Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Farmer Group Empowerment and Agribusiness Training Programs on the Productivity and Income of coffee farmers in West Java. The research utilizes a quantitative approach with a sample of 200 coffee farmers and significantly positively affect ploys Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze the relationships between the key variables. The results indicate that both Farmer Group Empowerment and Agribusiness Training Programs significantly positively affect Productivity and Income. However, Farmer Group Empowerment shows a stronger impact on productivity compared to training programs, emphasizing the importance of collective action in enhancing farming practices. These findings highlight the need for an integrated approach to agricultural development, combining empowerment with technical training to ensure sustainable improvements in farmers' livelihoods. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and agricultural development practitioners seeking to promote rural development and increase smallholder farmers' productivity and income.

Abstract

The study examines the impact of Exploration Level, Exploitation Level, and External Factors on Business Growth at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk (BJB) Branch in Coblong. Through regression analysis, the results reveal significant effects of these factors on Business Growth. Exploration and Exploitation Levels exhibit substantial positive impacts, emphasizing the significance of innovation and effective utilization of existing resources. Additionally, External Factors demonstrate a robust influence, emphasizing the need for adaptability to external dynamics. The collective impact of these variables significantly contributes to understanding Business Growth, as supported by a well-fitted regression model. This study underscores the importance of strategic adaptability, innovation, and responsive management to external changes for sustainable business growth. The findings provide valuable insights for management, guiding the formulation of adaptive strategies to foster innovation, optimize resource utilization, and navigate external dynamics for enduring business success at BJB Coblong.

Abstract

Studi ini menginvestigasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan situasional, pengambilan keputusan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja kerja di industri otomotif di Jakarta. Populasi studi ini terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan otomotif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebar sehinggat terkumpul 107 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika para pemimpin dapat menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan mereka dengan kebutuhan situasional, hal ini meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja kerja. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pengambilan keputusan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja kerja. Proses pengambilan keputusan yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja kerja. Abstract

AbstractInformation technology is now a key pillar in an organization's business strategy to achieve optimal profits. Consumer changes and preferences play a central role in the development and adjustment of information technology to meet fluctuating market demands. The success of achieving the company's vision and mission is highly dependent on human resources who excel in the IT field. This research aims to review the importance of IT and HR in achieving the ideal vision and mission that has been planned. This research focuses on descriptive qualitative research that explores previous studies on IT, HR, consumer change, preferences, and business performance. Relevant data surrounding these variables were collected, summarized, and analyzed. The results confirmed that IT and HR play a crucial role in improving business performance. These factors must be combined holistically to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable long-term business performance, especially in the face of dynamic consumer changes and preferences. Keywords: IT, HR, business performance, consumer preferences
