Abstract

AbstrakDiabetes mellitus mempunyai dua macam komplikasi yaitu komplikasi akut dan kronik. Komplikasi kronik DM (mikroangiopati dan makroangiopati) terjadi akibat disfungsi endotel yang disebabkan oleh berbagai proses pathogenesis yaitu hiperglikemia, stres oksidatif, peningkatan jumlah asam lemak bebas, Protein Kinase C β dan defek sekresi insulin. Kerusakan pembuluh darah (disfungsi endotel) tersebut dapat dideteksi melalui pemeriksaan activated partial prothrombin time (APTT) dan prothrombin time (PT) yang berperan dalam mekanisme homeostasis padatubuh.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan hiperglikemia dengan prothrombin time pada mencit putih (Musmusculus) yang diinduksi aloksan. Desain penelitian ini adalah post test only control group design yang dilaksanakan dari Oktober 2013 hingga Februari 2014 di Laboratorium Sentral RS. Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Subjek penelitian adalah mencit putih (Musmusculus) yang telah memenuhi criteria inklusi dan eksklusi, kemudian dibagi menjadi kelompok hiperglikemia (diinjeksikan aloksan) dan kelompok kontrol. Setelah adaptasi selama tujuh hari, dilakukan injeksi aloksan serta pemeriksaan glukosa darah dan berat badan tiap empat hari sekali. Pada hari ke 30 dilakukan terminasi untuk mengukur PT mencit. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pemendekan PT pada kedua kelompok penelitian dengan rerata PT kelompok control adalah 7,96 detik dan kelompok hiperglikemia adalah 8,12 detik. Hasil pengukuran tersebut menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara hiperglikemia dan prothrombin time (p > 0,05).Kata kunci: hiperglikemia, diabetes mellitus, prothrombin time, aloksan.AbstractDiabetes mellitus have two complication, they are acute and chronic complication. Chronic complication of DM (microangiopathy and macroangiopathy) accured because endotel dysfunction which caused by various pathogenesis, such as hyperglycemia, oxydative stress, upregulation of free fatty acid, Protein Kinase C β and insulin secretion defect. Endothelial disfungtion can be detected by activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT). The objective of this studi was to determine the correlation between hyperglycemia and prothrombin time in mice (Mus musculus) induced with aloxan. The design of this research was a post test only control group design conducted in October 2013 until February 2014 in Central Laboratory RS Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The subject were white mice (Mus musculus) who have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The subject were divided as hyperglycemia group (induced with aloxan) and control group. After seven days of adaptation, the aloxan was injected and measurenment of blood glucose and body weight had been done, one time in every four days. Then in day 30th the termination of mice had been done to meassure the prothrombin time. The result showed the prothrombin time between group was shortened with the average prothrombin time of the control group was 7,96 second and the hiperglicemia group was 8,12 second. The result showing no correlation between hyperglycemia and prothrombin time with the degree of signification is (p) 0,7 (p > 0,05).Keywords: hyperglycemia, diabetes mellitus, prothrombin time,

Abstract

Salah satu tokoh terkenal dalam psikologi aliran humanistik adalah Abraham Maslow. Salah satu pemikiran terkenal Maslow adalah teori self-actualization yang terkenal dalam dunia psikologi dan merupakan puncak dalam hierarki kebutuhan. Dalam teori Abraham Maslow, fokus hanya pada "sekarang" dan tidak membahas kehidupan manusia yang membutuhkan kekuatan yang transenden. Hal ini karena dalam psikologi Barat, terpisah dari elemen ilahi yang membuatnya sekularis. Berbeda dengan Islam, yang pembahasannya melampaui kehidupan individu di dunia dan meyakini adanya kekuatan yang lebih transenden terkait dengan fitrah dasar penciptaan manusia terkait self-actualization. Berdasarkan penjelasan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan self-actualization dalam perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan bahan dari perpustakaan seperti artikel dan buku sebagai data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam penciptaan manusia di dunia untuk mengaktualisasikan diri, Allah SWT memberikan dua tugas aktualisasi, yaitu sebagai hamba ('abdun) dan wakil Allah SWT (khalifah) di bumi.

Abstract

Application of the ASSURE model can be a support for improving the quality of Islamic religious education learning that is effective, efficient and helps students' learning motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the ASSURE model in increasing the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning at SMP IT Anni'mah Bandung Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of research that is applied is a case study. Data collection was carried out by triangulation, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research findings show that the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning is carried out by applying media and technology through the ASSURE model in PAI learning by identifying general student characteristics which are presented in psychologist tests. Develop learning objectives with the relevance of the subject matter and implications for student personality. Choosing a learning method, media namely PowerPoint and technology using cellphones as access to presenting material and involving students actively in the learning process. Measuring students' abilities through learning evaluations carried out by written tests, interviews and munaqosyah. The supporting factors obtained include active and confident students in developing knowledge, making it easier for students to understand lesson material, adapting learning methods and media, making it easier for teachers to assess students' understanding and abilities on the basis of provided learning applications and the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. Inhibiting factors include students being late for class which disrupts learning effectiveness, and students' lack of motivation in learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine strategies for implementing religious curricula and official curricula in Islamic religious education learning, their effectiveness as well as supporting and limiting factors in the implementation of these curricula. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the type of research applied is a case study. This research was conducted at SMPIT Anni'mah Bandung Regency. The research results show that the curriculum model design strategy applied in Islamic religious education learning is the religious curriculum model and the service curriculum. The effectiveness of implementing the religious curriculum model and service curriculum is supported by several activity programs. As for the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing this curriculum model, which were obtained internally, students were found to be late and lack motivation. External factors were applications that experienced errors in the learning process.

Abstract

Elementary school students’ literacy skills continue to face considerable challenges, particularly in Islamic Religious Education and Character Building (PAIBP), which requires understanding abstract moral and spiritual concepts. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Islamic animated video media in enhancing the literacy skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Cijengkol, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey design, this research involved the entire population of fifth-grade students (n=20) selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings reveal a significant influence of animated video media on students’ literacy abilities, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.588 and an F-value of 25.84, exceeding the F-table value of 4.41. These results highlight that integrating animated video content into PAIBP instruction improves students' comprehension while fostering active engagement in learning. The study contributes to the growing literature on multimedia-based learning for character education in primary schools. Nevertheless, limitations such as a small sample size and a localized research setting must be acknowledged. Future research is encouraged to explore broader school contexts using experimental designs to evaluate the sustained impact of similar media interventions.

Abstract

Family involvement has a major impact on children's motivation to learn. Good personality is usually shown by children who are raised in harmonious and intact homes. The purpose of this study was to determine the state of broken home families, the level of learning interest among students, and the relationship between the two at MTs Hikmatunnidzom Gunungguruh Sukabumi. This study used an experiment as its methodology, using a sample of 20 students from families with broken homes. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and surveys. The relationship between students' learning interest and families with broken homes was ascertained by quantitative analysis of the data. Many students at MTs Hikmatunnidzom Gunungguruh Sukabumi rarely live with their parents, according to the data, which shows that broken home families are a relatively rare occurrence. Students' learning interest is in the sufficient group. However, based on statistical analysis, if the rxy value (0.38) < rtable (0.468), then Ho is accepted, which indicates that students' learning interest is not influenced by a history of broken home families. Thus, at MTs Hikmatunnidzom Gunungguruh Sukabumi there is no correlation between students' interest in learning and the condition of broken home families.

Abstract

This study addresses the rising unemployment rate among vocational graduates in Sukabumi, Indonesia, by exploring the integration of Islamic values into entrepreneurship education. The core issue lies in the mismatch between graduates’ skills and labor market needs, compounded by insufficient emphasis on ethical entrepreneurship in Islamic institutions. Through a systematic literature review, this research analyzes how Islamic principles honesty (sidq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice (‘adl), and excellence (ihsan) can create sustainable, ethical businesses. Data were extracted from Scopus, Google Scholar, and peer-reviewed journals (2014–2024) using keywords like "Islamic entrepreneurship" and "halal business." Results demonstrate that these values strengthen customer trust, operational transparency, and long-term business resilience while fostering socio-economic equity. The study concludes that embedding Islamic ethics into vocational curricula can cultivate entrepreneurial graduates who balance profit with social impact. Practical implications include policy recommendations for enhancing Islamic entrepreneurship programs and addressing ethical gaps in modern business practices. This research contributes to the discourse on faith-based entrepreneurship and offers a framework for aligning education with market demands.
