies in the mismatch between graduates’ skills and labor market needs, compounded by insufficient emphasis on ethical entrepreneurship in Islamic institutions. Through a systematic literature review, this research analyzes how Islamic principles honesty (sidq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice (‘adl), and excellence (ihsan) can create sustainable, ethical businesses. Data were extracted from Scopus, Google Scholar, and peer-reviewed journals (2014–2024) using keywords like "Islamic entrepreneurship" and "halal business." Results demonstrate that these values strengthen customer trust, operational transparency, and long-term business resilience while fostering socio-economic equity. The study concludes that embedding Islamic ethics into vocational curricula can cultivate entrepreneurial graduates who balance profit with social impact. Practical implications include policy recommendations for enhancing Islamic entrepreneurship programs and addressing ethical gaps in modern business practices. This research contributes to the discourse on faith-based entrepreneurship and offers a framework for aligning education with market demands.

Abstract

Disinformation messages about the Covid-19 vaccine are circulating in the community. This of course intersects with social, health, religious and political issues. One of the issues that is widely spread is about the Covid-19 vaccine, which has side effects when injected into a person's body, and contains dangerous and non-halal ingredients. This issue is widespread on social media, one of which is the various virtual WhatsApp communities in society. This article attempts to provide an explanation of this phenomenon from the Ecoding/Deccoding lens and the Interpretive Community. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with three informants. The results of the study show that audiences using their life history positions, interpretive communities and their limited social communities also strengthen their meaning of this issue. This indicates that the text in the community is no longer seen as an extension of the message or addition of information, but is shown to maintain a community in the community in a relatively temporary period.
