Abstract

Abstrak Manasik haji pada dasarnya adalah memberikan pelajaran atau informasi kepada calon jamaah haji ataupun masyarakat beragama muslim mengenai tata cara melaksanakan ibadah haji. Biasanya, masyarakat beragama muslim mempelajari tata cara pelaksanaan ibadah haji dengan menggunakan buku buku atau dengan cara memperagakan langsung dengan cara mensimulasikan tata cara ibadah haji sesuai dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya. Namun, banyak kalangan masyarakat muslim yang enggan mendalami manasik haji, yang dikarenakan beberapa hal seperti tidak adanya waktu, dan kurangnya minat mempelajari tatacara ibadah haji melalui buku buku dikarenakan kurang menarik dan tidak praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuanmembuat aplikasi manasik haji berbasis multimedia, dengan menggunakan metode tahapan pengembangan multimedia, aplikasi ini berisi materi, doa dan simulasi untuk rukun haji. Abstract

Crystal guava (Psidium guajava var. 'Crystal') fruit is in great demand because of its delicious taste and high nutritional content. Storage aims to prevent postharvest damage to the fruit. However, storage that is too long causes morphological damage and decreased nutrients. This study aims to determine the effect of storage duration, fruit ripeness stage and the interaction between both factors on vitamin C and total soluble solids (TSS) content of crystal guava, and determine which treatment can produce the highest vitamin C and TSS. Fruits harvested simultaneously with three levels of ripeness based on the skin color: unripe fruit is dark green, ripe is light green, very ripe is yellowish green. Samples selected based on the same weight range. Storage was carried out for 0, 5, and 10 days at ± 10oC. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a 3x3 factorial pattern with two factors: storage duration and fruit ripeness level. Parameters observed were vitamin C, TSS, weight loss, diameter shrinkage, skin color and hardness. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and DMRT. Both treatments showed an interaction on vitamin C content. The best treatment was unripe fruit stored for ten days with 14.955 ppm of vitamin C. Both treatments did not show any interaction on TSS content. The best treatment was five days storage with TSS of 8.25 °Brix and very ripe fruit of 8.21 °Brix. Based on vitamin C, TSS content, and physical condition variables, the best guava fruit is unripe fruit stored for 10 days.Keywords: color, postharvest, physical, quality, softening

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of high performance work systems on employee performance with Organization citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. using quantitative research methods. The research data was obtained from electronic questionnaires which were distributed online. For the sampling method using purposive sampling where this method is a sampling technique based on certain criteria, it was found that the respondents in this study totaled 92 respondents. The results of the R test show that the Organization citizenship behavior variable has an R Square value of 0.947 while for the employee performance variable it is 0.949. Testing the hypothesis proves that the high performance work systems variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organization citizenship behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, High performance work systems variable has a positive and significant effect on Organization citizenship behavior variable and Organization citizenship behavior variable is proven to be able to mediate the relationship between High performance work systems and employee performance is positive and significant. These results are expected to be a reference for companies that are in the stage of building employee performance for maximum work results.Keywords: High Performance Work System, High Performance, Organization Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial literacy on the adoption of fintech in improving the performance of SMEs in Kendal Regency through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The fundamental issue that is difficult to avoid for MSME actors in Indonesia regarding financial management is the limited understanding of access to financial services, especially from formal financial institutions. This is due to the still low level of financial literacy. MSME actors play a crucial role in national economic development, but their growth is constrained by this lack of financial knowledge. Using a causality approach with the aim of developing predictions and strategies to improve financial literacy in promoting the adoption of fintech and the performance of SMEs in Kendal Regency through the Theory of Acceptance Model. The research data consists of primary data obtained directly from questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The population of this study includes SMEs in Kendal Regency that are already using fintech, with the sampling technique employing purposive sampling methods. From the five hypotheses proposed, the statistical results indicate that four hypotheses were accepted because they meet the criteria. Meanwhile, one hypothesis was rejected because it did not meet the specified criteria. This research outcome assists local government in designing strategies to enhance financial literacy and fintech service utilization among MSMEs, thus improving sustainable business performance.

Abstract

Studi ini menginvestigasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan situasional, pengambilan keputusan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja kerja di industri otomotif di Jakarta. Populasi studi ini terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan otomotif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebar sehinggat terkumpul 107 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika para pemimpin dapat menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan mereka dengan kebutuhan situasional, hal ini meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja kerja. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pengambilan keputusan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja kerja. Proses pengambilan keputusan yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja kerja. Abstract

Desa Genengadal di Jawa Tengah merupakan penghasil bawang merah terbesar. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat sebelumnya, petani mampu membuat kerajinan dari limbah kulit bawang merah. Namun, produksi kerajinan tersebut belum meluas karena keterbatasan pengetahuan pemasaran. Untuk menjaga ekonomi sirkular dan mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan poin sembilan, sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digital semua kreator kerajinan kulit. Sebuah program lokakarya diusulkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digital petani dan meningkatkan produktivitas desa dalam memasarkan kerajinan limbah kulit bawang merah. Program ini akan mencakup pengajaran, pelatihan, dan bimbingan tentang digitalisasi industri ekonomi kreatif. Ini ditujukan khusus untuk kelompok tani Lestari dan Rahayu di desa Genengadal dan akan melibatkan penyuluhan, demonstrasi, transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta pemantauan dan eval_uasi. Dari hasil pengabdian ini diperoleh data bahwa sebanyak 30 (100 persen) peserta pengabdian menjadi lebih mengetahui tentang pemasaran online dan dapat mengembangkan keterampilan digital marketing mereka. Program dilaksanakan berdasarkan nilai-nilai sosio-kewirausahaan melalui pendekatan pengembangan masyarakat dan pendidikan untuk melibatkan masyarakat dengan konten pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to  determine the influence of the Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The population in this study was 125 people, namely all employees who work specifically in the Sewing Department, while the sampling method used the Slovin method, with a sample of 95 people. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis showed that partially the variables of Work Environment (significance 004), Job Satisfaction (significance 000) and Workload (significance 001) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect with an Fcount value of 17.207> Ftable 2.70 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 36.2% explains that the influence of the independent variables is quite representative of some variations in employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The company management is expected to focus on strategies to improve these three aspects in order to increase employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Organizational Based Self Esteem (OBSE) in mediating the influence of Spiritual Leadership on the HR Performance of the Sun Life Syariah Insurance Agency team Al Fateeh Semarang. A sample of 102 employees. The sample selection method used in this study is purposive sampling method, namely sampling with techniques adapted to research objectives where the samples used have certain criteria determined based on their positions consisting of Agency Directors, Senior Agency Managers, Agency Managers and Financial Advisors. . The data collection method used in this study was by giving a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques This study uses the SEM-PLS analysis method. Organizational research results provide a positive and influential role in mediating the effect of Spiritual Leadership on Performance. Spiritual leadership influences performance. Organizational Based Self Esteem influences performance.
