Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri minimarket di Indonesia menunjukkan tingakt pertumbuhan yang cukup tinggi serta persaingan yang sangat ketat sejak tahun 2012 hingga 2015. Negara Indonesia dengan penduduk sekitar 252 juta jiwa, 50% di antaranya merupakan usia produktif, merupakan pasar yang paling potensial di Asia Tenggara. Tidak heran, belanja konsumen di Indonesia tumbuh rata-rata per tahun sekitar 11,8% periode 2012-2015. Pada 2015, belanja konsumen untuk makanan diperkirakan Rp 1.930 triliun, sementara produk di luar makanan sebesar Rp 4.369 triliun. Bauran pemasaran merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam pemilihan belanja di minimarket. Beberapa faktor dalm bauran pemasaran diantaranya produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa produk, harga , lokasi dan promosi jika diuji secara partial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai T hitung yang lebih besar dari T tabel. Serta jika diuji secara bersama-sama variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai F hitung yang lebih besar dari F tabel..Kata kunci : Bauran Pemasaran, Produk, Harga, Lokasi, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis.

Abstract

Kenaikan upah tenaga kerja menjadi Rp. 3.021.000 pada tahun 2016 menyebabkan biaya produksi yang harus ditanggung perusahaan menjadi meningkat. Dengan kenaikan upah tersebut, membuat perusahaan mengoptimalkan tenaga kerja yang dimiliki, dimana jumlah tenaga kerja pada Unit Supporting & Admin yang sebelumnya berjumlah 6 orang kinidi tahun 2015 hanya berjumlah 5 orang. Data update packaging material merupakan data yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh pihak purchasing untuk mengetahui packaging material mana yang menjadi prioritas kedatangan, proses tersebut sebelumnya membutuhkan waktu 4 jam. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan proses efisiensi proses kerja dalam update data packagingmaterial sehingga proses yang dilakukan sekarang hanya membutuhkan waktu 1 jam. Dengan adanya efisiensi proses kerja tersebut, proses penyediaan material dapat dilakukan oleh 5 orang, sehingga manpower cost turun menjadi Rp. 4.784,61 per MT dan manpower productivity naik menjadi 631 MT/Headcount.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry has an important role in improving the economy of Indonesia. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. is one of the manufacturing industry that wants to increase its efforts to make improvements in the production process scrap products with the aim to decrease lead time and minimize waste production with lean manufacturing methods. Lead time is happening right now on average for 20.6 days which exceed management's target of 14 days. This research was conducted in order lead time and waste that occur can be known so that it can be anticipated, and can increase profitability and maintain customer satisfaction memo for PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. Lean manufacturing methods used in this study with value stream mapping tool on scrap products. Value stream mapping is done by describing the current stream mapping, identification and repair of waste, then describe the future stream mapping to then simulation output calculation of the amount of production leadtime latest results. The results showed that the lead time is reduced scrap production process 10.49 days and waste that occurs can be minimized so that the yield of production output within 20 working days at 438 rim. The implication level of customer satisfaction will increase because the product ordered is not delayed and the target company also achieved.

Abstract

The high number of motorcycle users in DKI Jakarta in 2022 as many as 16,734,986 units causes poor air quality in DKI Jakarta with an AQI US value of 145. The mobility of online motorcycle drivers with an average daily distance of 230 km/day also contributes to the level of air pollution in DKI Jakarta. Through the COP26 World Climate Change Conference in Glasgow in 2021, The Indonesian government is targeting a 29% reduction in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions independently and 41% with international assistance by 2030. One way is through the conversion of electric motorcycles for online motorcycle drivers, with the conversion of electric motors, it is expected to reduce air pollution in DKI Jakarta and support the achievement of 13 million electric motor units by 2030. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the investment in electric motorbikes made by online motorcycle drivers is said to be feasible because it provides an NPV of Rp. 2,757,262,- and IRR of 14,05%. By performing sensitivity on several variables, the maximum limit of change for each variable is 5% for the increase in the IRR of motorcycle installments, 9% for the increase in the IRR of battery installments and 10% for the increase in the price of the battery. If there is a simultaneous increase in the three variables, the maximum limit for the increase is 1% for the increase in the IRR for motorcycle installments, 1% for the increase in the IRR for battery installments and 10% so that the NPV can be Rp. 340.108,- and IRR of 10.48%.

Abstract

PT Pebangkitan Jawa-Bali (PJB) as a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) (PLN) has business fields which include: Electricity Generation, Electrical Building Construction, Installation of electrical equipment; Maintenance and/or operation of electrical equipment; and Trading and/or supporting business activities in the context of optimizing the utilization of the Company's resources. PJB has experience in operating and maintaining PLN power plants (O&M) with a total capacity of 6,246 MW. There are 2 schemes in power plant O&M services, namely as asset operator and asset manager. By using the asset manager scheme, PLN can make investment payments in stages with an agreed IRR target of 7%. In this study, analyze the gradual payment options which are divided into 3 options to compare the current gradual payment scheme with the proportion of payments evenly distributed each year. From the analysis results, it is known that gradual payment changes through option-1, option-2 and option-3 can reduce the total return on investment costs that will be received by PLN while maintaining the IRR target of 7% and a Positive NPV. Of the three options, option-3 is able to reduce the cost of return on investment by Rp. 9,970 million with an IRR of 7.38% and an NPV of Rp. 8,660 million. And through option-3, the investment return burden that must be paid by PLN at the end of the period is only 32% of the total investment return for 5 years

Abstract

The assignment method is a model related to the network. The assignment method includes the process of delegating tasks or work to resources. The goal most often is to minimize the total cost or time required to carry out the task at hand. One of the most important characteristics of the assignment problem is that there is only one job assigned to a machine (or project). Problem solving using the assignment method has been taught in Operations Research courses where the calculation process is done manually. Therefore, POM-QM for Windows application training is provided to help solve assignment method problems quickly and precisely. From the results of the training given, the participants already knew how to use the POM-QM for Windows application and how to solve assignment method problems with the POM-QM for Windows application.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan kegiatan memindahkan suatu produk dari lokasi asal menuju lokasi tujuan dimana pelaksanaan transportasi yang tidak tepat akan membuat biaya transportasi menjadi mahal yang berdampak pada tingginya harga barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat. Metode transportasi merupakan tools yang digunakan untuk menentukan alokasi pengiriman yang tepat untuk mendapatkan biaya transportasi yang optimal. Dimana cara yang digunakan dalam metode transportasi untuk mendapatkan biaya transportasi optimal diantaranya : 1) North West Corner (NW) ; 2) Least Cost dan 3) Vogel Aproximation Method (VAM) serta Langkah lanjutan dari ketiga cara tersebut menggunkan Stepping Stone. Langkah-langkah tersebut telah dipelajari oleh mahasiswa didalam perkuliahan hanya saja perhitungan dalam menggunakan metode transpprtasi masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga permasalahan transportasi yang bersifat kompleks akan sulit dilakukan dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan POM QM for Windows yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa mampu memberikan keterampilan kepada mahasiswa untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan transportasi yang bersifat kompleks secara cepat dan tepat. Dari pelatihan yang diberikan diketahui bahwa penggunaan POM QM for Windows memberikan manfaat bagi mahasiswa dan mahasiswa mampu memnggunakan aplikasi POM QM for Windows setelah adanya pelatihan.

Abstract

POM QM for Windows training on the Linear program is carried out with the aim of solving the problem of allocating resources which is quite complex in the best and easiest way to do it. This training was conducted for students by explaining the use of the POM QM application for Windows and ending with a simulation by students. The output of this training is that students already understand how to install and use the POM QM application in solving linear programming problems and students are quickly able to draw conclusions about linear programming problems based on the results of application calculations. As well as with the POM QM for Windows training, participants or industrial engineering students are able to solve complex linear programming problems quickly and precisely.

Abstract

PT Solusi Energy Nusantara (SENA) is a subsidiary of PT PGAS Solution which is engaged in the transmission and distribution of natural gas where the company has been trusted by several large companies in Indonesia. However, employee performance has decreased by 7% in 2021 when compared to 2019, this will certainly affect the company's performance in facing future business competition. There are several factors that influence employee performance, one of which is compensation and work discipline. From the results of research conducted using the SEM AMOS method, it can be concluded that compensation has an effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.001 while work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.698. However, when compensation as a moderating variable will strengthen the relationship between work discipline and employee performance so that work discipline affects employee performance with a p-value of 0.002.

Abstract

The current era of globalization has made technological developments faster, which has forced manufacturers to be able to present innovations in the products they produce that can answer customer needs. The Design Thinking Process is an iterative process in which we seek to understand the user to identify the right strategy. To answer this challenge, Design Thinking Process training was conducted for UNSERA Industrial Engineering Students. From the results of the training conducted, the participants already knew about Design Thinking, the steps for implementing Design Thinking, and the implementation of Design Thinking in several industries that support problem-solving.
